My partner and I used Joyeux Events for our wedding planning. We used their coordination package and worked with Makenna. Makenna was awesome from the start of her involvement. She helped work with us to create our timeline, decide on decor, create a seating chart, organize with vendors and venue, and handled many of our rentals / printing needs as well. Makenna met with us over zoom multiple times and we exchanged many emails. She guided us through the process and provided her professional input when we asked. During the day of she made sure that my partner and I were not worried about anything and was always there to make sure we were happy. She setup the decor, brought us food / drinks after the ceremony, handled the vendor coordination, and did clean up after the event ended. We would recommend Joyuex Events to anyone looking for a wedding planner / coordinator. Makenna was professional and her experience showed.

This review is long overdue but I'm so grateful to have worked with Jessica from Joyeux Events for my wedding! I'm a pretty organized person but I wanted a month-of coordinator to help pull together all the final details and logistics and who also had a great eye for event design. Jess and the team at Joyeux Events were the perfect fit. Throughout our few months of working together, she was always down-to-earth, always calm when I was stressed, and always had some great ideas when I was at a loss. For example, I had no idea how to design a table setting or seating chart within my budget so I booked a design consultation with Jess and she created some gorgeous designs within my desired color palette and made the process so much more enjoyable. During the final month of wedding planning, she took over all communications with our vendors and was even there to help bustle my dress on the day of! Truly a wonderful wedding professional to work with and I would recommend Jessica and the Joyeux Events team to anyone looking to plan their wedding. I can't recommend them enough!

Joyeux Events was an absolute pleasure to work with! Jessica and Makenna were organized, knowledgeable, personable, caring and attentive! I was 2-3 months postpartum when we began working together and they made planning my wedding so easy! Everything went smoothly and they handled IT ALL! I couldn't POSSIBLY be more thankful for Jess and Makenna from Joyeux events. The best way I can explain that they are the best of the best and in my opinion, and absolute must is to tell you that I slept for a solid 8 hours the night before my wedding. 8 hours. I did not have a worry in the world because they truly had everything under control. Their commitment, organization, communication and devotion with me and my dream wedding allowed me to go into the biggest day of my life with zero stress. I absolutely adore them to bits and couldn't possibly recommend them more.

We received so many compliments from friends and family about how smooth our wedding day went and how well put together the day was overall. Honestly, our day wouldn’t have felt that way had it not been for Makenna. As a bride, I wasn’t nervous about how the flow of the day would go or any other aspect of the day because Makenna had everything under control. If anything did happen on our wedding day, I never knew about it. Leading up to the wedding, Makenna was so helpful in communicating with vendors, talking through design options, and asking questions of things we never would have even thought of. She took so much stress off of myself and my husband with all of the work she did behind the scenes. If you are thinking about doing the bridal concierge for the morning of, I highly recommend adding that service on. My girls and I felt so stress free and well taken care of that we were able to just enjoy the moment. Even our hair and makeup ladies were impressed with the service we were receiving. It was truly a wonderful experience getting to work with Makenna at Joyeux events. Not only did she do amazing work for us, but she also was just so sweet and caring. You’d be in great hands if you choose Joyeux Events as your planner!

We loved working with Joyeuxx they were very professional and made our wedding such a breeze. Makenna and Jess were both easy to contact and readily available for all my questions and concerns. I had multiple meetings with Jess to ensure all the rentals were correct as well as the rundown of the day. She was so organized which put me at such ease. Makenna worked with us day of and made sure all of our vendors came on time and everything ran smoothly. She really put in 110% effort and did a phenomenal job. It took the stress off of me and my family for sure. Would not only recommend but strongly suggest Joyeux for your upcoming wedding.

I didn't know wedding angels existed until I met this team. From start to finish they took care of me and my family. They were on top of their communication, always came through on what they said, and always had great suggestions. Our wedding was out of town for us (but, local for them) and they took the stress out of knowing what vendors to contact. They really took our style and vision and made it come to life. They took the time to get to know me and my now husband, and from start to finish, everything felt so personal. Makenna was an absolute gem of a human being. She is so sweet and caring yet, you can tell her passion for weddings and love. She always had us laughing but, made sure we stayed focus and on time with everything. They even made sure we ate lunch AND dinner AND that we always had our drink of choice in our hand. If something went wrong on the actual wedding day, I still don't know about it (and it's been 6 months later). I HIGHLY recommend this dream team. Jess is a wedding guru and when teamed up with both her and Makenna we couldn't have asked for better planners. If it wasn't for this team, I think my husband and I would have just eloped but, instead we got our dream wedding. I never knew our wedding day could be stress free but, they delivered that for us. It was an absolutely beautiful, perfect, dreamy day and we really owe it to this team.

We bought the day-of coordination package, and we're very happy we did. All we had to do was fill out a spreadsheet with our vendor and rental information, and Makenna and her team managed it from there.

Our wedding day was perfect. Joyeux's team coordinated with our vendors, made sure everything got put up and taken down, and kept us on time. We weren't bothered with any issues, allowing us and our families to enjoy the celebration. Because we had our wedding at a private property, there was a ton of stuff to manage considering we didn't have anything covered by a venue.

We highly recommend Joyeux Events. We were very impressed with Makenna and her team, and we appreciate all of their help!

Jess was incredible every step of the way. I felt so secure about my wedding because of her responsiveness, professionalism, and general caring demeanor. The day of the wedding she and Makenna went above and beyond. Everything from the set up, to the timeline, to the endless support of me and my husband, to the clean up was flawless.
