We hired Nicki and her team for month/day of coordination services for our wedding at my parent’s property in September. I can’t praise Nicki (& her team) enough! She has excellent communication and is so great at what she does, she’s super funny too! Nicki was so easy to work with and was excellent at directing everyone and staying on the timeline. She was wonderful with checking in on us throughout the evening to see if we needed anything, we wouldn’t have been able to eat without the Nicki wall block! Along with coordination services, Nicki took on the role of cake decorator and arranged the flowers on our cake beautifully. So many of our guests commented about how great Nicki was at making sure that everything flowed smoothly for the rehearsal and day of the wedding. Our wedding was absolutely amazing and I know Nicki and her team played such a large role in making that happen! I am forever grateful to have worked with Nicki and I can’t recommend her enough 🤍 -

As a wedding professional myself, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many coordinators over the years, but she stands out above the rest. After working alongside her on several weddings, I knew without a doubt that she was the only person I could trust to coordinate my own.
From the very beginning, she completely understood my vision and brought every detail to life exactly how I imagined — and honestly, even better. She’s organized, calm under pressure, and incredibly detail-oriented. Our venue came with quite a few challenges, but she handled every issue gracefully and efficiently, making sure everything went off without a hitch.
What I love most about her is how genuine and caring she is. She truly invests herself in every couple and makes you feel like your wedding is her top priority. On top of that, she’s fun, approachable, and such a positive energy to have around — which makes the entire process so much more enjoyable!
Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and it’s all thanks to her. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with such an important day. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your coordinator, you can relax knowing you’re in the best possible hands. -

Amazing Coordinator
You don't know you need a coordinator until you have one as amazing as Nicki. She is efficient, friendly, organized, and knows exactly what she's doing every moment of your special day and before. I hired her for the last 3 months of my wedding planning and she was amazing. Our wedding was stress free from the weeks leading to it, until I watched her dance her way through the reception putting away our decorations, until we returned to our room to find everything packed and on the hotel cart ready to be wheeled out the next day. I highly recommend her for your special day. She was everywhere whispering when it was time to go and getting the room looking even better than I had imagined. ML -

Hiring a day-of coordinator was worth every penny—when things inevitably go wrong, we felt so secure knowing we could trust Nicki to handle any hurdle we threw her way. (Oh, we misplaced our bouquets during setup the night before so they ended up disguised as any of the floral arrangements centerpieces?—found within minutes. Oh, the photowall we DIY’d was falling down?—upright and sturdy before anyone saw it was down. Oh, the parking at our venue was weird and cars needed to be moved? Handled! All of these bumps were smoothed out thanks to Nicki’s leadership. Before the wedding Nicki also walked us through and helped us build out a timeline—and most valuable—came to scout out our venue and asked them all the questions we hadn't thought of. Thanks, Nicki, I’d work with you again! -

This review is long overdue, and I’m so thankful for everything Nicki did for us. She was sweet, funny, and handled every detail like a pro. She pretty much does it all! whether you want balloons, a mobile bar, or need someone to keep things on track, she’s your person. And trust me, Nicki will get people to get in line! I only wish I’d hired her sooner. I brought her on two months before the wedding, but looking back, I would’ve invested in her help way earlier. You’re already making a huge investment in your wedding, invest in a planner every step of the way.
Whatever your vision is, Nicki will make sure to bring it to life. We had lots of vendors marquee letters, guest portraits, a photo booth, and more and her timeline coordinated every detail perfectly, from a harpist at the ceremony to a mariachi band at the reception and a 16 piece Mexican band. It was everything we dreamed of! When my dress was getting caught in my heel because of the lining, she jumped in and cut it on the spot to save me from tripping. She even helped me get into my second dress and find my shoes when no one else was around to assist. And when my family forgot my second dress, she quickly sent Sarah from her team to grab it from the hotel. Not only that, but Sarah took tons of pictures and videos of the wedding, which I absolutely loved! While I’m waiting on the official photos and video, I’ve already been able to look back on so many great moments from the day.
And when about five impromptu speeches popped up last minute, Nicki just made it happen, no problem. Her preferred vendors are amazing they’re definitely on her list for a reason!
If you want someone who truly cares about every detail and makes sure your day is perfect, I can’t recommend Nicki enough. And she doesn’t just do weddings she’s fantastic with all kinds of event coordination! -

Nicki was our wedding coordinator for our wedding at The Club at Ruby Hill. She did a wonderful job in making sure every little detail went according to plan and also making sure everyone was in the right place at the right time. With so many things happening at once, she made everything feel at ease on our big day. Would highly, highly recommend her to anyone who wants a stress-free wedding day! -

