Many people talk about how stressful it can be to get married. I can say that the very few times I was anxious about an item on the to-do list or anything at all, Kelsey eased that stress. Since I was a teenager, I’ve been dreaming of my perfect wedding, a destination wedding in what is truly a challenging location, and Kelsey pulled it off. I cannot thank her enough, nor can I put into words how grateful I am for making our wedding the most stress-free day ever.

Because of Kelsey and her team, I was able to have so much fun on my wedding day. Not once did I feel overwhelmed. Everything ran smoothly and was put together perfectly. She was incredibly communicative, keeping both my husband and me in the loop about everything. Her coordination with vendors was perfect, her recommendations for décor and setup were spot on, and she was always willing to listen to our preferences to make sure what we did both worked and met our needs. Everything was handled well and it was effortless working with her.

Getting to know Kelsey over the year of planning our wedding was also magical. She is an incredible human and so easy to get along with. Thank you for making the wedding planning process fun!

WOW! Just wow. Kelsey and her husband did such a phenomenal job on my wedding this past weekend. I totally thought I could handle doing my entire wedding on my own but after meeting up with Kelsey to discuss what a planner/coordinator does, it was clear that it is a MUST to hire her! From the beginning Kelsey was easy to get a hold of via text, call, email, etc. She answered all my silly questions and provided me with recommendations for vendors. We ended up hiring our DJ off her preferred vendor list and he absolutely killed it. Days leading up to the big day she was checking in with me, updating orders, confirming with all my vendors they knew their arrival times, etc. The day of her and her husband showed up with smiles on their faces, perfectly on time and ready to work. They never once complained and kept me in the loop when need be. They kept my stress level low and handled any issues that popped up with ease. We never fell off schedule the entire night and they always allowed my husband and I to take the time we needed for ourselves. Throughout the night they were consistently making sure we got enough food and drinks and kept everything running so smoothly. If you want your wedding day to run perfectly you need to hire her!

Kelsey was such a pleasure to work with! We did the day of package and coordination which was perfect for us. She was timely, understanding, kind, and flexible. We ended up wanting to extend cocktail hour on the day of and she worked with all of our vendors (including the kitchen) to push dinner out and updated our overall timeline. She also did our rehearsal the day before which went very well and was super useful for the flow of the ceremony.

Originally I had planned to plan and coordinate my wedding all by myself but roughly 3 months before my wedding, I knew I needed help! Kelsey came right in and took over the day of coordinating! She was amazing to work with! She was always 10 steps ahead of everything and incredibly flexible and helpful!
