When we started planning our wedding, we thought that we could do it without a coordinator, since we were having a small family event (20 people). Before too long, we were feeling overwhelmed with decision fatigue and planning logistics. We knew we needed some help!

We brought Chardonnay on three months before our wedding to help with planning and coordination. She was flexible with her services, she helped us get all our ideas in order, set us on a timeline, and helped us find the right vendors for our wedding. This took so much pressure and worry off of us!
She made sure that we had considered all of the necessary details, and coordinated with us, the venue, vendors, and caterer to make sure everyone was in the right place at the right time.

On the day of our wedding, she and her assistant put in a long day, arriving early to receive deliveries and set up all the decor, picking up food, and staying late for rental pick-ups.
As a result of her expertise, we had an absolutely perfect day. Everything was so beautiful, perfectly timed, and well-organized. If there were any logistical hiccups on our wedding day, we did not hear about it. She took care of everything behind-the-scenes to make it all flow perfectly, while we just relaxed and enjoyed our big day with family and friends.
