My husband and I got married at Wrights Mill on 8/31/25! Absolutely no words! FIVE STARS! It was absolutely surreal to be on the receiving end of what we all like to call a well oiled machine! I got to experience what everyone always raves about! It was absolutely magical! To some Wrights may just be a building/place but to ME Wrights is my home! It’s not just four walls it’s the people inside of it that I treasure the most! They aren’t my FARMILY they are my FAMILY! 🩷 TO CURT, BRIE, CJ, CHERYL, KRISSY, SUE, KANEESHA, NYPHA, DEB, MISSY, MARK, PAT, BIAGIO, DOM, TYLER I CANT THANK YOU ALL ENOUGH FOR WORKING AND MAKING EVERYTHING ABSOLUTELY PERFECT .. from set up to the amazing food, cocktails and music; all of our guests cannot stop raving about the day! From the bottom of our hearts thank you all so much! And if you’re not sure about renting the house I highly recommend you do!

My sister got married over Memorial Day weekend at Waters Edge, and our family spent the entire weekend on property staying in one of the villas while preparing for — and then recovering from — the wedding festivities. Overall, it was a beautiful weekend and a very special experience for our family. First and foremost, Melody and her team were wonderful to work with. Throughout the entire planning process, they were kind, professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making Alyssa’s vision come to life. You can tell they truly care about creating a memorable experience for their couples. Thursday night, they hosted the rehearsal dinner lobster bake, which was absolutely delicious. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was perfect for kicking off the weekend. My only minor critique would be that the lobster buckets could have been emptied or replaced more frequently during dinner service, but otherwise the evening was excellent. Saturday morning, all of the bridesmaids got ready in a conference room connected to the Westbrook Ballroom. It was a great space for hair, makeup, and getting ready together, and Melody was incredibly attentive all morning. At one point, I asked about getting an additional dress rack around 9:30 AM, and by the time she arrived on site shortly after 10, she already had one with her. Small details like that really stood out. Unfortunately, we spent most of the wedding day anxiously watching the weather and trying to decide whether the ceremony would be held indoors or outdoors. Melody did a great job keeping Alyssa informed, talking through options, and making a stressful decision feel much easier. Ultimately, the ceremony was moved inside to the Grand Ballroom, and the team did a beautiful job transforming the space. By some miracle, we were still able to do the first look and many of the photos outside between rain showers. There were a few aspects of the reception that could use improvement. The lighting in the Westbrook Ballroom ended up feeling much darker than expected, dinner service ran quite long, and some members of the waitstaff seemed inexperienced with formal wedding service. We also ran into some frustration with hotel guests walking through the hallway connected to the reception space throughout the evening, though I understand that may be difficult to fully control at a resort property. The biggest frustration of the night involved the bar service toward the end of the reception. We had been told the bar would remain open until 2 AM, however around 12:30 AM the bar manager stopped serving wedding guests despite continuing to serve hotel guests at the bar. This created a lot of confusion and understandably left many guests frustrated, especially after expectations had already been set differently. It unfortunately put a damper on the end of an otherwise beautiful evening. That said, the bartenders working both the rehearsal dinner and reception themselves were fantastic — friendly, hardworking, attentive, and wonderful with guests all weekend. My only other major concern was with the florist. While the flowers themselves were beautiful, she was unfortunately very unpleasant to work with throughout the process, and I personally would not recommend her to another bride. She will be receiving a separate review. I also want to acknowledge that this was one of the first weddings of the season, and I understand that many staff members may have been newer or still getting into the rhythm of wedding season. Overall, despite a few frustrations, the weekend was absolutely beautiful and we are so grateful for the experience Waters Edge helped create for my sister and our family. The property itself is gorgeous, the coordination team truly cared, and the wedding ended up being everything Alyssa had hoped for.

I had my wedding ceremony at Wickham Park, specifically the English Gardens. It was absolutely STUNNING for our ceremony, with the variety of greens and blooming flowers. The space is perfect for a ceremony as it is secluded by tall bushes, has a large open lawn, and a beautiful gazebo. The grounds of the entire park are impeccably maintained. It was an absolute pleasure working with Wickham Park, specifically Diana as she made the process very easy and was very responsive and helpful with any question. They set up the tent and number of chairs we needed. We highly recommend the space if you want an outdoor garden ceremony! Our guests LOVED the space and it was absolutely perfect for what we were envisioning for our ceremony!

