We had a rehearsal dinner for my son’s wedding at the Mystic Aquarium in June 2026. We chose the location for its unique facility and wildlife displays. We enjoyed cocktails outside by the Beluga Whale pool where you can watch the whales from the top of the pool and from windows on the side of the pool at a lower level. We opted for the Penguin Experience and had two penguins with professional handlers join us. The guests were able to get up close and touch the penguins and the handlers were quite knowledgeable and made it an educational experience for all of us. We then had a sit-down dinner at tables set inside the main hall and there was another stand-up bar. The Aquarium closes at 5:00pm and we had the whole main hall available so that our guests could walk around and enjoy all the exhibits throughout the evening. We mainly chose the Aquarium for the setting and did not set high expectations for the dining experience. We were wrong about this. The food was outstanding and the service was superb. They have an extensive menu which can be customized and we were glad to learn they have kitchens on site for their customer food service, so the food was fresh and well plated. We enjoyed choices between a prime rib and grilled salmon, and both were great. We also enjoyed passed Hors d'œuvres which were filling, tasty and warm. We also enjoyed working with our events planner, Ariana Puma. She is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. She was very helpful and responsive during the planning process and on the day of the event, everything went smoothly. Our guests totally enjoyed our event. Many said it was the most unique dinner event they ever attended. We highly recommend it.

I can’t speak higher of this beautiful wedding venue. We got married June 6th 2026 and the way John and the staff handled everything was unheard of. Not only is the place itself perfect, but the food is amazing and the staff helps your day run smooth, stress free, and just how you want it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a venue!!!!

My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better day! There was some rain in the forecast for the evening of our wedding, and instead of just moving everything inside, they monitored so closely and up until an hour before the wedding when the weather became beautiful. Also, living out of state, it was very helpful to have a wedding coordinator working for Water's Edge to help along the way.

I had my wedding ceremony at Wickham Park, specifically the English Gardens. It was absolutely STUNNING for our ceremony, with the variety of greens and blooming flowers. The space is perfect for a ceremony as it is secluded by tall bushes, has a large open lawn, and a beautiful gazebo. The grounds of the entire park are impeccably maintained. It was an absolute pleasure working with Wickham Park, specifically Diana as she made the process very easy and was very responsive and helpful with any question. They set up the tent and number of chairs we needed. We highly recommend the space if you want an outdoor garden ceremony! Our guests LOVED the space and it was absolutely perfect for what we were envisioning for our ceremony!

My husband and I could not be more grateful with how great of a job Wrights Mill Farm did with our wedding in July. From setup to breakdown and everything in between, they absolutely nailed our day. I am a type-A person and was a nervous wreck about having other people set up our decor and oversee how our day went, but I couldn't have asked for a better crew to get it done. All of our decor was exactly how we wanted it to look, Chrissy ensured we didn't have to lift a finger all night, Mark from UpBeat DJ nailed all of the music and MC tasks, and the staff was on top of everything. Everybody was flexible and willing to work with us, ensuring we were able to do everything we wanted to do on our wedding day. The food was outstanding - we had so many guests say it was phenomenal. We did the buffet and everyone seemed to have PLENTY of food. We had our ceremony out by the waterfall - it was dreamy, whimsical, and felt like we were in a movie! We also ordered our cake through WMF/Chocolate Rose Bakeshop and it was both beautiful AND delicious. We received so many compliments about how gorgeous the venue was, how fantastic the staff was, and how much fun everybody had. We cannot thank WMF, Curt, Brie, Chrissy, Mark, and the entire crew enough for ensuring our day was absolutely PERFECT!

From start to finish, our experience with the Farmington Polo Club was an absolute delight. Working with Rhonda made the planning process a breeze. There was SO much I didn’t know about weddings and luckily Rhonda and the rest of my vendors came to our rescue to answer questions, quickly and efficiently. Now for the day of.. OMG I don’t know where to start! The staff, the bartenders, the FOOD and the venue itself in all its newly renovated glory… absolutely amazing. Everyone who came to my wedding could NOT and has not stopped raving about the quality of the food and the service. I really could go on all day. I’m not someone who finds it easy to be pampered therefore I was trying to take care of myself all day, but the staff wouldn’t let me! Lol All of them made sure we were hydrated (which we NEEDED as it was almost 90 outside) and fed all night long. I joked with Zaimara, who was basically my attendent the whole wedding, that she was like my guardian angel all night. The staff was unmatched. What a perfect day. All this to say, if you’re thinking about the Polo Club— Book it. You will not be sorry.

They even had lemon ricotta poppyseed pancakes that perfectly matched my “He’s My Main Squeeze” lemon-themed shower — such a fun and delicious touch that everyone was raving about! I received endless compliments all day long about how beautiful, unique, and well-executed the entire event was. Every detail felt intentional and special. I truly cannot recommend Gather360 enough for anyone looking to host an unforgettable event. Thank you for making my special day so perfect!

We truly had the wedding of our dreams at Great River Golf Club, and we have Abby and the entire team to thank for making it possible. We booked our wedding about a year and a half in advance, and from the day we toured the venue, Abby made us feel supported, cared for, and genuinely excited for our big day. Throughout the entire planning process, Abby was incredible. She scheduled meetings and planning calls, answered every question promptly, and made us feel confident every step of the way. No matter how big or small our questions were, she was always there with thoughtful guidance and reassurance. During our planning, construction was taking place at the venue, and naturally, we had questions and a few concerns about how it might impact our wedding. Abby and the Great River team were transparent, communicative, and proactive throughout the process. They took the time to answer every question honestly and helped ease any concerns we had, which meant so much to us. On our wedding day, Abby was truly the backbone of the entire operation. She and the Great River team worked seamlessly behind the scenes, coordinating with all of our vendors, checking in on our families throughout the day and evening, and making sure every detail was handled. We never had to worry about a thing because they were always one step ahead. Their professionalism, organization, and genuine care allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, but what truly sets Great River Golf Club apart is the people. Every member of the team made us feel like our wedding was just as important to them as it was to us. Jennifer and the entire staff at Race Brook Country Club were great! The ballroom was decorated beautifully, there was plenty of space, and our guests loved the hors d’oeuvres. Jennifer did a great job communicating with us during the planning and running the show the day of the wedding. They know what they are doing with weddings and keep things flowing nicely.
