This review is way overdue! Kendall by far was the best investment of my wedding! She made everything easy peasy for me. I didn’t feel stress nor worry about anything at all. Even the day of the wedding, I was at eased and just enjoyed my day. My husband and I couldn’t ask for a better planner who made our vision and dream wedding come true. Everything was perfect and very thankful for the hard work. Our families have told me themselves how impressed they are of Kendall and how she made sure everything was perfect for me. We are forever grateful and highly recommend her! Every bride needs a Kendall in their wedding planning!!

Kendall is amazing. I am so happy we chose her to be our wedding planner. Wedding planning is stressful, but she is the calm in the storm and helps guide planning. She thinks of details I never would have thought about. She helped in every vendor meeting, asking good questions to help guide decisions. She picked out vendor options based on our budgets and needs that we could choose from. Seriously, she made wedding planning so much easier. On the day of our wedding, everything was seamless. She organized the flow of the day, vendors, and set up everything for us. My new husband and I did not need to worry about anything. She is worth every penny! Book Kendall!!!

We hired Kendall to assist with our decor and design for our wedding. She was so helpful and easy to work with! She offers great perspective and shared a ton of ideas for us to work through when planning our wedding. It was nice being able to bounce ideas off her and have someone who made sure all our decor matched and created the vibe we were looking for. Would definitely recommend!!

When I was on my search for a wedding planner, I knew exactly what I wanted: a planner with vision, great design sensibility, experience, resourcefulness, and most importantly (in our case) that could help us stay organized and could move us along our timeline smoothly. I found literally all of this in Kendall. She is so organized, kind, honest, empathetic, the voice I couldn't have myself in parts of planning, and she made my husband and I feel completely confident in every step of the way. She scouted vendors for us and checked out rentals in person. Our touchbase meetings were always productive and fun/funny.. I always looked forward to them and actually miss them! Lol. My butterflies started up the month before the wedding and I told Kendall. She gave me simple and impactful advice that I held on to throughout the wedding weekend, and I kid you not, that's really all I needed to avoid stressing. Our wedding turned out beautifully. After meeting up with some of our guests in the month after our wedding, we've heard this is the first wedding they've been to that felt perfect - nothing delayed, nothing wrong, beautiful vignettes and surroundings, and everyone felt the love, intimacy, cheer and warmth we wanted. We went with her partial package, and an additional event, but in hindsight, we should have gone all the way with her full planning package! Kendall, you will always be a part of our story and we couldn't have had such a beautiful wedding weekend, nor had the perfect planning experience, without you and your team.

Working with Kendall for our wedding was amazing! She was responsive, detail oriented, patient, and level headed throughout the entire wedding planning process - a true professional. Leading up to the wedding, she suggested other vendors and helped us ask key questions during vendor meetings. We were really picky about our photographer and Kendall continued to pass along vendor suggestions - never showing a sign of frustration, even after we looked at over 30+ options. Kendall helped us stay within our budget without compromising on things that were important to us (but also told us when we needed to be realistic about what we wanted). She provided us guidance around timing and what to do when leading up to the wedding, but never pressured us or made us feel like we were "falling behind". A few days before our wedding, morning rain was forecast and Kendall immediately reached out to vendors for a tent and we discussed various back-up plans for the day of. Several hours before our wedding it started raining (even though it wasn't supposed to!). Because she knew what was important to us, she was able to make great decisions without stressing us out as all - Kendall & her team promptly took care of the details (like moving dinner inside, changing reception set up, etc). I'm sure there are SO many things they did that we didn't even know about to help our day run smoothly.

Hiring her for partial planning was definitely money spent, and she went above and beyond for us - we highly recommend Kendall Melissa Events!

There are not enough words to describe how phenomenal Kendall is as a Wedding Planner!!! I will be forever grateful to have found her and have her part of this wedding planning journey. From the moment I first spoke with her, I knew I had found my person and we were in the best of hands. She made the entire process so fun and easy and I just absolutly loved working with her. She went above and BEYOND on our Wedding Day, being at the venue from 8am until midnight making sure every little detail was perfect for our day. We honestly couldn’t have pulled off our wedding without Kendall and her team. I started looking into “Day Of” coordinating pretty late into the planning process because I realized I was in WAY over my head. Even being a “planner” kind of person, I realized I wouldn’t be able to enjoy the event if I was also the one running around trying to coordinate everything at the same time. I found Kendall on WeddingWire and set up a phone call with her. I knew instantly from talking with her that she was experienced and I could trust her professional opinion and expertise.

Unfortunately the month before our original wedding date, covid happened and we had to reschedule 6 months out. Kendall was instrumental in contacting all of my vendors and helping get my new contracts in order. She also was able to assist us in getting a full refund from our venue. It was really effortless.

The package Kendall offered us was Day Of coordinating with assistance 3 months leading up to the wedding day. Of course with covid, my timelines got stretched out a bit. This didn’t affect Kendall’s dedication to our event - she wanted us to have our dream wedding despite the circumstances!

We had already booked the majority if not all of our vendors before booking Kendall, but when I needed a new hair and makeup team last minute (like a few weeks before) she was right on top of it! I appreciated her prior positive relationships with the majority of our vendors and in the Northern California wedding community.

She had everything for our wedding organized in a google drive that was easily accessible, and she sent us weekly emails with updates as we got closer. Her checklists and timelines kept me on top of everything and because of these I was able to enjoy the week leading up to my wedding without crazy last minute fiascos.

From bringing our venue to life, to coordinating our rehearsal, to helping me make my Pinterest-worthy send off a reality, we couldn’t be happier with Kendall and we would recommend her to all of our family and friends!

I can’t say enough good things about Kendall. Hiring her was one of the best decision I made while planning our wedding. Our wedding was effected by Covid and despite all of my stress of the unknown, Kendall remained calm and was extremely flexible with the many changes we had to make, including location. She was always very organized, easy to communicate with and always one step ahead. She made our day stress free and absolutely perfect. She made everything I had envisioned come to life. And thanks to her, we were actually able to relax and enjoy our day. I would not hesitate to hire her again and would recommend her to anyone I know looking for a wedding planner!

Although I did not use Kendall's service to the full extent (due to COVID) I no doubt would have expected her to go beyond in executing our wedding. She is responsive and easy to work with. Her background experience in hospitality is what really drew me, and meeting her I knew the wedding would have been in good hands.
Corresponding together she asked questions and helped delegate tasks I didn't realize I would have needed to do and broke down tasks in an easy digestible way that I could begin to tackle. Wedding planning isn't easy and If you're considering a planner do it!
