Highly recommend!

With Karma as our day-of-coordinator, we didn't have to worry about a thing! She was on-site for more than 12 hours, coordinating everything from vendor arrival, venue decoration, and ceremony flow to the meticulous placement of florals on the wedding cake and making sure the happy couple ate most of their meal before being pulled away by guests. Karma has a calm, reassuring and positive presence that allowed us to just enjoy the day with the confidence, knowing that she was handling all the details. It was an absolutely perfect celebration!

KO Events did all the hard work!

We hired KO Events to help plan our daughter's wedding because she lives out of state and wanted to have the wedding in her home state. Karma jumped in and met with our daughter and her partner via phone and zoom throughout the planning process, and included us as we were the local boots-on-the-ground team. She quickly helped us find the perfect venue (only had to look at one and we were sold!) and suggested numerous other vendors for other needs throughout the planning process. She kept in touch throughout the months leading up to the event to make sure we were all on track (we did a lot of the detailed planning on our own). On the event day, Karma was everywhere at once! Coordinating with the minister, musicians, caterer, photographer, moving things around the venue as needed, etc. And throughout the whole thing she was calm and efficient - even when our minister tested positive for COVID the morning before the wedding - she was able to locate several available ministers and the first one we called was available and perfect! Karma made sure the day ran smoothly and we were all very happy with the outcome!

Couldn't Have Gone Better!

In a time when everything is crazy and unknown, Karma made everything so easy and put together an impeccable wedding event. Having no knowledge of wedding planning or anything going into it, she really paved an easy path for me and got together excellent vendors. I was blown away with her work ethic and the day of the wedding went great! Easy to talk to and professional, we got the entire wedding together and I could not have asked for anything better.

We would choose Karma again and again to be our wedding planner!! She is AMAZING.

We used Karma as our day-of coordinator and WOW—to put it lightly she did not disappoint. She helped me with a few planning pieces I was stuck on prior to the wedding, and did our seating layout, our wedding timeline, ensured all vendors knew where they needed to be and when, and more. The day of the wedding Karma blew my mind. She set up the entire reception venue single handedly, and it looked phenomenal. During the reception she made sure the entire wedding party had food, she mingled with the guests to make sure there wasn't anything they needed, and even took on a baby sitting role so a mother that hadn't eaten yet could get her food. She is all about the details and it shows! She made sure I always had food in my belly and a drink in my hand. At the end of the night when I needed to do an outfit change she was right by my side. When the reception ended Karma took all of the vases and decor down and packaged it all up as she found it. The next morning when we came back to finish clean up it was a breeze, because Karma took the extra work of cleaning up on herself. My hubby and I cannot recommend Karma and her services enough. If you want the wedding of your dreams, hire Karma!!!

Karma is amazing!

Karma was so amazing with helping us plan our wedding! At the beginning I felt so overwhelmed with the task at hand but after meeting with Karma for the first time I instantly felt better about things! She has such a calm presence but with a 'yes we can' attitude! I really felt that she understood the vision I had for our wedding from the beginning and was able to help me find vendors that worked with our budget and helped me with all my many questions.

On the wedding day she was so incredible! I worried about nothing the day of, even though it was supposed to rain and our wedding was entirely outdoors. She had everything under control and set things up exactly how I envisioned. She was helpful to everyone, one minute fixing corsages and the next directing vendors. She did a great job working with an untraditional venue and making sure we had all the little details covered that had slipped my mind.

I absolutely recommend working with Karma- she is so knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with.

Ko events is amazing

Karma was AMAZING! She was on top of every detail leading up to our wedding, and our event was flawless. So flawless in fact, that we actually had a great time at our own wedding. Go figure. Karma made sure that all the vendors were on point, made sure our glasses and plates were full, managed the transitions, and made sure everything was buttoned up at the end. Thank you KO Events for everything.

Karma is the best.

I was late in the game learning about a day of coordinator, if figured I could plan everything on my own but was worried about who would run the show on the day of. I am so glad I decided to hire Karma she really listened to what I needed and just made all of the little details happen. She helped me with the amount of food and drinks to order and when she saw that I was stressed about the food vendor not finalizing things she just took it off my plate and handled it. My day was truly amazing because of her. If there was a problem, if didn’t hear about it, she kept everything (including me) on schedule and was always there to listen to my freak outs. You will not be disappointed if you hire Karma she will make your day so much more enjoyable.

Karma is THE best. She made our dream wedding come true! She was so flexible and helpful. She made the night flow perfectly and offered great advice. We cannot recommend her enough!

We had our wedding reception at Federal House. Federal House allowed us to rent out the entire building--something they had never done before for a wedding. You would have never known that they were not used to having a wedding, because everything went so smoothly! Karma always made sure that my husband, our parents and grandparents, and bridal party were taken care of. She was fine with last minute changes and went above and beyond by taking all items to the reception and bringing them to our house after the reception--so that no one had to worry about it! This was SO appreciated! She was always responsive and thought about things that we never had. Every time we met with her beforehand, she was so friendly, attentive, and made us really excited for the big day. She brought our vision to life and we will always be grateful for that! If you want a wedding that your guests will remember forever, use Karma! Our wedding was truly the best day of our lives.

KO Events and Karma O’Neill were essential to the success of our wedding day. There aren’t enough words in all of the languages in the world to thank her for what an amazing job she did for our wedding. My spouse and I went back and forth on if we wanted a wedding coordinator or not because we had really done a lot of the details ourselves and procured vendors, etc. In the end, we decided it would be worth the peace of mind knowing someone else knew all of the details of the day and could execute in our places, since we were a little busy. We also didn’t want these jobs to fall to our family and friends, we wanted them to enjoy the day with us. WE ARE SO GLAD WE DECIDED TO MAKE THIS CALL. We were able to hand all of the wedding details off to Karma and she ran with them.
She contacted all of our vendors prior to the day and coordinated everyone’s arrival and setting up. When we met with her, she left no detail undiscussed. She thought of at least a dozen things that we had yet to consider. She created solutions to problems we didn’t know we had. She is a real professional and listened to our vision and helped us execute it flawlessly. She helped with the setup on the day before and breakdown on the day of.
I can’t imagine what the day would have been like without Karma, and I don’t want to. I don’t know if all wedding coordinators are worth the money, but I know with 100% certainty that KO Events is.

As the first of my siblings to get married, I had no idea where to begin the wedding planning process. Then we met Karma and we knew she could help us pull off the wedding we envisioned. She is patient, supportive, creative, and resourceful; she made what can be an overwhelming task less daunting. Where we were at a loss for what to do, Karma had ideas. When we needed help managing family expectations, Karma helped bridge the gap to reach a consensus. She knows every vendor in the Annapolis-area and they too know her and her amazing work. She set up and attended vendor meetings with us to help ask the questions we didn't know to ask. Being able to trust Karma to manage the details so we could enjoy the day was priceless. Everything came together seamlessly and we couldn't have done it without her. In an industry where there are extraordinary mark-ups, Karma's rates are reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and attention to detail that she provides. I highly recommend her!!
