We chose the Seaside room for our ceremony (on the patio) and reception; catered by Ranch Events. The service and food is awesome, we are very pleased we choose that venue. We had Ramon as our day of coordinator and everything turned out perfect with no issues. Highly recommend!

We feel so lucky and grateful that we got to work with Vida for our wedding at the Bahia. From the very beginning, she was responsive, kind, and so easy to talk to. Month after month, I was in contact with Vida while planning our big day, and she always got back to me quickly, went above and beyond to bring our vision to life, and made us feel so cared for throughout the entire process. Vida is the Catering Services Manager, but she was so much more than that when it came to our wedding. She was genuinely invested in every detail, always making sure everything we envisioned was possible and came to life exactly how we dreamed of it. Her dedication, kindness, and professionalism truly set her apart; she never made me feel like a bother, no matter how many questions I had, and she always looked out for us. Getting married at the Bahia truly was our dream wedding come to life.  Our day was absolutely perfect… the venue was stunning, the food was delicious, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional. The prices were reasonable, and we never felt pressured to spend more than we were comfortable with. They were understanding of our budget and helped make everything work beautifully. We got married in the Tropical Garden and had our reception on the beach, it was beyond magical! Everything came together so perfectly that now I understand why people say it’s the most special day of your life. I truly believe a huge part of that is thanks to Vida. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a better person to guide us through it all.  Thank you to Vida and the Bahia Team!! Xoxox 

Saraya made our experience the best. We knew right away this was the venue for us. Saraya made us feel so welcomed. I love her personality. It's warm, calm and very sweet. I could visualize our wedding right off the bat with the way she exclaimed the amazing options we could do. Saraya responds very quickly with detailed information. Saraya broke down the prices for us explained in detail what it all meant so there was no confusion. I highly recommend The Handlery Hotel and work with Saraya. Thank you so much Saraya for helping us decide where our wedding is going to be. You are a major part of that decision.

We are SO happy we got married at Bali Hai and our guests absolutely loved the venue. The staff, the food, the view, the drinks, everything was perfect. We were impressed early on with the planning process and coordinators. They made the whole year leading up to our wedding stress free and so fun. But our actual wedding day was beyond our wildest dreams and the staff made sure everything was perfect. We cannot thank Bali Hai enough for giving us the best wedding experience and wish we could do it all again.

I can’t rave about our experience at the Dana for our daughter’s wedding enough! Everything went smoothly and that started as we initially contacted the Dana and Christina showed us the spaces! She was quick to respond to my requests. She took care of everything at the venue and had great suggestions on our options for the space for the food and it was truly a magical night! She made us feel comfortable as this whole wedding planning experience was new for us. It was perfect! The venue is stunning, the people who work there were all truly so kind and welcoming to us and to our wedding guests. Everyone loved the beautiful Dana Hotel. We had our wedding reception in the Marina Garden and the lights over the dance floor make for a magical and dreamy space. But the people working the event made it extra special. Thank you for the most memorable wedding experience! We can’t wait to come back to enjoy more memories at the Dana! We would choose the Dana again all over again! Thank you to Christina and everyone at the Dana for the best memory of our daughter’s wedding!

My husband and I just got married at JFG and had a wonderful experience. We loved working with Marina, who is caring, responsive, and communicative. The garden had some unexpected construction happen right before our wedding, and Marina was open and honest about how it would affect our reception, and gave us options to ensure that it would still match our vision; we didn't even notice a difference! We scheduled a couple years in advance and were lucky enough to get married at the height of the cherry blossom bloom, which was truly beautiful. Highly recommend the garden for couples who love nature!

The coordinators were amazing to work with! They're responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful and I had many people comment on the view. Food was good (not as good as dining at the restaurant) but everything was cooked well for a large amount of people. Everything at the wedding went as expected, and I cannot thank Tom Ham's more for an amazing wedding.

It was such a lovely experience at Bernardo Winery and working with Terry. She was very patient and kind with us and answered all our questions. We had a very small wedding and intimate setting, and they worked with our budget. It was a perfect setting and night for our wedding. The staff was all so wonderful and accomodating as well. I couldn’t be happier!

We had the most incredible wedding experience at Kona Kai San Diego Resort. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, right on the water with beautiful views that made our day feel so special and unique. Everything from the ceremony setup to the reception flowed seamlessly, and our guests are still talking about how amazing the entire experience was. What truly made the difference, though, was our wedding planner, Brenna. She was exceptional from start to finish, organized, responsive, and incredibly detail-oriented. She made the entire planning process feel easy and stress-free, always staying one step ahead and making sure nothing was overlooked. On the day of the wedding, she handled everything behind the scenes so we could fully enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing. Brenna’s professionalism and calm presence were invaluable, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making each couple’s day perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better team or a more beautiful place to celebrate. Highly recommend Kona Kai and Brenna to anyone planning their wedding!
