I reached out to Chelsea & Christy based on a rec from a work colleague – and they were a delight to work with. I was looking for a coordinator option, seeking something on the cost-effective side, while still wanting true professionals who understood how to pull off a seamless wedding. They delivered on all fronts – helpful suggestions for vendors, guidance on decor, menu, and all number of other small details we hadn't already though of, provided organizing tools for table assignments etc, and took over management of communications as we led into the event. Most importantly, my husband and I truly had the BEST night ever and didn't have to worry about a thing – everything was taken care of, the event flow was perfect, and guest and wedding party needs were anticipated ahead of time. We also engaged them for florals, again on a limited budget, and they truly delivered above and beyond on that front as well. The most gorgeous blooms, including some that were difficult to source at that time of year, that were exactly the vibe we wanted, Thank you, Chelsea & Christy!!!

We chose Double Q Events because they never made us feel like our ideas were out of reach. Simply put, there was never a moment where we felt like our budget was too small or we were dreaming too big. I'm sure if we wanted an ice sculpture of my husband and I, Hazel would have found a way to make it happen. So logistically.. our wedding had it's challenges ! We had a 260+ guest count, a small space (better fit for 180), and a modest budget. Where Hazel excelled was helping us choose between different caterers and catering packages and helping us to save money without sacrificing on quality. She even offered to have her husband Mike take our engagement photos to keep us under budget. When it came to the month of the wedding, Hazel instantly clicked with all of our vendors. She has an intimate knowledge of the industry and knows how to communicate with photographers, videographers, caterers, DJs and rental vendors ! And of course, Hazel ran everything SO smoothly the entire week of the wedding. From creating the vendor map of meals the night before, delivering coffee to our bridal suite and working on an amazing layout (I definitely had a David Tutera reveal moment when we saw all our ideas literally on the table). We had pieced together everything via pinterest --- and wasn't sure how it would turn out!!! But Hazel definitely made everything look GOOD --- and executed brilliantly -- she even added little chalkboard labels to the DIY centerpieces. I recommend booking her a year out so you can pick a venue and caterer, then relax for a few months, get a dress, start working on save the dates, invitations. Two 'ish months out start discussing layout and timeline and setting up final appointments. Things are going to be hectic throughout wedding planning regardless --- but what you need a planner for is to make the day of your wedding run smoothly !!! We thoroughly enjoyed our wedding day and I love reliving every minute of it !

Renee was an amazing day of coordinator!!! I truly do not know how we could have pulled off our wedding without her. She was so on top of coordinating our vendors and working with us in the month leading up to the wedding to understand our vision. I really did not have to worry about a thing day of and trusted that Renee had it all handled. Thank you Renee for making our day so special!

Jenny and her team were highly detailed, efficient, and assistive! She coordinated our wedding and reception at The Hotel Maya, in Long Beach, California and answered all of our questions quickly, and helped us at every turn! From table placements to exceptional arrangements, Jenny was there with nothing less than perfection. We enjoyed the most beautiful and romantic wedding because of her efficiency. You often hear stories about things going wrong and unhappy guests, from bad food to missed cues. With Jenny and her team, every detail was on point, and we couldn’t be happier! Our wedding was perfect, and she was a significant part of that process!

It's hard to express how little we had to use our brains on the day of our wedding. Melissa and Blue Moon took care of absolutely everything and all we had to do was have an unforgettable day. Things went so smoothly, I still can't believe it. Melissa, from the get, was super easy to work with. She is nice, communicative, and of course professional. As a queer couple, we felt very well taken care of and celebrated by Melissa. She helped build and coordinate a wedding far superior to anything we had ever dreamed and we are so thankful for all her work

The birthday that I wanted to plan was absolutely perfect! The decorations were themed for a Hawaiian Tiki party. The setup of tables & chairs were placed out of the way and the space provided to mix among others was excellent. The food that was made for the event was amazing! Hardly any leftovers to save for myself. The guests really enjoyed them. Cant say any negative things about the services.

Bindy was absolutely amazing the day of our wedding. We never once worried about any of the details, the day of execution, the vendors, the flow, the details, the list can go on. My husband and I were blown away by just how classy and gorgeous our wedding turned out; it was more beautiful than we had even imagined. Bindy took care of every last detail and if she ever needed our input during the reception she was unobtrusive and handled everything with ease. She was also readily available whenever we needed her. Bindy exceeded our expectations the day of the wedding and we cannot say enough good things about her. She is passionate about what she does and most importantly does it because she wants to, not because she has to. We recommend Bindy without hesitation

Dillon was SO amazing! I showed him everything that I was thinking for my wedding and he added to it to make it truly an unforgettable day. He drove all the way to Oregon just for us and transformed our wedding. The day of he made sure everything ran smoothly leaving me with nothing to worry about! He is professional and a friend through the whole process. I cannot imagine my wedding without him. P.S. He is an amazing dancer!

Carmen was amazing!! She literally was saving the day left and right. We had our wedding at the Hotel Maya, and we used the included day of coordinator package. Carmen utilized her time so well and made sure that every detail went smoothly. She helped us with everything from putting on the boutonnières to helping bustle my dress.

Taryn and her team are the absolute best!!! We did full planning with Taryn, and she made the entire process soooo much less stressful than it would have otherwise been. We didn't want a super fancy wedding, and she never pushed us to do anything at a bigger scale than what we wanted but provided sage advice and wedding industry expertise that helped us make decisions about our budget. I'm beyond grateful that we made the investment of hiring her - it made a huge difference in our quality of life during the 18 months that we were planning! Taryn was so calming, kind, and on top of things at every step of the way. She had great ideas for the design (which turned out just gorgeous!) and was super collaborative. She also had excellent suggestions for vendors. When it came time for our wedding weekend, we were able to completely relax and be in the moment because we trusted her so much to run the day smoothly. She and her team (shoutout to Caleb and Adreanna) handled everything so beautifully, and my new husband and I had the best day we could have imagined! I wish every couple could have a Taryn for their wedding - the peace of mind she gave us was an incredible gift.
