About this venue

Events at Bella Vista LLC is a wedding venue located in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Owners Blake and Courtney Frye hosted their wedding on the property in 2012 and knew it would make a beautiful space for others to use as a backdrop for their milestone moments. In June of 2023, they purchased the property to pursue their dream of hosting fairytale weddings.

Facilities and Capacity

Events at Bella Vista LLC span over 13 acres and offers a wide selection of ceremony spaces. The venue boasts stunning landscapes and blooming gardens that add an element of magic to your special day. It features a barn, a glistening pond, and a cozy 1800s farmhouse that exudes historic charm. You can exchange vows outdoors with a backdrop of the Appalachian Mountains while listening to the soft sound of the stream and pond. After you say I do, you can retreat to The Bank Barn, which is currently under construction, or you can dine and dance the night away in an event tent beneath the stars. The venue can accommodate up to 200 guests and has enough parking spaces for 150 cars. It also has two get-ready suites so that you can prepare for your special day with your wedding property from your beautiful venue.

Services Offered

Wedding packages at Events at Bella Vista LLC include exclusive access to the entire property as well as enough chairs and tables for 200 guests. To help make your planning process seamless, they can also offer a list of vendor recommendations that can bring your vision to life. Their most comprehensive package, the Platinum Package, is perfect for those hoping to host a full weekend of celebrations. It includes access to the property from Friday at 9 am until Sunday at noon and use of the space for engagement pictures. Our Dream Wedding at Bella Vista!

We can’t say enough good things about Events at Bella Vista! From the first moment we stepped onto the property while venue shopping, we knew this was a special place that would make our dream wedding come true. Courtney was so friendly and responsive with our many questions and requests. She helped make the planning process as easy as possible. On the day of, we were welcomed with a thoughtful gift, and all parts of the venue were clean and well-kept in preparation for our big day. One of the best parts was having the golf cart available to help transport guests from the parking lot to the ceremony, then back to the garage. The barn was the perfect setting for our reception. The air conditioning kept the temperature cool and the dimmable lighting set the mood throughout the night. The barn was perfect for our 150 guests, with plenty of room for dancing, the bar, our DJ, photo booth, and caterer. In the end, we couldn’t have been happier with our experience with Events at Bella Vista. We would highly recommend this venue without hesitation to anyone looking for a beautiful, romantic setting for their event with owners who are friendly and make the planning process a breeze. The photos you will capture here are truly a fairytale. Thank you, Courtney and Blake, for having us. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better place!

The Most Beautiful Venue

We held our wedding on May 31, 2024, and had the perfect weather for our outdoor ceremony with the reception held in the barn. This venue is truly a hidden gem - affordable with absolutely beautiful grounds and owners who were extremely helpful and accommodating during the process from us booking up to the wedding day. You cannot go wrong with choosing Events at Bella Vista for your wedding. There are numerous areas on the property with gorgeous views for photos to be taken, and the barn needs minimal decoration as there are already string lights and chandeliers throughout creating a magical setting. It was so convenient to have the guest house accessible for the bridal party to get ready. It was also great having the table and chairs provided by the venue as it was one less thing to rent. We could not be happier with our decision to hold our wedding at Bella Vista and would recommend it to anyone! Thank you for everything, Courtney and Blake!
