Hailey and her team ensured that our wedding was truly a special day in April 2022. While we prepared all of our decor, and booked individual vendors ahead of time, they put together a run of show for everyone and coordinated all activities on the day-of. Two Roads Event company and their team were highly skilled, flexible, and on time to make it all work - exactly what any couple needs. Below is our detailed review of ways that Two Roads supported us on our special day.

Leading up to the wedding
We have been working with Two Roads since 2019. We started our planning process and they helped consult us on topics we are unfamiliar with since we are not in the wedding industry. They gave us sincere and real advice while also supporting our own goals and personal budgets and style. Due to COVID-19 and family emergencies we had to move our wedding at least four times and the Two Roads team has stuck with us the entire time. We cannot thank them enough for being there for us when we wanted to cancel everything and supporting us along this long roller coaster ride. You can tell the entire team puts their heart and soul into this work. And our production plan and documents helped us get all of our decor and vendors organized so we could easily transition all aspects of the wedding to the Two Roads team the day of.

Taking care of bride and groom
Hailey‘s team always made sure we had enough food, alcohol, and water so that we enjoyed our event and didn’t worry about any small details. This might seem like a small task, but no one else at your wedding is going to care for you the way the TR team does because guests will be distracted with catching up with others and having a fun time themselves. By two roads taking care of our needs, our guests didn’t have to worry about us, and could live in the magical moment.

Decor
We had decorations, some homemade and some that required set up and Hailey‘s team used the supplies that we gave them and transformed our venue. We trusted them to do what looked best and made sense and I must say I’m so happy we did that because they worked really hard to think about how the decor could flow and impress guests.

Vendor management
We had almost 10 individual vendors for TR to manage - multiple caterers, activities, and they managed to make friends by the end of the night with all of them. They kept the timeline running but also understood the organic nature of weddings and that nothing always goes according to schedule which is the magic of the event. The Two Roads team made sure our vendors had the information needed for the event ahead of time and also were supported during the wedding. They made sure everyone had a meal and had their needs met. They seriously take care of everyone.

Guest management
All of our guests kept telling my husband and I how professional and kind the event staff were. Having the TR team there to support our guests with anything ranging from providing them a beverage, helping finding their table, or providing an ice bag when a kid fell, truly made everyone feel taken care of and took that weight off our mind.

I do not know HOW I would have planned my wedding without the help of Hailey + team.

At first I thought, all I needed was design help and some day of logistics but it's just so much more than that. Their team is so extremely talented and went so much further above and beyond (and also put up with my family calling and getting involved as well!) I am so appreciative that they incorporated the vision my husband and I had but helped ELEVATE in all the ways they promised but we couldn't begin to articulate. They really kept to the roots of what we wanted. To be honest, it was a little hard for me to relinquish control but you really have to trust in the process. For example, I didn't quite know how to react when they first suggested I do VELVET green napkins.. velvet?! and honestly, it just turned out SOOO well. So much so that it landed in Martha Stewart Weddings. Our family was raving about it, our friends, the vendors, even our venue. When it came down to it, it really was so special to have such a unique style and flair to my wedding. I cannot cannot recommend Two Roads enough!!

There are no words to describe how amazing our wedding planning experience was working with Hailey and Two Roads Events. My mom and I (crazily) interviewed 12 wedding planners and Hailey from the very beginning stood out with her bright, cheerful, calming, action oriented personality. As we all know (or soon you will learn) that wedding planning can be one of the most stressful events in your life. Hailey was there for me through each stressful decision/ experience. For all those brides out there that know how family gets during the planning process, I felt that Hailey was always on my side to help me get exactly what I needed. She was also the only planner that offered a much better "partial planner" package by starting with you as soon as you signed with her. Our monthly calls and unlimited emails in the far out months were invaluable, where other partial planners only came into the picture a month or so out. I can be very particular with design and usually dont trust others, but Hailey was so on point with her style that I fully trusted her to execute on many design solutions and decisions.  And when all my signage didnt arrive from a different vendor day of she was all over coming up with quick solutions to solve this horrible problem (ladies there will always be at least one problem day of and she is the solution master that you want on your side). Even down to the little details that no one thinks of, like taking photos and little boomerang videos during the photographer wedding shoot and sending them to me the next day knowing that I would love having photos right after the wedding since the professional ones dont come for months after. If I did it all over again I would have hired Two Roads Events in a heartbeat. Trust me you wont disappointed!

