You NEED Candice
There truly aren't enough words to describe Candice, the owner and lead coordinator of Signed in Pink. She is one of those rare people who pours her whole heart into what she does, and you feel it every step of the way.
Candice didn't just coordinate our wedding, she carried it with care, intention, and so much love. She handled vendor coordination and personally took on décor setup the day of, ensuring every detail reflected our vision. She listened deeply, she was incredibly thoughtful, and she genuinely cared about us and our experience.
I'll be the first to admit that I'm not always the most responsive, yet Candice showed nothing but patience, grace, and understanding with both me and my now husband. She never made us feel rushed or overwhelmed, only supported.
Candice and her team are beyond top tier. They are exceptional humans doing extraordinary work, and our day would not have been what it was without her. -

We hired Signed in Pink Events for month of coordination for our fairly large Indian fusion wedding, and right off the bat I was like "okay our coordinator is going to keep us grounded" haha. Candice is super responsive and supportive throughout the process, and even helped us secure a mandap decorator through her connections when we were really hitting a wall. She was so knowledgeable and helpful through our venue walkthrough and keeping track of vendor communications as we approached our wedding date. The month of coordination help was amazing, because at that point we were getting so many questions from vendors we had no idea how to answer, and Candice was there to be like "here's the best way to do x y and z."
Our wedding had a lot going on -- a baraat, a beautiful Hindu ceremony that my husband and I weren't able to outline in a ton of detail ahead of time (with a few impromptu traditions added by family), then a mid-day break and a venue flip for our cocktail hour and reception. Through all of this, Candice and her team were excellent -- rolling with a big multicultural wedding while keeping things feeling calm for my husband and me! During our venue flip, Candice and her team executed any decor items we prepped beautifully, and once my husband and I walked into our cocktail hour we thought it looked better than we could have possibly planned. We were truly just able to relax and have fun for the whole party.
I couldn't recommend Signed in Pink Events enough. We had a long, intricate, wonderful wedding day with a lot of different vendors and a mix of cultural traditions, and with huge thanks to our coordination team it was the most amazing day of our lives 🩷 I'm pretty Type A but I was able to let loose (yes even in the days leading up to the wedding!) because I had full trust in everything Candice did to make the day effortless. -

Oh my goodness! Where do I start?! Candice/Signed in Pink Events was INCREDIBLE!!!! Talk about someone who goes above and beyond to bring your wedding day vision to life! I came across a recommendation from a bridal group on social media. After looking at some of her really positive 5 star reviews, I decided to reach out to her. I originally was looking for a day of coordinator when I reached out to Candice, however when I first saw her prices, I realized I could afford the month of coordination services which ended up being a great idea. I hired Candice/Signed in Pink Events over a year before my wedding on December 20th. From the moment I hired her, she IMMEDIATELY, put me at ease. She walked me through all of their services, the process, asked me plenty of questions to get a good feel of what I want and provided a lot of clarity for me. I quickly realized, she knew what she was doing!
Candice and her team were hired for “month of coordination” however, Candice made herself available to me for whenever I had a question or needed some advisement. Over the year, she really helped me through the wedding planning process, even when I hired an untrustworthy beauty vendor. With her support and guidance, I was able to quickly get out of that contract and later went on to work with an AMAZING team of beauty vendors that Candice went back to verify. As type A as I am as a person, I truly felt that I could trust Candice’s judgement and knowledge and she NEVER steered me wrong! I was even able to relax a little bit with her supporting me.
Candice also handled my wedding decor and I was THRILLED that I went with her. She managed to handle all the vendor stuff AND perfectly execute my husband and I’s decor vision. I checked in Candice at least every couple of weeks just because lol
She is such a fun and helpful person, it was very easy to work with her and come to her for my bridal anxiety needs or general questions. By the time we were coming up on the time for her to officially begin her “month of” services, she knew EVERYTHING we wanted, how we wanted it, all of the vendors we were using, who she needed to follow up with, how to she was going to plan out walkthrough, meetings. She had her questions ready for vendors, welcome card for vendors, rehearsal layouts ready…just the whole 9 yards (and then some)!
She had everything running like a well oiled machine leading up to the wedding day, and on the wedding day, she handled everything! I can’t tell you how many times she told me “I got you! Don’t worry about anything!” and she meant every word of it!
She really had it! All the coordination between vendors, the decor vision, the schedule…it was all so smooth!
And she got along with every one of my vendors! And they easily went to her with no issues.
The day of my wedding was INCREDIBLE!!! All the decor was PERFECT!!! She went above and beyond!!! I was so excited!!! It was all worth it! She was the absolute best at what she does! No wonder she is an award winning event coordinator. She is an absolutely joy!
If ANYONE is looking for a wedding event coordinator look no further! You have found her!!! She is professional, helpful, kind, detail oriented, organized, down to earth but also she is about her business! She and her team will make your vision happen! Trust her and trust the process, Signed in Pink Events got this! -

Candice and Kayla were absolutely amazing throughout the entire planning process. Candice was always informative and helpful, she ensured that we know everything that needed to be done and provided resources to do so. I truly cannot recommend these ladies enough, they made the wedding planning process so stress free and we had fun while doing it! Candice has a way to make the bride and groom feel that we've known each other for years and the first in person meeting felt like catching up with an old friend (she even brought the hubby out of his shy shell). Even more , they took care of EVERY SINGLE detail and job that needed done, going as far to find a loving home for the 5 week old kitten that hitched a ride in the engine of my BIL's Camry (discovered right before the start of our rehearsal dinner). If you want your day to be perfect, hire these ladies!!! -

