Consultations are held once a month on Sundays from 10am to 5pm.

I price my cake by the slice, by the type of icing (buttercream or rolled fondant), and by the cake flavour and filling combination chosen.
Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?
I create custom, one-of-a-kind cakes for each client. If you have found any articles, pictures, or magazine clippings which show the design or style of cake you are considering, please feel free to bring them along to your consultation. They can provide an excellent 'jumping-off' point in order to create your unique wedding cake!
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
The cake is baked a couple of days before the wedding and the decoration is done the day prior to the wedding. The flowers and bows etc. are prepared ahead of this schedule.
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?
Since everything I make is fresh and completely customized to each client, I only accept up to a total of 3 wedding cakes per weekend.
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
Yes - I like to work closely with both the bride & the florist in order to guarantee that the final look of the cake is what everyone has envisioned. I personally place all arranged flowers on the cake at the time of delivery.
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out?
Silver cake plateaus, cupcake stand sets are available for rent. Pricing varies depending upon the item chosen.
