Tuscan Wedding Events

Choosing Francesca and her team at Tuscan Wedding Events was the most important decision we made when planning our wedding. And it was the best decision. Due to Covid we have to delay our wedding 3 times and Francesca supported and guided us every step of the way - making the re-bookings so easy at a time when businesses all over the world were struggling with the effects of the pandemic. Francesca is so warm and friendly, we spoke regularly, were always responded to quickly when we had questions and she even helped us in the last week with things we had organised on our own that had gone wrong. She is a superwoman - she sorted everything out without a problem. Her advice on vendors was second to none - she knows Tuscany especially the Val d'Orcia) and the industry so well and has fantastic connections from catering to nannies to flowers, stationary to djs and transport. Logistics were our biggest fear - transporting 150 guests from one venue to another over 4 days and Francesca was so organised and spotted things we would never have thought of! She is also the queen of having reassuring plan Bs up her sleeve! At no point did she press us to go with a particular style or vendor - she totally worked with our vision and totally got it. She is patient, incredibly calm - even on the wedding day! and has actually become a dear friend now. We visited her in Montepulciano a number of times and she was a joy to spend time with and get to know - what better than finding a friend in your wedding planner! Francesca truly went over and above to make our 4 day wedding the most incredible, fun and most importantly - stress free few days. She created a wedding which far exceeded our dreams and we will be forever grateful to her and her team for the work.

Francesca and Manola are incredible. We had to do so much planning from New York and it would have been impossible without them. They helped us navigate the legal and paperwork hurdles here at home and back in Italy, they made plans and kept us on time and on budget, and they ran everything locally in the year leading up to the wedding. But the real miracle was that the week we spent in Montepulciano prior to the wedding was as low-stress as any other time we spend there. No last-minute crises, no panic, no multi-tasking. Just friends and family and joy. Everything went off without a hitch and our guests tell us over and over how professional and flawless and gorgeous the wedding was. Many MANY thanks to Franci and Manola—we can’t wait to plan an anniversary party with them one day.

We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner. Francesca and her team took care of absolutely everything to the last detail, which was a huge help as we were planning our wedding from a different country. She also helped me set up a fun surprise for the groom the day before the wedding. From every vendor she recommended to every small detail, everything was so amazing.
