Brittany was amazing for our day of coordinator. Unfortunately, we were not as prepared as we should've been, but she gave us a checklist with deadlines within the first phone call that was extremely helpful. She was extremely professional and made sure our special day ran smoothly! I would absolutely recommend her to others!

From six months before the big day, Brittany guided us through key decisions and ensured everything was well organized. She and her assistant worked tirelessly on the wedding weekend—from running our rehearsal and setting up the welcome party to handling cleanup afterward. On the wedding day, Brittany was all over, expertly managing every detail, keeping everyone on task, and ensuring the timeline stayed on track. Her experience and professionalism shined, making the day flawless (and I’m sure there were things she handled without us even knowing!). My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our wedding day knowing Brittany had everything under control. As someone with ADHD, it was invaluable to have Brittany there to read the fine print, nail down every detail, and execute it to perfection.

Brittany was absolutely amazing from start to finish of the wedding. Brittany was our day of coordinator and went above and beyond from the minute we started talking until the last guests left. She was extremely knowledgeable in everything from décor to vendors and the day would have not gone nearly as smooth without her there. She lifted a lot of stress off of our backs which made the day so much more enjoyable. The timeline we created together was followed to a tee and we were well ahead of schedule (which was good because there was rain in the forecast). Brittany managed the timing of us, our bridal party, families and vendors perfectly. Unfortunately, our day of there was rain for the ceremony and we had to move everything inside last minute. Brittany corralled The Herrington staff and some groomsman to help move things around. You would never know that the wedding was not supposed to be inside from the jump. Not only was her planning/coordinating perfect, but she also took the time to get to know us as a couple not just clients. You do not see that as much anymore and it made the months/weeks leading up to the wedding very enjoyable. We would highly recommend using Brittany for your wedding needs.

Brittany was so awesome! We originally hired her for a day of coordinator, but she met with us over 5 times before the big day. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfect the day of the wedding, and was so happy how it all came together. Def knows everything about weddings, planning, and organizing. Couldn’t recommend her more.

Our wedding day was absolutely wonderful and we had zero complaints - all thanks to Brittany. We had regular check-ins with her in the months leading up to the wedding and she welcomed questions, etc. along the way as we thought of them. She was responsive and informative at every step of the way.

Brittany was in contact with all of our vendors so there was very little for us to worry about. On the day of, she was calm and collected, which helped us just relax as well. She isn't afraid to wrangle vendors to make sure everything is happening as it should. She's a great advocate for her couples.

Also, Brittany can find solutions in a pinch. In the weeks following our wedding, we found out that the bar had run out of a specific type of alcohol during cocktail hour. Without us knowing, she ran out and got what was needed for the liquor store. We were totally unaware anything was amiss and she resolved the situation seamlessly.

We had Brittany as our wedding planner for our summer ‘22 wedding. I cannot find enough gracious and kind words to describe our experience with Brittany. She went above and beyond and made the whole entire day seamless and stress free. It seemed as though Brittany could somehow be in two places at once during our wedding day. She is energetic, fun, caring, and knows every detail to make the day run smoothly. She quickly became a friend to everyone at our wedding. We still talk about her with family and friends 6 months later!! She took the stresses out of every situation and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted and added her own touch to make things even better. We are lucky to now call her a friend.