I can’t say enough about how incredible my wedding coordinator Nicki and her team were throughout the entire wedding planning process. Nicki and her team were incredible, to say the least. My husband and I got married this past June and hired Nicki as our three months to the day-of coordinator. From the very first meeting Nicki was extremely responsive, detail-oriented, and professional. During the few months leading up to our wedding, Nicki was an incredible advocate and leader in finalizing the details for the big day. On the day of, Nicki and her team were super organized, helpful, and absorbed all of the wedding day stressors so that my husband and I could truly enjoy our day. Short & Sweet Wedding
So we LOVED having Nicki as our coordinator for our wedding. We had to plan everything super quickly (picked our venue in July, got with Nicki in August and got married October 1st.) And she was so helpful with all of the questions we had and she was very specific when trying to get our vision right with our decor and everything. Our wedding was super lowkey but Nicki made everything go so smoothly, I literally relaxed my entire wedding day! And she did all of our faux flower decorations as well. Highly recommend! Not only is she great and professional, she’s also super personable and funny. AND she coordinated my best friends wedding a week later, and we all loved her there too! Would definitely book her again! -

Nicki was organized, efficient, and probably had the hardest job of the day but did amazing! We had the 2 month coordinator package. We had a larger bridesmaid groomsmen party, and it was often hard to keep everyone organized. She handled us perfectly and kept the wedding going just as planned. Nicki was the perfect combination of stern when she needed to be (and trust me.. it’s needed on your wedding day with some people 🤣) and professional. We had a challenging venue that was three levels, and she was able to create amazing plans to get everything done. We can’t thank her enough for all she did to make our big day a success. Took so much stress off of my now husband and I. You won’t regret booking Nicki! -

Allowed us to enjoy our day!
We booked the Two Month to Day of Coordination package for our wedding in July 2023 and she also provided rentals for our dessert/favors tables. We could not be more grateful for all of Nicki's help throughout our planning! Our biggest ask was that we wanted to be relaxed, not-stressed, and able to really soak in and enjoy our big day and that definitely happened because of Nicki and her team. Nicki was super communicative and prepared and gave us great guidance as we finalized our plans leading up to our big day. She had great questionnaires and documentation to keep everything organized. We DIY-ed our decor/flowers and it was something I was a bit worried about leading up to the day, but everything looked perfect! She also helped coordinate all our vendors so things went off smoothly and on schedule. Also, I had some people in my wedding party that I knew were going to be opinionated or demanding, but she handled them with ease ;) and took that stress off of us which we were so grateful for!

We hired Events by Nicki for Partial Planning. My husband and I are extremely happy we did! Nicki was amazing and we cannot thank her enough for being the guiding light we so desperately needed to make our big day better than we could have imagined. Nicki was so organized, professional, and catered to our every need throughout the planning process. On the big day, she made sure everything went according to plan, kept us on time for all of the various bride/groom activities, and made it so we could enjoy our wedding without worrying about anything else. Events by Nicki were a blessing for us and we are so thankful we chose them. Nicki was absolutely incredible to work with! She responded effectively to changing circumstances and kept all of the vendors coordinated and on schedule. Nicki helped us with last-minute planning as well as day-of coordination for our wedding. We hadn't done a lot of prep work, and accordingly didn't expect much - but somehow, the event looked and felt like it was planned for a year, binders and all! I was impressed with how smart and capable she was; she not only kept us on track with vendors and task lists, but also played guide/cheerleader - telling us what to expect while reminding us that it should be fun! She approached us with important decisions and exercised good judgment on small things - which was EXACTLY the right approach for us. We had such a lovely day, and we are so grateful - we could not recommend her enough! :) -

Let me start off by saying, I didn’t think I needed a wedding coordinator. It was a backyard wedding, and I “could handle it. “ So, I was wrong. I didn’t realize all the little details of a not so simple backyard wedding until my beautiful angels arrived to help me, and plan the most amazing wedding I could have ever wanted. Nicki was amazing, knowledgeable and very detail oriented. She helped me plan my wedding down to the smallest of details. She’s honest, high energy, encouraging, and answered every question I threw at her right away. I couldn’t thank her enough for her help. She unfortunately missed the best wedding of October 2022, but I got to meet two more amazing people, Lauran and Mac. I so loved them. They came to the house and jumped right in. Helping everywhere they could to get this wedding going. They where super hero’s moving at the speed of light. I don’t know how they did it, but things fell into place, and the wedding seemed to move flawless. I am so appreciative and thankful for all of them. I can’t thank them enough! They have a great talent for what they do and I couldn’t express more on how every bride needs them. ❤️ -

We planned our wedding while living abroad, and from the start Nicki was super responsive and accommodating with the time difference.
On the day of the wedding Nicki's team did an outstanding job of making things as stress-free as possible. We didn't have to spend the day telling people where to go and what to do because they were on it - we could just sit back and enjoy the party! They even made sure to pull plates of food for us so that we got something to eat (bless). Thank you Nicki for bringing our vision to life and making our wedding such a joyful occasion. -

Best decision of the wedding vendors to have Nicki as the wedding planner. Nicki and her assistant helped tremendously with up front wedding items. We had a perfect evening all thanks to Nicki!
We reached out to Nicki to help us plan a 40th wedding anniversary dinner party and although we did not give her much time to plan she did an amazing job. We had a perfect evening with zero worries or stress. When I arrived to our venue (with my 8 month old) I found the tables set beautiful with flowers and candle light. We received nothing but compliments. We could not have pulled it off without her. -
