Originally built in the 1880s as a barn, this structure features lofty ceilings, crystal chandeliers, a large dance floor area, and five antique fireplaces. Bill Miller’s Castle can accommodate up to 250 wedding guests, with indoor and outdoor spaces. Two beautiful locations for on site cermonies are exclusive to you on your wedding day. Choose from the Trellis on the lawn surrounded by our flower gardens or the indoor three-story fireplace. The indoor ballroom offers an enormous dance floor. This venue hosts only one event per day, ensuring privacy and exclusive access to the facility for couples and their guests.

Absolutely Amazing Wedding Venue!
We cannot say enough about how incredible Bill Miller’s Castle in Branford, Connecticut, was for our November 8th, 2024 wedding. This family-owned and operated venue exceeded every expectation and delivered a level of care, sincerity, and expertise that left us speechless. From start to finish, Lisa, Victoria, and Christina were nothing short of phenomenal.
From our very first meeting to the final moments of our celebration, they treated us like part of their family. Every detail was handled with thoughtfulness and precision—from decor and catering to timeline coordination, vendor recommendations, and bar service. Their willingness to step in and go above and beyond made our day seamless and magical.

Amazing experience!
We had an incredible experience with Bill Miller's. This was the first place we toured, and after searching around Connecticut, we knew this was the right fit. If you're looking for a venue with a barn/castle style and don't want the traditional country club/ballroom venue, this is a great option. We worked with Victoria, and she truly made our wedding day the best day ever! She was very organized and approachable. She made sure everyone in the wedding party felt comfortable on the day of the wedding. The venue is great for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies and cocktail hours. I would recommend choosing a photographer who is familiar with the venue as there are a lot of considerations with lighting and dark wood. We had guests from multiple cultures, and everyone had a great time! All the staff on the day of the wedding were very kind and accommodating.

Can’t say enough about this venue!
We had our wedding at Bill Miller’s in September and words can’t describe what an incredible event it was. We originally had 3 other locations booked to tour and immediately canceled them after leaving our initial tour and meeting. There wasn’t another venue that could replicate the charm and unique vibe that is Bill Miller’s Castle and we weren’t convinced any other venue would come with someone as passionate, yet professional as Victoria! Throughout the planning process Victoria and her team were attentive, easy to communicate with, and had a solution to any potential issue that may arise (including the oh-so-fun mixing of personalities amongst the families). The day of the wedding we had ZERO issues and everything went exactly how we pictured, which is almost unheard of but Victoria and her team pulled it off! All of our guests raved about the food and the venue, there wasn’t a single negative thing to say. If I had to go back and decide again, I would choose Bill Miller’s Castle over and over!!

Magical Setting, Flawless Service, + Amazing Food!!!!
From the very beginning, this family-run business was beyond amazing, with each member of the family playing a meaningful role in making our day so special. Getting ready in the bridal suite was a calm and joyful experience—beautifully prepared, comfortable, and the perfect place to soak in every moment with our closest loved ones.
The venue itself was absolutely magical, and the garden ceremony was truly breathtaking—an unforgettable and stunning setting that exceeded all expectations. The warm staff ensured everyone felt welcomed and cared for, and their attentiveness to detail was evident throughout the entire day.

Incredible Medieval Experience
Without a doubt, we have absolutely zero regrets about having our wedding at Bill Miller's. Leading up to the wedding all the way to the day of, the staff there was absolutely incredible, Victoria especially, in making sure that everything ran smoothly and that there was no stress. La Luna caters and the food was absolutely delicious! There were so many different packages to choose from so we were able to find one that worked within our price range. For 185 guests there was plenty of space and it didn't feel at all cramped. And it is really a one of a kind building and there's nothing quite like it. Made from repurposed materials from all around Connecticut it tells an incredible story and absolutely decorates itself! Cannot say enough great things about it!

Best Venue (and Staff) for the Big Day
When my wife told me she wanted to get married in a castle, I did not think we would find that on this side of the Atlantic. Thankfully, I was wrong about that; the hard part would be finding the venue that offered the desired atmosphere with the right team to ensure our big day went perfectly. After visiting several potential event spaces on the east coast, we found ourselves touring Bill Miller’s Castle.
Lisa Miller and the rest of the team at this family-owned and operated venue were the key to bringing this beautiful atmosphere to life. It was their commitment to making sure our wedding went perfectly that assured us we made the right choice; they had the right menu, planning expertise, and flexible day-of management (it rained which brought us inside rather than outside – apparently this is good luck btw). This team was the magic sauce that transformed the backdrop of this space into a living fairytale where we truly felt like royalty on our big day.

Bill Miller’s Castle is an absolutely stunning venue. It’s warm, romantic, and picturesque - the kind of place that wows guests the moment they arrive. From the food to the attentive staff to the beautiful setting, everything there is incredible.
As a couple getting married here earlier this month, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The team at BMC did everything they could to help us bring our vision to life. We worked primarily with Lisa, but also with Victoria and a handful of other staff leading up to and on our wedding day. Everyone was kind, organized, and incredibly helpful - they went to every length to make sure that we could have the *perfect* wedding day, and we truly did. Planning with them was stress-free: they were clear and transparent about pricing from the get-go, and even down to the big day, they had a plan or backup plan for absolutely everything and handled it all seamlessly - us, our families, and all the little details that make a wedding run smoothly. We are so grateful we chose Bill Miller’s Castle. It was truly the perfect backdrop for our wedding and a 10/10 experience from start to finish. Amazing Wedding Experience
From the moment we stepped foot on the grounds of Bill Miller's Castle, we knew we had found the perfect venue for our wedding day. The staff were incredibly attentive and so kind throughout the entire planning process. They listened to every concern we had and worked tirelessly to ensure everything was exactly as we had envisioned. When we faced some unexpected rain on the day of, they were communicative with us every step of the way as we decided what to do, and never once forced us into anything. Instead, they were incredibly encouraging and helped us create a beautifully curated, open, and spectacular indoor ceremony that exceeded all of our expectations.
