Candice and La'sha at Signed in Pink turned our wedding planning into a genuinely positive experience, and their thoughtfulness carried through to every detail of the day itself. Candice was our main month-of planner, and La'sha served as the assistant planner on the day of the wedding. Even though Candice was our month of planner, she still held regular meetings with us in the months before to ensure everything was going smoothly and we were always able to text her. We had less than a year to plan everything for our wedding, but with Candice's help and expertise, she made it all come together seamlessly!

Candice's organization gave us true peace of mind on multiple occasions. When we fell behind schedule on booking a DJ, she connected us with DJ Taj Productions quickly, and the team was excellent. When a few vendors were slow to respond after signing contracts, Candice followed up with them respectfully and kept everyone cooperating smoothly. She also showed the forethought to reassure us in a timely manner that this kind of lag is common in the wedding industry. We felt validated and taken care of throughout.

On the wedding day, Candice and La'sha handled every logistic thoroughly and artfully. Candice had emphasized beforehand that we needed to prioritize eating and staying hydrated. During dinner, guests kept coming up to chat with us, which we appreciated, but we were running out of time to eat. Candice kindly and gracefully stood in front of our table to slow down the visitors so we could finally finish our meal. La'sha was wonderful too. She took care of things before we even had to ask, getting us food and water and handling logistics quietly in the background. At one point, the venue accidentally turned the lights on early and assumed we needed to leave sooner than our booked time. La'sha immediately sorted it out, and we were able to keep the party going. We never had to think about logistics ourselves, and that was a massive relief.

We hired Signed in Pink Events for month of coordination for our fairly large Indian fusion wedding, and right off the bat I was like "okay our coordinator is going to keep us grounded" haha. Candice is super responsive and supportive throughout the process, and even helped us secure a mandap decorator through her connections when we were really hitting a wall. She was so knowledgeable and helpful through our venue walkthrough and keeping track of vendor communications as we approached our wedding date. The month of coordination help was amazing, because at that point we were getting so many questions from vendors we had no idea how to answer, and Candice was there to be like "here's the best way to do x y and z."

Our wedding had a lot going on -- a baraat, a beautiful Hindu ceremony that my husband and I weren't able to outline in a ton of detail ahead of time (with a few impromptu traditions added by family), then a mid-day break and a venue flip for our cocktail hour and reception. Through all of this, Candice and her team were excellent -- rolling with a big multicultural wedding while keeping things feeling calm for my husband and me! During our venue flip, Candice and her team executed any decor items we prepped beautifully, and once my husband and I walked into our cocktail hour we thought it looked better than we could have possibly planned. We were truly just able to relax and have fun for the whole party.

I couldn't recommend Signed in Pink Events enough. We had a long, intricate, wonderful wedding day with a lot of different vendors and a mix of cultural traditions, and with huge thanks to our coordination team it was the most amazing day of our lives 🩷 I'm pretty Type A but I was able to let loose (yes even in the days leading up to the wedding!) because I had full trust in everything Candice did to make the day effortless.
