Chardonnay is AMAZING
Chardonnay worked very diligently to ensure my daughter's wedding went smoothly. She set everything up just as we discussed and worked throughout the event to move flowers, tables, and whatever we needed. She coordinated with all our vendors to ensure everyone was where they needed to be, doing what they needed to do. It allowed us to just enjoy the day. She has an easy way about her and is very easy to work with. -

Couldn’t do it with out her!
Chardonnay was absolutely amazing!! I already had 98% of my wedding planned when we hired her for day of coordination. She helped get us a structured timeline and contacted all vendors. There is so much behind the scenes stuff that happens on the day of your wedding and Chardonnay handled all of that!! We would not have been able to enjoy our day as much as we did without her. Chardonnay was recommended by our venue and we are so happy we decided to go with her. Her communication is top notch. She even sent thoughtful cards to show her dedication to making our day special. We were a bit overwhelmed with all of the little details of the wedding and Chardonnay made it so easy for us to decide everything on step at a time. She set up a wedding day timeline and venue map for us with ease and made sure the day went smoothly. She set up the welcome table, gift table, chairs, rugs, dessert gazebo, and so so so much more before the wedding. She also ran the wedding rehearsal so that we were prepared on the big day. She managed everything so perfectly, we can not recommend her enough! If you’re looking for an amazing wedding planner, Chardonnay is the best.Chardonnay Events's reply:

Chardonnay exceeded every expectation I had for hiring a wedding coordinator. She was extremely organized, attentive, responsive and also very easy to get along with. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. We were able to be present the entire day and she handled it everything perfectly. I didn’t have to worry at all the weekend of the wedding and that alone is absolutely PRICELESS. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!Chardonnay Events's reply:

Chardonnay was absolutely amazing! She was extremely helpful leading up to our big day. She was incredibly professional, organized, and put any worries that we had at ease. I especially loved the sneak peaks that she sent me while I was getting ready the morning of without even asking her to. Additionally, she prepared napkins, and other miscellaneous decorations for our wedding the night prior to use her time the day of the wedding effectively. Our wedding day was absolutely gorgeous, and more than we could have ever hoped for because of Chardonnay and her partner. If you are looking for a day of coordinator, I couldn’t recommend Chardonnay enough!Chardonnay Events's reply:

Amazing, stress-free wedding thanks to Chardonnay!
Chardonnay was absolutely amazing to have as our day-of coordinator! Even prior to the wedding in April 2023, she made sure to meet with us at the venues & have a preliminary timeline ready. She made sure that prior to the day of my wedding, she had a good understanding of how things are going to flow. She is experienced in coordination, and that was super helpful in making sure things went smoothly! Extremely professional, organized, and calm, I didn't feel any stress on my wedding day!

My husband and I cannot recommend Chardonnay's wedding services highly enough, singlehandedly she was able to communicate with vendors, the venue, and our families on our wedding day in order to make every aspect of the day go smoothly and efficiently. There are things only someone who does this professionally would be able to foresee and plan ahead for, she helped us find solutions to potential issues that could have arrived (like rain on our wedding day). Incredible initiative the second she arrived helping organize and communicate, she even found some extra lights and added some finishing touches to the reception area. On top of everything, she was so genuine and friendly from the first time we met! I would recommend her to anyone and would hire her again in a heartbeat!Chardonnay Events's reply:

Best Day Ever
To us Chardonnay was much more than just a day of coordinator. She made our big day seem so seamless and beautiful we had no worries in the world that day with Chardonnay on our side. In addition to this she helped us navigate through any speed bumps we hit along the way from difficult vendors to last minute change ups. It’s almost been a year and one thing we cherished the most from that is working with Chardonnay. We couldn’t have picked a better person to make our day so special. Thank you Chardonnay!

