Sara is amazing! At first I didn't think I would need or want a planner, but I was so wrong! Sara was extremely helpful in sharing her years of experience to make my special day that much more special. She is super organized and on top of everything, which was very appreciated when dealing with our venue and all of our vendors. She is there to make sure your needs and vision come first and not any of the vendors or venue. We also had to make a last minute switch for the ceremony to move inside because of rain, and she seamlessly recreated our outdoor ceremony experience inside. She also was super helpful when our live painting vendor had to cancel last minute to find a replacement. Sara's years of experience and vast network of vendors and contacts are invaluable. What I perhaps appreciate the most is that she stays in contact with you after your wedding to make sure you have what you need from your vendors (photos, video, left over decor from venue) to really be with you from start to finish. 100000/10 recommend!!!

For those with short attention spans: Sara is worth ABSOLUTELY EVERY PENNY YOU PAY HER, I THINK SHE UNDERCHARGES. She helped me (a very stressed bride with two young children, with two full time working fiances/parents) plan a beautiful wedding experience that I will cherish forever and look back on fondly.

Longer version:
I completely underestimated what it would take to plan a wedding successfully. I had a vague vision of what I wanted -- a weekend experience in the MD Eastern Shore for our closest friends and family, and Sara took the ball and RAN. She helped flesh out details I didn't even think about, and basically was my mentor/guide/coach through the whole experience. It is surprisingly stressful to plan such a big affair, and there is a lot of pressure for it to succeed. Sara had the technical expertise to plan a flawless experience; she coordinated with numerous vendors so that the wedding timeline was adhered to, she figured out last minute logistical challenges that I didn't foresee, and she connected with me numerous vendors and took the mental burden of who to research/check/vet off my plate.

On top of it all, Sara is a genuinely kind, warm, down-to-earth individual who understands how important this event is to you, your family, and your legacy/start as a family unit. She is an excellent planner, but also makes the numerous meetings go by quickly with her sense of humor and charm.

I cannot recommend Sara enough. She essentially is why my wedding turned out as well as it is.

I know that reviews can be hard to really sort through, and feel self-filtered, but really -- Sara is so so so worth having on your team. Please let this review at least convince you to reach out to her for a phone call/intake. I promise you won't regret it.

I don't think 5 stars is enough! Sara's support for our wedding made for the most amazing day.
When we first met with Sara about a year before our wedding we immediately knew that we wanted to work with her. Sara equipped us with a year long task list of everything that we needed to get done for our wedding with target dates, which eliminated any questions on if we were in a good spot during the planning process.
Sara's check-ins were helpful to keep us on top of our responsibilities and kept her in the loop as well.
A few weeks before the wedding, Sara was on top of all of our final vendor requirements - providing every last detail to the vendors as needed.
Come wedding day, Sara's timeline made the day run as smooth as possible, and there was never a moment of disruption (as far as we know!). Everything from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception ran without a hitch, and when we returned to our hotel room at the end of the night all of the gifts, center pieces, and miscellaneous props from our night were already in our room, ensuring we didn't lift a finger gathering our remaining items from the ballroom.
If you fail to plan, you plan to fail - when you choose Sara Reynolds to plan your wedding, you've already eliminated any possibility of failure.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Sara Reynolds during our October 28th, 2023 wedding. She was everything that we wanted and expected and more so. About a month out from the wedding we needed to push our wedding start time back by 1.5 hours due to a local event being rescheduled at the last minute to the day of our wedding that interfered with our wedding beginning at the previously determined start time. Sara leaped into action to touch base with all our vendors to re-confirm them for the new start time. Furthermore, due to the later start time we had to quickly design and hire a light vendor as the wedding ceremony was outside and would start after sundown.

Sara Reynolds is a LIFESAVER! We could not have had the perfect wedding we did, without her! From creating a design board that captured our vision, to making the day of flow seamlessly, even with rain that came 30 minutes before the ceremony, she does it all! We hired Sara as our month of coordinator for our wedding. She went above and beyond helping before the “month of.” She gave us so much peace leading up to our wedding that I was able to enjoy all of the pre wedding activities.
