We were married on June 1st on a Watermark Yacht in Annapolis, MD. We chose Tira based on her responsiveness to our requests on this website, and from our very first phone call, I just knew we would be in great hands. I genuinely feel that she went above and beyond for us and created the wedding we hoped for! My wife and I are not the best "planners"; we forget to do things, put them off, and don't have the best time management skills. Tira remained patient with us through the entire process and provided gentle and direct reminders, which were so welcomed and needed! She laughed with us, celebrated with us, and did it with her calm demeanor and sense of humor! She made sure that all of the details that we hadn't even thought of were attended to, and she knew the perfect vendors to refer us to. She had a large selection of vendors with whom she worked, and they all clearly enjoyed working with her, which was such a bonus. She advocated for us with our vendors when needed, took care of the potentially more challenging aspects of the planning and interface with vendors, and made sure we got what we wanted. She made us feel accepted and provided us with a safe space to have such a great event for our friends and family to celebrate us! She even braved Annapolis Pride to get all of the things we needed on the boat! She took some of my favorite candid shots of the day, ones that my friends and family didn't get, which was such a gift while we wait to get our professional photos.
I will miss working with her and get a little tearful about it because she is a phenomenal human being and an exceptional wedding planner.

We were so thankful to have had Tira as part of our wedding team! As our month-of coordinator, she created our timeline, coordinated with our vendors, ran the ceremony rehearsal and kept us on track all throughout the day. Whenever a small complication popped up, Tira and her team were on top of it 100% and made sure it didn't turn into anything major. Tira was amazing. I was so hesitant about spending money to hire a day of coordinator, but I knew I had most of the big things planned out prior, but I am so grateful we made the decision we did. She pulled together all of the fine details and helped make our day go smoothly so my husband and I could enjoy our wedding with our loved ones. Tira and her Assistant were present for our rehearsal and the day of the wedding and orchestrated everything between the vendors. She made me a schedule for the day of the wedding so that all I had to do was show up. I didn’t have to worry about a thing, and on your wedding day that is so very refreshing after doing so much planning. My husband and I had the most wonderful wedding and Tira played a HUGE role in making that possible!!

When we started planning our wedding, we decided that it would be less expensive and perfect to have the ceremony and celebration at a family property on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. We realized after several months into the planning, however, that we kept running into things that we had overlooked and we resigned that we needed to bring someone on-board who knew what they were doing. We found Tira through a wedding website and she became immediately helpful. She gathered the contact information for all of our vendors and became the main point of contact. She put together a timeline for the event and listed out details down to individual people in the ceremony and the various songs that would be played during the reception. Once the weekend had arrived, she came out with her assistant and coordinated the rehearsal, ensuring that all of the fine details were ironed out. Finally on the day of the wedding, she arrived hours before the ceremony and stayed through the reception, making sure that everything ran smoothly and that our day was as perfect as we’d envisioned. I don’t think we could have run things nearly as smoothly if it hadn’t been for Tira. She was very professional and upbeat and very well-organized. She made sure that everyone involved knew their roles and made sure the day moved along on schedule as it was supposed to. I highly recommend her services if you are putting together a large event in the MD/DC/VA area.