Signed in Pink Events was probably one of the best decisions my husband and I made through the wedding planning!
Having a day coordinator meant we needed to hand over everything to Candice and the team for the wedding...and they made it feel so seamless, as if they had been there since day 1!
Everything from helping us through the stress leading into the wedding month and being available at any time to provide recommendations, their awesome portal with so many resources, validation through the craziness, humor to get through the stress, and so much love.
Candice and Kayla came in and made the most beautiful day of our lives so much easier to be present and enjoy the love. She coordinated so efficiently with vendors and our guests for things to run smoothly- making sure that there were no hiccups that diverted the magical moment around anything else besides love. If you need a day of coordinator to make the most magical day of your life beyond magical, I cannot recommend Signed in Pink Events enough. -

Signed in Pink (Candice and Jessica) were absolutely amazing. I booked them for partial planning and to decorate for my wedding in April 2023. Both of the ladies were super responsive and always able to answer any questions that I had. I told Candice what my vision was for my wedding and she executed. We searched for the best options for venues together and remained cognizant of the budget. Candice was also able to recommend/outsource from other vendors if needed and she handled the communication for all of them (MAJOR HELP). The first time that I met Jessica in person, was 4 days before my wedding and it seemed like she already knew my family and I. Both ladies have great vibes. On my wedding day, I couldn't find my bracelet and Jessica let me borrow hers. Little things mean a lot. My husband called them "The Dream Team" and that's exactly what they are. They were the perfect pick for us and I would book them 1,000 over. I highly recommend them to everyone that I can for any event. They are AMAZING!! -

Absolutely Amazing!
Candice and team are amazing and an absolute joy to work with!
I'd call myself a semi-DIY bride. I booked most of our vendors before reaching out to Signed in Pink Events. I knew early on that I wanted month/day-of coordination, but it took some time to find the right fit. I'm a graduate student and teaching assistant, so I was deep into classes, grading, and defense prep as our wedding approached. I had to be confident in who I'd be handing the reigns to.
On our first call, Candice was so warm and professional. She got right to business on checking off what we'd already done and what was left on the to-do list. We immediately knew we wanted to lock her in! From there, we had monthly check-ins. She was always punctual, organized and thorough in going over all the details with us. I always felt welcome to contact her, and she was responsive and attentive to any questions or concerns.
I had a design plan for decor, but I wanted to check with Candice for her expertise. I felt much more at ease after I showed her my plans and she assured me that it was feasible. I did not want to put my family to work, so Candice and team made sure they were privy to all details to handle set-up as well as break down and packing the items that belonged to us. I am very particular and its difficult for me to release control. But, I had complete trust in Candice and her team to execute, and they absolutely delivered!!!
They were flexible and able to pivot with the last minute changes and obstacles. Like, Tropical Storm Ophelia made sure we had to move the ceremony indoors. And things I had no clue about...my husband saw the not-so-nice venue supervisor walk outside with Candice, and after they came back inside he noticed that the supervisor had a much more pleasant attitude. I hate to imagine how the day would have gone if we had completely depended on that supervisor. Signed in Pink Events played such an essential role in making our wedding a beautiful day to remember. I'm already thinking about the next event to hire them again! -

AMAZING - hire them!!
If I could give Candice & Jessica a billion stars, I would. I was a (mostly) DIY bride at a DIY venue, and while I was happy to deal with all the small details leading up to my big day, I knew that when it got close I would need a ton of help managing my vendors and all the details that I had spent so long planning. Enter Candice and Jess with SIPE. From our first call I knew they were a great fit. It was immediately clear they are professional, organized, responsive, and more than anything else just lovely to work with. Candice and Jess treat their brides and grooms like family, and you feel that.
I hired them as our month-of coordinator, and it quickly became clear how comprehensive and thorough that was. Despite only hiring them for the month of the wedding, they made a point to touch base with me every month for a year to check in, and every time we spoke I just felt calmer and more excited about what was to come. They provided any advice I needed, and I never had to remind them about important details or our vision for the wedding.
Once we were a month out, they took things to the next level. We worked with Jess, and 30 days before the wedding she took over all my vendor notifications and reminders, and gave me as much time as I needed to handle questions and concerns over what was to come. We also hired Jess to handle our rehearsal dinner setup and wedding setup and cleanup, and even hired our rehearsal dinner caterer through them (if you get the opportunity, go with Chef Marvin - his food is fantastic!!).
The day of the wedding, I was able to completely relax. Jess and Q handled everything, and they did such a fabulous job. Our family and guests spoke so highly of them! My husband and I loved working with them so much, and I will miss Jess's calming calls and excited pep talks!
Folks - when your venue has a coordinator, their job is to help you but they have the venue's best interests as their top priorities. A wedding planner - whether its the full event, month of, or day of, will make YOU their top priority and will always have your back. Jess and Candice made sure of that from day one.
When it comes to Signed in Pink Events, trust me - hire them. They are incredible at what they do, and are a joy to work with! -

All of the stars for Candice and Jess! They are extremely responsive, helpful, organized, creative problem solvers- everything you could want in wedding coordinators!
I ended up falling short of centerpieces I needed and Candace had a beautiful idea and even supplied the candles/vases. They also realized the alcohol vendor left the venue and forgot to unload our signature drinks and Jess and Candace tracked them down and ensured they came back before guests arrived.
You can tell they really care about making your event special and doing anything they can to help it run smoothly. I needed a coordinator last minute and they more than came through for me. I don't know how I could have done it without them. And…they’re FUN! And sweet, and I could go. Just hire them lol. -
