Paul and his wife did the photography for our wedding. Paul Jacobs Photography was formerly The Charles Studio.
They offered a very comprehensive package in terms of the amount of time they covered at our wedding. They were there from the getting ready phase to very close to the last song of the night. They were both very fun to work with. His wife offered good tips throughout the day about various things like helping to get my dress on!!
They had great ideas for different photograph opportunities and were welcoming to any ideas we had for the day.
They made my husband and I feel at ease during all of the photographs. Throughout the ceremony and reception, you did not even really notice they were there. They were efficient with taking pictures and we did not feel we missed out on anything throughout the night to take pictures. And you could tell because our photographs came out beautifully!!! We could not be happier with them. We have gotten many compliments on them stating they are magazine worthy!

Paul Jacobs at Charles Studio was a great choice for my husband and me for our wedding. His prices are a lot more affordable then other places we looked into and the quality is amazing. He was very good at responding to emails or phone calls I had with questions and was very flexible since I keep having to change the time of things. I decided not to spend extra money and get a assistant (he offers this if you want to have 2 photographers) but that was not a problem. He was on time for everywhere he needed to be to take pictures before the wedding of me and my husband seperate and for everything else. He really works his butt off and even at the reception during the meal he was still finding things to take pictures of. He is so flexible with his hours and on our wedding day he worked close to 12 hours and his overtime rates are pretty affordable. If you are looking to not spend a fortune on a wedding photographer but want good quality I highly recommend you look into Charles Studio!
