I had the absolute best experience hiring Araya (and her assistant) for day-of-coordinator for our September 2025 wedding! She dedicated her time starting 1 week prior to the wedding to ensure everything was in order for the big day! Her many hours of time invested for our wedding day does not go unnoticed. She was responsive, detail-oriented, and organized. On our wedding day, she worked hard to ensure everything ran smoothly. She collaborated well with my vendors, followed the time schedule, and solved last minute issues that arose. Lastly, I appreciate her calm/relaxed approach and ability to de-escalate moments of stress. Makes a huge difference! She is kind, helpful, a good listener, and was determined to ensure we had the best day. We had such a wonderful wedding experience thanks to her! I recommend her 10/10!

We hired Forever After Event Planning for week-of wedding coordination. Araya had an initial meeting with us when we booked and again a week before our wedding to hand off communications. We received a thorough survey to fill out that provided Araya with all the necessary info for our day. It would have been nice to get that survey a little earlier in our process but I appreciated the format.
When we handed off communications, we had already been having trouble getting in contact with our bartender. Araya faced similar issues after trying pretty much every form of communication to get in contact with them. Araya used her contact network to create a solid contingency plan. Our bartender ended up showing up and Araya provided appropriate feedback to the manager and worked professionally with them throughout the night.
Araya attended our rehearsal and was very detail oriented. She was so thoughtful and helped us consider view points, camera angles, layouts, and timing.
Day-of, Araya and Sarin did a great job keeping the day moving. We also hired decor set up services through them. A couple things were not set out, but that did not interfere with the day and everything looked beautiful. We would happily hire FAEP for future large events!
