As the mother of the bride, Amy was a true gift. She guided us to the perfect venue for our daughter and now husband, gave us great recommendations for the vendor team, helped with the vision the kids had for tablescapes and placement for everything and she made sure that their wedding day was everything they had dreamed of without them having to stress about a thing! In each meeting she asked questions to truly understand what they had envisioned for each aspect of their big day. She made suggestions when advise was sought and never imposed "her way" on anything.
She and her crew are so organized and on top of each big and little detail that we were truly able to enjoy the beautiful day.

Wow! It is hard to put into words how incredibly thankful I am for Amy! As someone who has a tendency for perfectionism and has a hard time letting go, I can truthfully say that my wedding day was the most relaxed I had ever felt because of Amy. Amy and her team coordinated every detail flawlessly - I never worried about things being missed or undue stress being put on my husband or myself in the process. We truly were able to be guests at our own wedding and it was the best day of our lives.

Amy Varain is the Michael Jordan of wedding planning. From the first interview, my fiance, now wife knew if we were going to plan a wedding in California while living across the country, we would need Amy by our side to make this work. She is so incredibly helpful during the planning process when it comes to understanding timelines and navigating vendors. She will make sure you ask all the right questions and know what's reasonable within your price range. On the day of the event, her and her team were spectacular. There were little things she would do like make sure we had our special drink right after the ceremony, and double check our anxious inquiries during the event. (for instance, I was worried maybe the music wasn't playing at the cocktail hour because you couldn't hear it from where we were positioned). Without hesitation, she radioed her team to ensure everything was going smoothly. I could tell that Amy takes her job so seriously and her number one goal was to make sure we got to enjoy our event. A lot of married couples have told me they didn't get to enjoy their wedding and soak it in. because of Amy, my wife and I were able to have genuinely one of the best days of our life.

We first met Amy at a wedding fair at BOMV, and from that very first interaction, we loved her energy, ideas, and confidence. Looking back, choosing her as our wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made.

I'm the Father of the Bride and there isn't enough good I can say about Amy. When I first met her, I was immediately impressed and knew she was good at what she does.

When the wedding day arrived, she went way beyond what I could have imagined. It wasn't an easy day. It was an outdoor ceremony and reception and the weather didn't cooperate. It was raining before the ceremony, and she managed to find us enough cover to still hold it in open air and stay dry.

She got a tent for us to have our meal in, but after we finished eating, the weather turned ugly. She must have been monitoring the weather reports or something because at one point she turned to me and said to get everyone inside the building NOW because the weather is turning and it was not an ask, it was a demand. She knew something was up.

So, we started having everyone move inside but the weather got bad quickly and as it turned out there was a small tornado in the area which was throwing out some severe wind. Bad enough to blow up the sides of the tent and dislodge one of the support poles. By that time, we were running into the shelter where the dancing took place. Without her monitoring it or her quick decision making, we would have been in real trouble. After that she moved the party along. It was seamless and went really well, even with the rain pouring down outside. Can't give her enough credit. Without her it would have been a disaster to remember.
