What two amazing ladies to work with can do for you special day! when you are planning an wedding in another country (Italy) and you have a lot of trust with whom you are dealing with. Since this was our first time ever dealing with any type of business in another country and the fact that I was wiring money instead of paying with a credit card like most Americans do you have to have trust in the people you are dealing with. Working with Elizabeth and Ann was so easy, my partner and I were planning a wedding at a private Villa in Siena with close family and friends they made the event so special from the photographer to the caterer everything was perfect. They respond back to emails with in a day which is wonderful and will answer any questions that you have for anything. For us the dealt with the Caterer, florist, photographer and even the Villas owners to say that we were having a wedding there. They arrived on time for the event and everything went off smoothly. My partner and I would hire them again for any event we had it Italy as their professionalism is above and beyond what you expect from professionals!Sent on 11/07/2013

Elizabeth and Ann did an amazing job making our dream wedding a reality! Like many couples planning a wedding from abroad, we were skeptical about hiring a wedding planner and worried our ideas wouldn't translate exactly how we wanted come the wedding day. We initially chose Elizabeth and Ann as our wedding planners because they are native English speakers and because of their numerous positive reviews. With our wedding having taken place two weeks ago, I cannot rate them lower than 5 stars! They maintained excellent communication with us throughout the last year and a half of planning. Not only did they send reminders and to-do lists, they also made sure to answer our hundreds of e-mails in lightning speed fashion. When we felt we needed to speak with them, they were kind enough to set up Skype conversations at a time convenient for us. With regards to their vendors, we cannot fault a single one. Our venue, Villa le Fontanelle, was nothing short of amazing. Our photographers, Rossini, were an absolute pleasure to work with. Our makeup and hairstylist, Pamela, was incredibly sweet, patient, and talented. The food provided by Roland's Catering was out of this world! Our folk duo played amazingly and our soprano singer left us in awe. The flower arrangements and bouquets from Violamalva were stunning. The Monsignore that married us at the gorgeous San Filippo Neri was very kind! Elizabeth and Ann went as far as to make my wish of having a donkey present during cocktail hour a reality! They handled all of the paperwork required for a Catholic wedding and created helpful spreadsheets that tracked our payments and balances. On the actual wedding day, they played a HUGE role in making everything flow as timely and seamless as possible. Our wedding day FAR exceeded our expectations as well as those of our family and friends, and we have Elizabeth and Ann to thank! If you are thinking about getting married in Italy, do not think twice about hiring these two amazing ladies!Sent on 09/28/2018

OTW Wedding Planners
I had spoken to a few planners before speaking with Elizabeth and Ann and as soon as I spoke with them, I knew they were who we were going to use to plan our wedding. They were honest and upfront with all costs which was so refreshing after speaking to other planners who could never give me a straight final price. Their list of venues and providers is incredible and you can tell they have spent an awful lot of time researching and knowing each venue/supplier inside out. When me and my (now) husband went over to visit, I remember Elizabeth saying to us that to them the most important thing about the day is logistics and the running of the day - of course you can throw more money at flowers or the band depending on what is important to you but it's important to get this right. This was the best advice and Elizabeth and Ann made sure everything ran smoothly from one part to another which meant the day ran seamlessly. I would highly recommend Elizabeth and Ann, their support throughout the whole process was faultless and they always responded to my emails quickly. Thank you so much again for making our weekend just the best we could have ever imagined!Sent on 11/26/2018
