We went with pie instead of cake for our wedding. Lyman Orchards gave us a set of tiered pies of different sizes to look like a wedding cake, and a veritable mountain of cider donuts. My guests were blown away by how good everything was, and a few lamented the fact that they hadn't had this at their wedding instead of cake. My personal favorite was the bumbleberry, but the apple crumb, pumpkin, and plain apple were all delicious as well.

Most incredible day ever ☺️
Our wedding day turned out to be more incredible than we could have ever imagined, and we truly owe it to the amazing team at CT Wedding Group, especially Nicole and Cait. Everything went so smoothly, and they were incredibly kind and attentive throughout the day.
Nicole ensured all our last-minute items made it to the tables, kept our drinks flowing, and even arranged for us to enjoy our hors d'oeuvres in a private space. They made us feel so special every step of the way.
The decor was absolutely stunning! We brought a lot of things, and they used their creative eye and touches to design our space even better than we had envisioned. We’ve been hearing from our guests that it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended—and we might be biased, but we completely agree!
The food was fantastic, the views were breathtaking, and the entire night felt just perfect. We’re still on cloud nine from our magical day! We can’t recommend CT Wedding Group enough, and Lyman Orchards is truly the perfect venue!

Labor Day Wedding
The CT Wedding Group is TOP NOTCH! From the day we selected Lyman Orchards Golf Course to host, all the way through our wedding day and even post wedding, the CT wedding group has been supportive, communicative and organized! We worked with multiple coordinators and each one was phenomenal. Nicole was our day of coordinator and she helped us pivot when rain came, kept drinks in our hands, and made sure we had time to stay connected to each other and EAT throughout the night. All of our guests raved about the venue’s unique offerings (like the golf range at cocktail hour), wonderful selection of food, and attentive staff. We highly recommend using Lyman Orchards and the CT wedding group if you want a tented wedding with a beautiful backdrop!

Best wedding ever
To only have 5 stars available is not enough. CT wedding group and the team at Lyman Orchards made every process of wedding planning so easy, flexible, fun and stress free. From multiple zoom meetings, available texting 24/7 and making sure we had the wedding of our dreams, this team and venue went above and beyond!! Still to this day, almost a month out from our wedding date, we are receiving texts about how amazing everything at our wedding was!! Everyone mentioned that the food was "the best they had ever had at any wedding ever!" Truly an amazing culinary team to help make every detail of our wedding selections the most delicious ever! The executive chef was also so cheerful and made an amazing and entertaining flaming donut station! From food to decor everyone on the team made everything the best wedding a girl could have ever dreamed of!! Anything I wanted to add/change or do differently from a standard wedding, the team ensured that I had the perfect day! Plus, Sean and Cate honestly saved my day at the wedding. First, Cate brought me tea and champagne as well as seltzer water to help get some of the chill off of me after our photo session in the orchard field. Then, when I accidentally spilled pasta sauce on my white dress, Sean was right there with a tide pen to help get the stain out! I wish I could replay each second of my wedding because the entire team from front of the house, to back of the house and everyone in between made this day beyond magical and absolutely perfect!! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AND IF YOU'RE A FUTURE BRIDE, ABSOLUTELY PLAN YOUR WEDDING WITH CT WEDDING GROUP.

Absolutely Amazing!
We could not have been happier with our decision to have our wedding at Lyman Orchards! We have not stopped hearing from our guests about how delicious and high quality the food was and how friendly and helpful all of the event staff were.
Our day of coordinator, Lexi, was absolutely amazing! Her hard work definitely paid off because the days before and the day of the wedding went way more smoothly than I could have ever imagined. From having drinks ready to hand us after the ceremony to making sure we had the opportunity to try all of the food at cocktail hour and even have a moment to ourselves, she thought of everything! Not to mention, the way she decorated the ceremony and reception areas was absolutely gorgeous!
Overall, CT wedding group helped to make our wedding planning process smooth and low stress. We booked our date just shy of two years out from the wedding date. Based on our timeframe, they gave us goals for when we should have certain vendors booked and specific tasks completed. Throughout that time, they met with us to discuss how things were going and answer any questions we had along they way. I was always impressed by how responsive they were to any questions/requests I sent via email.
I would not hesitate to SUPER strongly recommend the Lyman Orchards venue and working with CT Wedding Group to anyone getting married!

Our wedding day dreams come true!
From the beginning, CT wedding group made wedding planning an enjoyable experience for both of us every step of the way. Being in our far share of weddings ourselves we have witnessed the stress and chaos that comes with wedding planning. Thanks to you all, we never really had to experience those feelings. Each member of the team we worked with or communicated with via email or zoom had a clear understanding of our vision, supported it, and made it happen.
On the day of the wedding we were so fortunate to have Nicole assigned to us as our day of coordinator. Nicole made not just us, but our entire family, feel at home making sure every one’s needs were met. Our day went off without any hitches and we honestly can’t even think of a single thing that occurred that we were not happy with. She made sure we ate, drank, and most importantly took in every moment of our special day.
Our guests have done nothing but rave to us all month long about our wedding. From the scenery of the venue, to the tent, to the food, to the drinks-we have heard nothing but positive compliments.

Outstanding
I don’t even know where to begin. Having our wedding at Lyman Orchards Golf Club was a dream come true! From the views to the food, everything was outstanding! Let’s not forget about our day of coordinator, Nicole, who went out of her way to make our day as perfect as possible. She went out of her way to make the impossible possible (like finding a way to move my arbor at the last second!). She was flexible in any last minute changes to the timeline of the day and was amazingly creative with our reception decorations! From the beginning, CTWG has been so helpful and answered our 1000 questions - we couldn’t ask for a better group of people to help us coordinate one of the most important days of our lives.
