We hired Nicki and her team for month/day of coordination services for our wedding at my parent’s property in September. I can’t praise Nicki (& her team) enough! She has excellent communication and is so great at what she does, she’s super funny too! Nicki was so easy to work with and was excellent at directing everyone and staying on the timeline. She was wonderful with checking in on us throughout the evening to see if we needed anything, we wouldn’t have been able to eat without the Nicki wall block! Along with coordination services, Nicki took on the role of cake decorator and arranged the flowers on our cake beautifully. So many of our guests commented about how great Nicki was at making sure that everything flowed smoothly for the rehearsal and day of the wedding. Our wedding was absolutely amazing and I know Nicki and her team played such a large role in making that happen! I am forever grateful to have worked with Nicki and I can’t recommend her enough 🤍

As a wedding professional myself, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many coordinators over the years, but she stands out above the rest. After working alongside her on several weddings, I knew without a doubt that she was the only person I could trust to coordinate my own.

You don't know you need a coordinator until you have one as amazing as Nicki. She is efficient, friendly, organized, and knows exactly what she's doing every moment of your special day and before. I hired her for the last 3 months of my wedding planning and she was amazing. Our wedding was stress free from the weeks leading to it, until I watched her dance her way through the reception putting away our decorations, until we returned to our room to find everything packed and on the hotel cart ready to be wheeled out the next day. Hiring a day-of coordinator was worth every penny—when things inevitably go wrong, we felt so secure knowing we could trust Nicki to handle any hurdle we threw her way. (Oh, we misplaced our bouquets during setup the night before so they ended up disguised as any of the floral arrangements centerpieces?—found within minutes. Oh, the photowall we DIY’d was falling down?—upright and sturdy before anyone saw it was down. Oh, the parking at our venue was weird and cars needed to be moved? Handled! All of these bumps were smoothed out thanks to Nicki’s leadership. Before the wedding Nicki also walked us through and helped us build out a timeline—and most valuable—came to scout out our venue and asked them all the questions we hadn't thought of. This review is long overdue, and I’m so thankful for everything Nicki did for us. She was sweet, funny, and handled every detail like a pro. She pretty much does it all! whether you want balloons, a mobile bar, or need someone to keep things on track, she’s your person. And trust me, Nicki will get people to get in line! I only wish I’d hired her sooner. I brought her on two months before the wedding, but looking back, I would’ve invested in her help way earlier. You’re already making a huge investment in your wedding, invest in a planner every step of the way.

Whatever your vision is, Nicki will make sure to bring it to life. We had lots of vendors marquee letters, guest portraits, a photo booth, and more and her timeline coordinated every detail perfectly, from a harpist at the ceremony to a mariachi band at the reception and a 16 piece Mexican band. It was everything we dreamed of! When my dress was getting caught in my heel because of the lining, she jumped in and cut it on the spot to save me from tripping. She even helped me get into my second dress and find my shoes when no one else was around to assist. And when my family forgot my second dress, she quickly sent Sarah from her team to grab it from the hotel. Not only that, but Sarah took tons of pictures and videos of the wedding, which I absolutely loved! While I’m waiting on the official photos and video, I’ve already been able to look back on so many great moments from the day.

And when about five impromptu speeches popped up last minute, Nicki just made it happen, no problem. Her preferred vendors are amazing they’re definitely on her list for a reason!

If you want someone who truly cares about every detail and makes sure your day is perfect, I can’t recommend Nicki enough. And she doesn’t just do weddings she’s fantastic with all kinds of event coordination!