Simply the best. Crystal Peak went above and beyond for our wedding reception. The service was top-tier, the atmosphere was magical, and the staff's professionalism is unmatched. They handled every request with a 'can-do' attitude and made our guests feel incredibly welcome. They made the most important day of our lives truly unforgettable!

From start to finish, our experience with the Farmington Polo Club was an absolute delight. Working with Rhonda made the planning process a breeze. There was SO much I didn’t know about weddings and luckily Rhonda and the rest of my vendors came to our rescue to answer questions, quickly and efficiently. Now for the day of.. OMG I don’t know where to start! The staff, the bartenders, the FOOD and the venue itself in all its newly renovated glory… absolutely amazing. Everyone who came to my wedding could NOT and has not stopped raving about the quality of the food and the service. I really could go on all day. I’m not someone who finds it easy to be pampered therefore I was trying to take care of myself all day, but the staff wouldn’t let me! Lol All of them made sure we were hydrated (which we NEEDED as it was almost 90 outside) and fed all night long. I joked with Zaimara, who was basically my attendent the whole wedding, that she was like my guardian angel all night. The staff was unmatched. What a perfect day. All this to say, if you’re thinking about the Polo Club— Book it. You will not be sorry.

I would give Gather360 a 6/5 stars if I could! They went so far above and beyond to make my bridal shower the absolute best day I could have asked for. From the moment we booked, the entire process was seamless — the team was incredibly accommodating, organized, and genuinely cared about bringing my vision to life. If you love open-air venues, cozy boho ambiance, pristine landscaping, lawn games like corn hole, and a space that feels both elevated and welcoming, Gather360 is the perfect place for your event. The venue is so versatile — perfect for micro weddings, bridal showers, yoga retreats, and so much more. And the food… absolutely incredible. The menu was beyond tantalizing and thoughtfully curated. They even had lemon ricotta poppyseed pancakes that perfectly matched my “He’s My Main Squeeze” lemon-themed shower — such a fun and delicious touch that everyone was raving about! I received endless compliments all day long about how beautiful, unique, and well-executed the entire event was. Every detail felt intentional and special. I truly cannot recommend Gather360 enough for anyone looking to host an unforgettable event. Thank you for making my special day so perfect!

We love the Mystic Aquarium!! We worked with Ariana to plan our wedding who was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating! We had our ceremony (in front of the beluga tanks) and our cocktail hour and reception (in the main gallery) at the aquarium. Planning was easy with so much being taken care of when you book with them such as catering, tables, chairs, and linens! Guests LOVED the environment and food, and with so many hotel accommodations and the Mystic Village right across the street for an after party and brunch, no one had to worry about transportation! We also feel very lucky to have chosen a venue we can return to each anniversary and share with our future children and family. We absolutely recommend the Mystic Aquarium for your wedding!

We cannot say enough great things about the staff at Great River and the beautiful venue. We had our reception there in March, and it was absolutely perfect, from start to finish. Great River was the first and only wedding venue we toured — we just knew it was the place for us. We really enjoyed the menu preview with Chef Matt. He sat down with us and explained everything that was being served. The food was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the food and drinks were, and how nice the staff was. Chelsea, Abigail, Alex, and Chase are the absolute best — so sweet and trustworthy. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did to make our day so special. We met with them a couple of weeks before the wedding to go over all the details, and they were incredibly thorough. When we picked up our decorations the day after the wedding, everything was packed up and ready to go. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. On the wedding day, they were so attentive and supportive — not only to us, but also to our entire wedding party and family. We are beyond happy with our choice to celebrate at Great River and will be forever grateful for such an amazing experience.

We recently had our wedding here on 4/24/26 and everything was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the staff went above and beyond to make our day so special and stress free. Every detail was handled with so much care, and our guests are still talking about how great everything was. One thing we truly appreciated was how willing they were to work with our budget while still making everything feel perfect and high quality. They were so accommodating throughout the entire process, which made planning much less overwhelming. We are so grateful to Michael and the entire team for making our wedding such a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding or special event. Even if you’re not hosting an event, definitely stop by and try their restaurant,the food and service are outstanding!