Hiring Chardonnay was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the first communication Chardonnay was great and so nice! I hired her immediately. We had a semi long engagement it was so cute to receive a card from her when we were 100 days out! It’s the little things for me. She was always available by text or email whenever I needed anything and even put us in touch with our videographer. When our wedding got closer, she was right there for me! The wedding itself went so smoothly and I know it was because of her! I didn’t hear of any issues and she made sure that I fully enjoyed the day. The next day when we unpacking everything, I was so impressed how neatly she packed all our things! And nothing was lost or left behind! I am a very organized person and very attentive to detail and I met my match with Chardonnay thanks again Chardonnay for everything!Chardonnay Events's reply:

Chardonnay coordinated our Friday night and Saturday events for our wedding. Both events were so smooth thanks to her help! It really felt like we as the couple didn’t have to worry about anything except for just enjoying our wedding because she handled all of the behind the scenes work for us. She managed everything from ceremony rehearsal to welcome table set up to adding extra place settings at the very last minute to accommodate additional family. From the start, she was organized and easy to communicate with. Chardonnay is a true professional and we highly recommend her!Chardonnay Events's reply:

Chardonnay was an outstanding wedding coordinator! For my wife Sarah and I, our wedding was intended to be the most special day of our lives. We trusted Chardonnay to handle perhaps the most pivotal role in our wedding vendor list as our coordinator. She was absolutely outstanding.
Chardonnay went above and beyond as our day of coordinator. First, she was willing to attend our food tasting months out before our wedding date just to meet Sarah and I and our family. Chardonnay lead our rehearsal event seamlessly, and the day of our wedding, she hustled the entire time to make sure everyone and everything were in the right place. Chardonnay possesses a skillset essential to an outstanding wedding coordinator by having attention to detail, possessing a warm and charismatic personality, and she had outstanding organization and communication with us and our vendors. We would 100% have picked her again and Sarah and I highly recommend her to our friends and family for their future weddings!

Chardonnay is a true professional and anyone who choses her has their wedding in good hands! She coordinated our June 2022 wedding and I can't imagine what it would have been like without her help. She walked through the venue in advance with us and created an incredibly detailed timeline and map for the day which she also shared with all our other vendors, and adjusted many times to new developments. She was very good about responding to our many many questions and always had solutions to the little problems we thought about in advance. The day of the event ran so smoothly that my husband and I did not need to stress at all (or have our families stress out).Chardonnay Events's reply:

I am a very organized person. When we started planning I was on a strict budget and was sure a coordinator was an expense I couldn’t afford. Initially I hired Chardonnay for her day of help service to help with setup and takedown. A few months out from the date I upgraded to the day of package. Honestly it was the best decision I made. Chardonnay was absolutely amazing and such a joy to work with. Even people in my bridal party commented on how great she was! She really covered everything, and took care of things I didn’t even think about. I can’t imagine having had my wedding without her help, she is that good! Hiring her is a decision you definitely will not regret. She looked out for her couple first and our day ran so smoothly.Chardonnay Events's reply:

Chardonnay was the reason I could breathe during wedding planning! We had a detailed plan (or so I thought) and she ended up thinking of a lot of things that we missed. She’s wonderful at what she does. She’s smart, quick on her feet, and so kind. It was a dream to have her at our wedding. I’m so happy we hired her. If you’re thinking about whether or not you need the additional help, I’m telling you as a bride, you do and Chardonnay can help take on tasks so that you can just enjoy your day!

You need this Wedding Coordinator for your big day!
Chardonnay is amazing! She was my day of coordinator but also so much more than that. We had constant communication leading up to my wedding and she was willing to help me with any of my needs. When my big day was here, I literally did not have to worry about anything but living in the moment. There is no way my wedding would have went so well without her!Chardonnay Events's reply:

AMAZING!! If you’re reading this review….just do it!
Words can’t begin to describe my experience working with Chardonnay. From my first meeting with her until the day of the wedding was seriously so easy. I knew right away I had to hire her. She is very easy to talk to, communicate with, and her attention to detail is out of this world. I had a vision. She exceeded my expectations!
