There are not enough words to express how incredible our experience was. My son and daughter-in-law recently had their wedding here, and from the very beginning to the very end, everything was absolutely perfect. As parents of the groom, you always hope your child's wedding day will be beautiful, stress-free, and filled with wonderful memories. This venue exceeded every expectation we had.

The property itself is absolutely breathtaking. The outdoor ceremony space is stunning, with the mountains creating the most picturesque backdrop imaginable. It honestly looks like something out of a magazine. Every direction you look offers another beautiful view, making it an unforgettable setting for such a special day. Then, when you step inside, you are greeted by soaring ceilings and gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light. It creates such a warm, elegant atmosphere and truly brings the beauty of the outdoors inside. The venue strikes the perfect balance between rustic charm and timeless elegance.

What truly sets this venue apart, though, is the people. Every single member of the staff was exceptional. They were warm, welcoming, organized, and genuinely invested in making the day as perfect as possible. They anticipated needs before anyone even had to ask and handled every detail with professionalism and kindness. Throughout the entire day, they checked in on our family, made sure everyone was comfortable, and kept everything running so smoothly that we were able to simply enjoy the celebration instead of worrying about logistics.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brian, John, Mary, and Loree. They are the definition of true professionals. Their experience, attention to detail, and calm, reassuring presence made such a difference throughout the entire planning process and on the wedding day itself. They genuinely care about every couple and every family they work with, and it shows in everything they do. No request was ever too much, no question went unanswered, and they consistently went above and beyond in ways both big and small. They made us feel like we were their only wedding, and that level of personal attention is incredibly rare. They worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure every detail was flawless, and because of them, the entire evening flowed effortlessly.

The food was another highlight of the evening. Lavender Dreams did an outstanding job catering the wedding. Every meal was beautifully presented, fresh, and absolutely delicious. We heard so many compliments from our guests throughout the night about how incredible the food was. Wedding food often gets overlooked, but this was genuinely some of the best food we have had at any event. Everything was prepared perfectly, full of flavor, and served with such care and professionalism. Lavender Dreams exceeded every expectation and played a huge role in making the reception such a success.

Looking around during the reception and seeing our family and friends enjoying themselves in such a beautiful setting was something we will never forget. Every detail came together perfectly. From the breathtaking scenery to the elegant reception space, the incredible food, and the exceptional staff, every piece contributed to making the evening truly magical.

Our son and daughter-in-law had the wedding of their dreams, and we could not have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate such an important milestone. We will cherish these memories forever, and we are so grateful to everyone who made them possible.

There are not enough words to express my sincere appreciation to Springfield Manor for making my daughter’s dream wedding day absolutely perfect. Every single person we came into contact with was so kind, personable, and truly invested in making our day special.

The reception staff who served our guests were fantastic, and we are so grateful for the kitchen staff, bartenders, John, Mary, and of course Brian and Loree. From the very first tour, we completely fell in love with the venue. One thing we especially appreciated was planning for an outdoor wedding while knowing we could make a “game time” decision if the weather changed. Brian assured us they would have both locations ready, which took so much stress away because we didn’t have to decide hours before the ceremony whether to move inside or stay outdoors.

The bridal suite was perfect for getting ready, and we loved having an area where we could bring food in for the bridal party while everyone prepared for the day. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, and I cannot express how much we loved working with this incredible team.

We were also able to source our open bar through Gateway Liquors, which was another perfect piece that completed our special day.

We toured a lot of venues and this Springfield Manor is as must! You will fall in love!

We recently got married at Springfield and were very pleased with our experience. The property coordinator and chef were quick to respond to any questions. The food was delicious and served in a timely manor. The venue provided beautiful areas for photos and spaces for the bridal party to get ready! The event coordinator Brian was on top of ensuring all vendors knew where to go and made sure everything ran smoothly! We are so grateful for the experience we had at Springfield and highly recommend them as a venue!

The views of the Catoctin Mountains were especially stunning at sunset—absolutely magical and exactly what we had hoped for.

The ballroom was beautifully set up, elegant without being overly formal. Our guests loved the blend of historic charm and modern touches. The food and service were exceptional—plates came out quickly, beautifully presented, and delicious. We received so many compliments afterward about both the venue and the overall experience.

From our very first visit, we were immediately drawn to this venue. Its versatility and the ability to host our entire wedding day on-site made planning so much easier. They were incredibly accommodating with hours, access, and the vendors we chose. We worked closely with the venue assistant, Bryan, who was fantastic—patient, helpful, and always quick to address any questions or concerns before, during, and after our wedding.

Having an in-house caterer was another major plus, and the pricing felt very reasonable for the quality and convenience. We had about 160 guests, and the space still felt comfortable and easy to navigate. Our wedding was in November during daylight savings, and the venue was very flexible in helping us adjust our timeline and guest flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Several of our vendors also commented on how easy the venue was to work with. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we’re so grateful we chose this location.

The venue is beautiful, the gentleman (Brian) who runs the events was accommodating and wonderful to work with, and the staff was fantastic!
