Great venue! We had our wedding there Nov 5, 2022.

Ken, Laurie and their team were amazing. They made things go smoothly!
They don’t have a set catering list which was nice. We were able to choose whomever we wanted. We also were able to provide our own alcohol, as long as you have a licensed bartender!
Anytime I had a question they were quick to get back to me.

We only used the reception part of the venue but still rented the bridal suite. It was great because it gave us a place to settle down before the reception started.

The venue had a bar stand which was very convenient. Ken even let us rent a container where we were able to put ice / drinks in. (Pic added)

We rented the fire pits as well. They were smaller than I thought, but it was nice for our friends that wanted to hang out over there.

The inside of the venue is so beautiful we didn’t even need to decorate much!

The venue fits up to 200 guests!

Our wedding at Green Meadows was an absolute dream! Ken & Laurie were so incredibly easy to work with--even through our postponement drama and continuous questions! The Stables is a beautiful space for a reception and you have the opportunity to build upon the decor they already have...twinkle lights and gorgeous white draping. Our cocktail hour was second to none...our guests could roam the farm and pet all of the animals in the animal barn and all over the grounds. Everyone absolutely loved it!

Green Meadows is the perfect venue for DIY brides and I absolutely loved making the space perfect for my wedding day!

I used the MD location as a wedding venue. It’s very reasonably priced. It’s worth upgrading to allow your guests to explore the farm and farm animals. Ken and Lauren were very friendly and helpful. I appreciate their attention to detail. I was grateful they allowed us to bring our own caterer. They also allowed us to decorate the night before. Ken is extremely flexible. You can rent farm flowers from Lauren for a low price which would make beautiful centerpieces. There are large wine barrels which make for stylish decorations. The barn is beautifully decorated so we needed minimal decorations. We used the bridal suite to get ready and were given the opportunity to take our time getting ready. The venue is spacious and open; it doesn’t have that “farm smell”. My guests were truly thrilled about the opportunity to explore the farm and pet the farm animals.

Working with Green Meadows for our wedding was beyond amazing. Ken and his staff at the farm are so great to work with, it’s truly like planning your wedding with family. The farm is BREATHTAKING, the petting zoo during cocktail hour was a huge hit, everything was better than we ever could have imagined. We received so many compliments on how it was one of the best weddings people had gone to and I know that most of that was all due to this amazing venue! The best part is, my husband and I can come back and visit the petting zoo in years to come and even bring our future babies to see where we got married :)

I'm giving myself a high-five over picking this wedding venue--things could not have been better! Ken recently opened up an Airbnb ON-SITE, meaning that I was steps away from the ceremony site and reception site! This is even better than it sounds, because imagine waking up at 3 A.M, realizing that you actually should move your aunt's place card over to table 4 and simply being able to do it instead of adding it to your to-do list, which is already too long and confusing. In short it is a total lifesaver that becomes more and more beautiful the closer you are to event time (funny how so many details occur to you on the day of and day before the wedding) and don't have to drive to the venue each time you realize you need to add or change something.
As the other reviews suggest, the farm itself is outstanding. You will not be able to find a place that takes better care of its animals (they are given so much space to roam and their pens are always spotless--a true feat in the petting farm industry). The farm has so much natural beauty that will charm the eyebrows off of your guests--we keep getting compliments on how beautiful everything was (little did the guests know, the Hay Mow and event barn are already beautifully decorated and need no additions, however, feel free to add whatever decor you please). It was a joy for kids and adults alike, who ever able to chat outside, pet the animals, and watch the fireflies light up. Leading up to the wedding, I never felt alone--Ken and Krissy were always so easy to reach (often, I could just walk outside and find Krissy if I had a question, and she would immediately help me). They made me feel so comfortable and taken care of! You'd be hard-pressed to find a better wedding venue: amazing support, flexibility, kindness, incredibly beautiful event spaces, and the ability to stay on-site--what more could you ask for? Your guests will thank you :)

We could not have asked for a better wedding venue. Ken and Gail, the owners, are wonderful people, as well as their staff who helped make our day special. They were responsive to my concerns and made me feel like it was okay to ask questions and come visit to help me visualize using the reception space. We got multiple compliments from our guests about the petting zoo cocktail hour, as well as the accessibility of the venue and the warmth of the reception space. I cannot recommend Green Meadows enough!

I loved having my wedding at Green Meadows Petting Farm! We had so much fun and all my guests loved walking around and looking at all the animals! Ken was so helpful and made all my dreams come true! I can’t wait to go back and visit all the animals!

I just had my wedding at Green Meadows and it was SO great. Ken and Gail were super flexible, we were on a budget so they let us make payments, they helped us along the way booking cost effective vendors, and offered us their "decoration" closet (for cheaper than buying everything!) if we wanted to do our own centerpieces. Ken allowed me to bring my horse to the ceremony (which was super important) and even gave her a stall in the petting barn a few days before because my transporter was also a guest at the wedding. Everyone loved our venue, and loved that the kid guests had space to run around and burn off some energy. I would absolutely do it again, and may hopefully host other events at Green Meadows.

Gail and Ken were amazing to work with. Very laid back and made the process of planning a wedding very painless! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, rustic venue!

We did not have any difficulties working with Ken and Gail. They were very responsive. They have good communications skills. Answered all of our many questions. Very accommodating to our needs. Beautiful place to make your own. One thing that they recommended was not to get a dance floor and I'm so glad that we listened. That way you had so much more room for everyone. You don't need one. We told a lot of girls ahead of time that they'd be dancing on a cement floor. It didn't stop anyone! :)