Hailey and her team did BEYOND amazing things for our wedding this past June in the central coast in SLO. It started with Hailey who is so organized, thorough and a great listener. She gave us so many options for vendors, design concepts, price points, etc. And then she helped us navigate all of this as well! We had a multiple days for our wedding weekend, as it was as Indian wedding. With little guidance and her expertise in knowing the right vendors, being attune to our vision and budget, Hailey and her team put together a dream wedding weekend that we could not even have imagine — even if we tried! Hailey is incredibly professional and guided use the entire way with navigating vendors to putting together design concepts. Even when things went not as planned or we had to make a sudden change (pretty sure this happens at all weddings!)— Hailey handled it gracefully and we didn’t really even know the extent of some of these changes until after our wedding. Hailey is a wonderful person as well, earnest, honest and passionate about making people’s weddings personal and unique.

Hailey & the Two Roads Event Co. team executed the most magical day for us! I’m so happy we had Hailey to guide us through the whole planning process. I originally thought I could plan the majority of the wedding on my own and only hire a day-of coordinator until I truly realized how in over my head I was. Hailey was the life line I needed and helped navigate every aspect of our special day. She helped narrow my creative vision and hone in on the details I was neglecting.

We had a few hiccups along the way, including our caterer negating our contract 3 months before the wedding. Hailey went above and beyond (so much more than what she was contracted to do) to solve the problem and find us a caterer. We ended up finding someone SO much better than we had before and Hailey helped make that happen!

Not only was she there the entire planning process with checklists and updates to keep us on track, but she should get an award for our day of dramatics! If loosing your caterer 3 months out isn’t enough already, try conducting 7 vendors, rain with a bride who wasn’t fond of a plan B and a new venue to coordinate with. We had a lot of moving parts to our wedding and Hailey handled our day with such grace. She was cool, calm and collected. Everything we needed during the stressful down poor that was happening outside. As a good coordinator should, she came up with a beautiful plan B option that would’ve been amazing. I just had this vision of our ceremony (I had a reverse entrance through an eucalyptus grove which was Hailey’s ingenious idea) that I couldn’t shake. Ultimately my husband made the call to keep our ceremony outside and Hailey was there to execute whichever plan we wanted, she was so supportive!

Somehow it stopped raining right before the ceremony and everything went on as originally planned. My husband and I will never forget our wedding. To this day we still get goosebumps thinking about it. Hailey and her team truly pulled off the most spectacular day we’ve ever had. Our family & friends still comment on our wedding and how truly magical it was.

Anyone who decides to bring Two Roads Event Co. onto their wedding team will be beyond grateful. Cannot recommend Hailey enough!

My wedding was a success and that is thanks in part to Hailey and her team. Early on in my planning, I did not think I needed to hire a coordinator. The plan was to designate jobs to family and friends. As my vision was coming together, I quickly realized how much work would be needed. I didn’t want to burden my loved ones with logistical issues on the day-of, so I began searching for a coordinator in the Sacramento area. I inquired with a few companies, but was not feeling confident until I found Two Roads Event Co. My first call with Hailey was extremely positive. She laid every detail out for me and told me what to expect. I hired her as my month-of coordinator and we enjoyed monthly calls, along with questions via email anytime I needed. Our first meeting face-to-face was at the rehearsal, and even then it felt like seeing an old friend. She addressed all of my concerns and provided her professional input.

Looking back, there is no way my wedding would have been successful without her. Hailey provided a detailed timeline to each vendor, so everyone knew when to arrive at the venue. All questions were directed to her, so I could sit back and relax. I would recommend hiring Two Roads Event Co. for your wedding.

Hailey & her team are a DREAM to work with. Hailey helped me stay on track and helped inform me of all sorts of details that would make our wedding guests feel comfortable and have a great time. During the week of our wedding, Hailey constructed a very comprehensive timeline and sent it out to all of our other vendors.

Most importantly, Hailey and her team made our wedding weekend unforgettable through their calm and detail-oriented nature. They so generously drove my father home late on Friday night so that he could stay for our rehearsal dinner; they took it upon themselves to completely adorn our chuppah with gorgeous floral arrangements that they made themselves; they set the tables impeccably, and created a very thoughtful welcome table. They drove us to our photo shoots so that my dress wouldn't get dusty, and (if you can't already tell) they just went above and beyond in every aspect of their roles.

At the end of our wedding, the property manager of our venue and all of other vendors remarked how wonderful it was to work with Hailey. She is not your typical wedding planner.

If you're considering hiring her - DO IT. She will make you feel like the guest of honor at your own wedding.
