Carter from Honeysuckle Traditions is an absolute wedding rockstar! She truly made our wedding magical and completely flawless. Honestly, without her, we’re not sure we would’ve even had a wedding! From start to finish, Carter was calm, patient, and incredibly supportive. She always had the best suggestions, understood our vision perfectly, and never once showed an ounce of stress! Her attention to detail and her ability to keep things moving behind the scenes let us fully enjoy our day. We love Carter and you will too!! She’s not only an amazing and kind person to work with, but she was also our biggest cheerleader throughout the entire planning process. We truly don’t think anyone else could’ve brought our dream wedding to life the way Carter did. We highly recommend her to anyone getting married, she is the absolute best!

Kendall is amazing. I am so happy we chose her to be our wedding planner. Wedding planning is stressful, but she is the calm in the storm and helps guide planning. She thinks of details I never would have thought about. She helped in every vendor meeting, asking good questions to help guide decisions. She picked out vendor options based on our budgets and needs that we could choose from. Seriously, she made wedding planning so much easier. On the day of our wedding, everything was seamless. She organized the flow of the day, vendors, and set up everything for us. My new husband and I did not need to worry about anything. She is worth every penny! Book Kendall!!!

I am still in AWE from our wedding!!!! I chose Alison to help plan my wedding because she has one of the best reputations in the Northern CA region for top notch weddings!!! Please keep in mind that I live in Florida and was planning my wedding in Monterey, CA... From the start Alison was such a help and wealth of knowledge... She has amazing relationships with vendors and was able to book my DJ, Flowers and Photography within the first week or two of planning... Those vendors were absolutely amazing!!!! Alison was consistently checking in with my daily and was ALWAYS available to take a call or email from me! I can be pretty demanding and a control freak and Alison was so amazing with her patience and allowed me the floor to help in making decisions with her... She and her staff were on site the entire weekend for our wedding and were so organized, I never had to worry about a thing! She kept everyone on schedule and the day went off perfectly!!!! Alison pays such attention to detail, she has a tasteful yet elegant eye which came out in our ceremony and reception... My wedding was magical and simply perfect thanks to Alison Ulshoffer Events and Design... Thank you for an amazing day we will never forget!!!!

Working with Michele and her team was such a wonderful experience! She truly is a phenomenal planner, and her service and team is absolutely incredible! I would recommend her and her team to absolutely everyone I know. She took on an estate wedding from complete scratch, including RAW land, and made the most beautiful spectacular wedding that our family and friends are still raving about. Her attention to detail, and professionalism is unparalleled. She helped with stresses that I never could have foreseen, and always stayed true to our vision. She was a shoulder to lean on, and an ear to listen through all of the ups and downs that a wedding of that magnitude brings. There was a time when having a wedding planner was considered a luxury afforded only to couples with deep pockets. (Or couples who had parents with deep pockets.) I beg to differ. In my opinion, having a wedding planner was a necessity and one I would advise other brides to have, even if it means scaling back on other costs for your wedding reception. For me personally, having a wedding planner was the difference between me just being able to “pull off” my reception and me being able to enjoy it. To save some money, I hired KWE for month of/day of coordination rather than full event planning (though they were available from the get-go for contract help, referrals and all-around advice). The month before my event, Kate swooped in and took care of all the details: designing the layout of the venue coordinating with the vendors, etc. The week before, day before and the day of she took care of everything! She picked up supplies, was on hand to greet and coordinate with other vendors, did setup and cleanup, delivered items to my house after the reception, helped keep the party on track and so much more! I am not sure if there were any snafus (though I am sure there were, how couldn’t there have been?) because if there were, she took care of them on the spot. She even jumped into action when I spilled red wine on my gown early in the evening. I really, really, really cannot emphasize enough how wonderful it was to have Kate and her team on board. I strongly advise you to consider hiring her for your event.

Becca & Co is an amazing team. Kate was my coordinator for my wedding. I did the 90 day coordination package and she fully took over 3 months before my wedding. The transition was so smooth and she answered every question I had. My wedding day went on perfectly. Kate and her assistant made sure everything was perfect and in place. Her assistant even went out to get more alcohol and we were running low on some items. Above and beyond what I asked for.

Hailey and her team ensured that our wedding was truly a special day in April 2022. While we prepared all of our decor, and booked individual vendors ahead of time, they put together a run of show for everyone and coordinated all activities on the day-of. Two Roads Event company and their team were highly skilled, flexible, and on time to make it all work - exactly what any couple needs. Below is our detailed review of ways that Two Roads supported us on our special day. Leading up to the wedding We have been working with Two Roads since 2019. We started our planning process and they helped consult us on topics we are unfamiliar with since we are not in the wedding industry. They gave us sincere and real advice while also supporting our own goals and personal budgets and style. Due to COVID-19 and family emergencies we had to move our wedding at least four times and the Two Roads team has stuck with us the entire time. We cannot thank them enough for being there for us when we wanted to cancel everything and supporting us along this long roller coaster ride. You can tell the entire team puts their heart and soul into this work. And our production plan and documents helped us get all of our decor and vendors organized so we could easily transition all aspects of the wedding to the Two Roads team the day of. Taking care of bride and groom Hailey‘s team always made sure we had enough food, alcohol, and water so that we enjoyed our event and didn’t worry about any small details. This might seem like a small task, but no one else at your wedding is going to care for you the way the TR team does because guests will be distracted with catching up with others and having a fun time themselves. By two roads taking care of our needs, our guests didn’t have to worry about us, and could live in the magical moment. Decor We had decorations, some homemade and some that required set up and Hailey‘s team used the supplies that we gave them and transformed our venue. We trusted them to do what looked best and made sense and I must say I’m so happy we did that because they worked really hard to think about how the decor could flow and impress guests. Vendor management We had almost 10 individual vendors for TR to manage - multiple caterers, activities, and they managed to make friends by the end of the night with all of them. They kept the timeline running but also understood the organic nature of weddings and that nothing always goes according to schedule which is the magic of the event. The Two Roads team made sure our vendors had the information needed for the event ahead of time and also were supported during the wedding. They made sure everyone had a meal and had their needs met. They seriously take care of everyone. Guest management All of our guests kept telling my husband and I how professional and kind the event staff were. Having the TR team there to support our guests with anything ranging from providing them a beverage, helping finding their table, or providing an ice bag when a kid fell, truly made everyone feel taken care of and took that weight off our mind.

Thank you for your outstanding, ‘human’ approach to making our special day, Perfect. My wife and I were expecting this already difficult process to be near impossible given the issues we faced due to our busy schedules. After Many a sleepless night, we were graced with an introduction to NK, who immediately took the burden off us and made it extremely easy to manage and organize the event. Very thorough in her approach, she provided us plans and arrangements in such detail that the selection process was extremely easy. I couldn’t help but notice the many times she took initiative to negotiate with the vendors to add value to every purchase we made which honestly put my budget cum quality-oriented mind at great ease. On the Day of the wedding, she was nothing short of a life saver. She ran ahead putting out all the fires and ensured nothing but perfection. In my honest opinion she made our day flawless, letting both myself and my wife enjoy our special day without a worry. So, I would like to Thank you again NK, for an amazing job. Thanks to you, our day was an outstanding success. And I wholeheartedly endorse your services to anyone without any reservation.
