I found Simply Suited when looking for day/month-of wedding coordinators on Thumbtack when I realized I couldn't execute my whole wedding by myself, LOL! From the first time I talked to Autumn and Kendall, I felt super comfortable with them and their abilities to carry out mine and my husband's wedding. They were also by far the MOST affordable coordinators I found! The fact that I got 2 coordinators for the price of 1 was already super enticing, so I booked with them the day after I talked to them.

Throughout the planning process, Autumn & Kendall were so helpful with my random questions leading up to the day, and especially with our super organized shared google drive! They helped me craft the wedding day timeline (which went perfectly, btw!!) and sent it out to all of our vendors for their feedback. Autumn led our rehearsal (with our rowdy & very excited wedding party) with ease and made sure 1. everyone knew where and when to go, AND 2. that I was happy with how everything went! They also placed all my decor beautifully and perfectly to my vision, as well as packed up all the decor at the end of the night.

I cannot thank them both enough for helping me and Darrell with our perfect day--we are SO GRATEFUL! I told everyone that nothing went wrong with our wedding (or at least I still don't know about it, hahaha), everything was flawless. If you want the same, book with Autumn & Kendall!

Autumn and Kendall were a huge part in making our wedding day go smoothly. They handled all of our vendor communications and day of details such that I didn't have to think about it at all - my only challenge was just trusting that someone really and truly had my back on the day - and they absolutely did. I can not say enough great things about Autumn and Kendall! I had originally reached out to them towards the beginning of COVID in hopes that we would be able to have our original wedding/reception this November. Because of the pandemic, we had to drastically change our plans and they helped us every step of the way.

In regards to planning, they are extremely organized and detail oriented. They provided spreadsheets, vendor suggestions, and timelines that really helped us plan and decide exactly what we wanted. They were also really responsive anytime I had a question or needed a suggestion.

In August, my husband and I decided that we would need to scale back our wedding to a backyard wedding with just close family and friends and they made our day absolutely amazing.

They helped to facilitate a last minute wedding rehearsal the night before and it definitely eased my stress about the day. They were extremely professional and it was clear they had a ton of experience with weddings!

The day of the wedding, they arrived several hours before the ceremony to set up. They did an amazing job transforming a simple backyard space into a romantic setting. They really impressed me with how great it all looked/turned out. So many guests shared with me what a fabulous job they did. They were so helpful the entire process and made the day flow seamlessly.

If you are looking for wedding coordinators, I can not recommend them enough! I can’t wait to work with them again for our larger reception next Fall.

Autumn and Kendal exceeded all of my expectations!! I can say with 100% truth that my wedding was absolutely perfect, and these ladies helped me to have the most stress-free and fun night I could imagine!! I literally had no issues in terms of anything having a hiccup, and I'm sure it was because they were on top of it!! I originally contacted Simple Suited last year when I was planning for a fall 2022 wedding. Some things happened and when I called in February to ask about a summer 2021 wedding they were on board and made it happen! SSO has worked with a lot on vendors and connected us to an amazing photographer who captured our engagement and wedding beautifully. Autumn was in constant contact over email, text, and google drives. She created and edited spreadsheets for me throughout the process. She made planning super easy and stress free and I wasn’t excepting that leading up to my wedding! During the rehearsal my husbands groomsmen were not paying attention to say the least and she kindly but firmly wrangled everyone together and made the rehearsal run super smooth and we were done in under an hour. Day of wedding I saw very little of them, but their efforts were obvious everywhere you looked. They steamed our dresses. They worked with me on decor and I sat it all out and they transformed my backyard into a wonderland. They smoothly handled any conflicts that arose without alerting the bride or groom and made sure we had the most amazing, magical night of my dreams. I could not recommend Simply Suited enough, please reach out to them if you are planning a wedding and want it to be way less stressful!

They were so professional and amazing. Autumn and Kendall are so great at what they do and could charge way more than what they do.

Because of who I am, It was hard for me to let go and let them do their thing because I like to be in charge. But my husband told me after our wedding it was like having 2 more of me running around and making sure everything was perfect! I was able to share a vision with them and they perfectly pieced it together in order to make our day exactly what we hoped it would be! Our day wouldn’t have been so great with out them!

On the days of our rehearsal and wedding, their calm, assertive and friendly direction made the event what it was--simply, a success! I can't recommend highly enough.

Originally, I was intent on not hiring a wedding coordinator for our big day, but Simply Suited Occasions made me so grateful that I did. Autumn and Kendall made an excellent team that had the biggest positive impact on our wedding day.

Not only were they kind and very easy to work with, but their expertise and professionalism really showed throughout the whole process with them. They answered EVERY question I asked, really took the reins in leading our rehearsal and wedding day, and (what I appreciate most) they were always one step ahead of us.

Kendall and Autumn did a great job coordinating our wedding. They were organized and remembered many details that can be so easily missed. However, our wedding guests and bridal party did find them a bit cold. We did not experience the friendliest interactions prior to the wedding and during the rehearsal but they did get the job done. They were efficient, affordable, and organized. There were some moments of miscommunication with emails where I felt misunderstood. Their schedules are jam-packed and it was not easy to get very many options for meetings prior to the wedding. The days and times that were available were limited. Our experience felt more business-related rather than personal.
