The Middleburg Barn is our version of rustic luxury! We are located 40 miles west of DC and 25 min. drive from Dulles Airport in stunning Middleburg, Virginia!
We’ve embraced the natural light flowing from our overhead cupolas to full-length windows and doors, to showcase our venue. Looking up to 40-foot ceilings to authentic Swarovski crystal chandeliers, elegant draping in our private suites and custom ambient lighting is pure romance of your dreams! Our two spacious outdoor verandas, overlooking the natural beauty of the surrounding blue ridge mountains, and lake with water fountain, and comfortable seating creates a level of comfort and peace, surpassed by none!
The Middleburg Barn at Fox Chase Farm is an amazing barn ballroom in the greater Washington, D.C. area. Couples can host their wedding in the venue’s massive temperature-controlled barn with modern amenities!
The drive to the countryside is stunning and we have the perfect location!
Facilities and Capacity
Please do not be worried about our size! Our average wedding is 100-300, however, we have room for up to 350 seated. We've made our barn luxurious and roomy with many windows. This glamorous horse farm has many location options for couples’ wedding events. Ceremonies can take place on the venue’s newest patio with a lovely backdrop to the mountains and we also have a lovely garden and waterfall feature. The structure of our 'Gucci Barn', our nickname for this fancy barn, features natural wood, barn doors, and 35-foot ceilings. A second-floor terrace overlooks the main floor of the barn. A grand window lets natural light into the room. When the sun goes down, the massive and impressive crystal chandelier overhead lights up the room. In addition to state-of-the-art lighting, the barn also has heat and air conditioning, to accommodate guests year round. We've recently included an Ultraviolet Disinfectant Light into the HVAC to clean the air from any viruses, molds, etc.
Services Offered
Ceremonies and receptions, bridal showers, and engagement parties can all be held at The Middleburg Barn. The barn provides the perfect classic country services for couples on their big day. Bridal suites at this luxurious barn offer makeup lighting for couples and the wedding party. Like the barn, these two suites have heating and central air to ensure maximum comfort. What a beautiful venue for ANY event! We loved working with Maureen and her team for the first wedding in 2016! They went above and beyond to support the wedding couple and they were so easy to work with. If you want rustic elegance, this is YOUR venue! Book your date while you can! They are sure to fill up their 2016 calendar.
The owners, management and staff of Fox Chase Farm will go out of their way to ensure that every detail is as important to them as it is to you. Maureen is such a pleasure to work with and certainly has impeccable taste for décor and the flow of an event. There are so many options both inside and out to have your event in and the location is superb! It’s in the country but still on the main roads in the heart of Hunt Country. There is ample parking out of view of the event spaces. I would recommend the venue for weddings, corporate events (to include Team building/company picnics or galas); weddings or even for their famous children’s “pony parties”.
