Marissa and her team at Meant2Bee events are without a doubt the best wedding planners, coordinators, designers, and a little bit of everything in Northern California. We thought we were very organized and might not need a planner at first thought, but WOW there is so much that Marissa was able to help with and she was incredible keeping us on track every step of the way until our wedding. She was positive, energetic, reassuring and knowledgeable about all things related to the wedding and events leading up to it.

Her working style was really helpful too since she was very responsive and worked with the tools we were using to plan. She made us all feel like we were in it together and part of the same team.

On the day of the wedding, she turned into a superhero and was so fun to work with and made our whole family feel really comfortable as well. She kept our timelines on track and calmed us down when we needed it! We had a late breaking rain storm that threatened our entire wedding and she worked tirelessly to make sure our vision could work inside, coordinating with the venue and all the vendors until it was just perfect. She took care of every detail and worked to bring our vision for the wedding to life leaving us to enjoy our wedding week and day of. There is nothing you could possibly want more in a planner. She is the BEST!

I hired Marissa as my month of coordinator, and let me put it this way, as a control freak party planner that I am, she put every concern, every want and need as a priority and put my expectations at the ultimate priority from start to finish, when I first met Marissa I had no idea what to expect from a month of coordinator, she was thorough, very detailed, and basically told me (without actually telling me), this isn’t my first rodeo so trust the process and I did just that, when I hired her I never looked back, she made my day one to remember, it was perfection from start to finish, she went over and above, was on point with all the time frames and made sure that every request from myself and my husband were met at all times, keep us fed and hydrated and made sure a smile never left our faces! She is sooo incredibly personable not only with us but our guests, she has the best personality, works so well under pressure, kept me calm and made sure I embraced my wedding day to the absolute fullest, she is such a beautiful light inside and out! When I say this I mean it, I don’t think anyone could top her in the Northern California region! She is soooo talented and talk about a pro at what she does! I got to see first hand why she loves what she does and why this is her profession! I hired Marissa for partial-planning and from our first meet I knew she’d be perfect for the job! We discussed my vision, colors and went over my Pinterest board that I had already created and when she sent me the design she nailed it!! I was so pleased with how everything turned out- it was exactly how I envisioned it!! What a great decision to have Marissa Honey of Meant 2 Bee Events as our daughter's wedding coordinator. While we only employed her as a day of coordinator, Marissa made herself available well beyond the day. From meeting at the venue for a pre-wedding walk through, to the rehearsal, to helping with wedding planning details big and small, her expertise was invaluable. Marissa answered my many emails timely and thoroughly. Marissa thought of every detail that we did not. She was a calming presence, allowing us to enjoy the day without a lot of unneeded stress. Even the showers didn't dampen our spirits, as Meant 2 Bee Events wiped down chairs for the outdoor ceremony. They thought of EVERYTHING and kept me from being Momzilla in the process!

Initially, we didn't think we needed a coordinator, but boy were we wrong. Marissa Honey is a professional. She is easy to work with, and worth every penny. The wedding and reception ran smoothly; but most importantly, we were able to have fun as we celebrated our daughter and son in law. It was just the perfect day!

The only regret I have is that we didn't book Marissa sooner in the process. If you are looking for a wedding planner in any capacity, look no further, Marissa and her team will have your back, wallet and vision from beginning to end.

Marissa....the magic of our entire day. I literally dont know what i would have done without her. We hired her for our day of coordination; hands down, the best decision we could have ever made🙌 She was the magic behind everything.single.detail. I bugged her more times than i should have, and she was ALWAYS responsive. ALWAYS. We planned our wedding from start to finish....definitely had alot of questions and needed her expertise in a styling session to help put our tables together but if i didnt have her to put our vision together i honestly dont think our wedding would have been anything close to the magical day that it turned out to be. She had the best choices, the best vision, the best advice, and the most amazing heart. She put everything together exactly as we pictured it. To say we're grateful, is a complete understatement. Marissa is a wedding artist. She honestly takes the vision you have for your wedding, bounces it off you with some Q&A and then works her magic to bring it to life! We only had her for the Month-Of planning, but if it was in our budget, we would have had her the whole way through. She went above and beyond to help us through everything. And she's so good at what she does, it's shocking! Marissa brought up so many things we never thought about. Her attention to detail made everything come together so beautifully. Even when we had a mishap with our Cricut designer on the seating chart, Marissa saved the day in the last minute and made it look way better than we thought possible. The day-of was so seamless thanks to her, me and my wife were so grateful to have someone with such skill to help us put everything together. Finding Marissa was honestly "Meant 2 Bee", she made our dream wedding possible, and thanks to her it was truly a day we will never forget.

This is long overdue considering how amazing our experience was with Meant 2 Bee. Marissa and her team were phenomenal to work with. We went with the Partial Planning package which was perfect for our needs however if we were doing it again we may even go with the Full Service Planning because we absolutely loved working with them. Considering we had not planned a wedding before, Marissa became our go-to for questions and she pointed us in the right direction in terms of vendors, design, and scheduling. Day of, Jen was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed with the help of Carlie. HIGHLY recommend going with Meant 2 Bee for all of your wedding planning/ coordinating needs.
