The cake Christa made for our wedding was beautiful! It looked exactly like the picture I gave her, and tasted amazing as well! Originally, we weren't going to use fondant because I've read that it tastes horrible. Christa told us that the fondant she uses was actually tastes good, so we decided to go with it because it creates a cleaner looking cake. She was right! I highly recommend her pumpkin spice cake with the apple caramel glaze--it's to die for!

Growing up in Leesburg, I have had many pies and none are better than Mom’s Apple Pie. With a Pi day wedding and a husband who is a diehard apple pie fan, we decided to cut an apple pie from Mom’s Apple Pie instead of the traditional cake. About a month before our wedding, I talked with Marilyn on the phone, and she was extremely sweet in helping me to determine what decorative letters could fit on the top of the pie. A few days later, she sent me a quote and made a note of who would be picking the pie up on the day of. I truly appreciated how attentive Marilyn was even though we were only purchasing one custom pie instead of many (we had cupcakes for dessert for all of our guests). For the most delicious pies and attentive staff, I would definitely recommend Mom’s Apple Pie for your wedding or event.

We hired Honey Bee Pastries for our wedding and couldn't have been happier with our decision. We did tastings with a few bakeries before finding Honey Bee, but the moment we tried their cakes, we knew our search was over. Their flavors were simply outstanding. Jenya was a joy to work with—professional, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire process. We initially planned on a traditional wedding cake, but later switched to cupcakes for our guests, along with a couple’s cake just for us. Even when we needed to increase our cupcake order just a week before the big day, she handled it with ease. The end result was phenomenal. The cupcakes were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. We received countless compliments from guests on how amazing they tasted. If you’re searching for the perfect pastry team for your wedding, look no further than the exceptional team at Honey Bee Pastries!

I first learned about Decadent D'Lites when they provided mini cupcakes for an event I worked on at my former employer. When planning my wedding a year later back in the Leesburg area, Derek was the first person I thought of to contact to carry out my cupcake vision. Although we had moved out of the state the Decadent D'Lites team was extremely professional and easy to work with from afar. We arranged a tasting a couple of months before the wedding and had a hard time narrowing down to just a few flavors to feature on the big day. Everything was so good! How can you go wrong with cheesecake cupcakes in ANY flavor? I wasn't able to interact with Decadent D'Lites the day of the wedding but their set-up was even more perfect than I thought it would be. The cupcakes and ceremonial cake were not only gorgeous but they were delicious too! At the end of the night there was barely anything left to taste! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a unique alternative to a traditional wedding cake.
