When planning our wedding, it was important to my fiancé and me to choose vendors who understood our vision, truly listened, and were genuinely good people we enjoyed working with. Sarah was the first (and only) baker we did a tasting with, and choosing her was an absolute no-brainer. Her tasting process was relaxed and fun—it honestly felt like sitting down with a friend.

It was so hard to narrow down our flavor choices, but we ended up with pink champagne and citrus, chocolate peanut butter, red velvet cream cheese, and an almond raspberry groom’s cake. Sarah is truly a talent—her skill and artistry are unmatched! Both cakes were stunningly elegant and tasted as incredible as they looked. My husband was especially touched by the groom’s cake design. I’d only given Sarah a couple of inspiration photos for the groom's cake and let her run with it, and she absolutely NAILED it. We realized after our wedding that our photographer is the only one who captured pictures of it so we can't wait to see those!

Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the cake—many went back for second, even third, slices! I’d asked our coordinator to place a slice of each flavor at our sweetheart table, and we’re so glad we took a moment to enjoy a few bites together while taking in the view of the dance floor. We can’t wait to dive into our anniversary tier in October 2025, though it’ll be hard to wait that long to enjoy it again!

If we could give Sarah 1,000 stars, we would. Couples, do yourselves a favor and add Sarah to your wedding team—she is truly the best. We’ll be dreaming about her cakes forever and hope to enjoy them again someday; nothing else compares!

Sarah was so much fun to work with. We found her by recommendation of our photographer, and she was one of 4 tastings we did, and hers were BY FAR the best. Super moist, lots of variety of flavors for the cake, the filling, AND the frosting. She is super friendly as well. We didn't really have a particular vision in mind for the cake, but we gave her pictures of some that we liked and she took those and ran with it. She was able to give us information about different design techniques as well, when we weren't sure what to go with. The cake was beautiful AND delicious! So many people told us how much they liked it. We even got an anniversary cake, currently sitting in our freezer and I'm counting down the 11 months and 1 day to go before we can crack it open!

We had very specific tastes and requests for our Hallowedding. Sarah was exceptional in bringing our ideas together for this different type of wedding. Everyone loved the cake and special cupcakes she made.

Sarah did such a lovely job for our wedding this past September! We chose to do a two-tier vanilla with lemon curd and raspberry frosting cutting cake and it was so delicious! We asked Sarah for a delicate floral brushstrokes and she did just that! In addition to the cutting cake, we had mini cupcakes which were adorable and so fun because we got to pick multiple flavors. We had chocolate with oreo frosting, snickerdoodle and pink champagne citrus. All delicious! Sarah was so nice to work with and we were so happy with all of the desserts! Thank you, Sarah!

Sarah from the Cake Boutique was a wonderful find!! I’m not a wedding girly, but the one traditional thing I really wanted was a wedding cake and I didn’t know they were so hard to find these days. Not only did Sarah make us a gorgeous cake, but she had truly unique flavors that were delicious! We had a really hard time deciding! On top of all of that, Sarah was able to make us specialty cupcakes for our guests with dietary restrictions. I’m not quite sure how, but those gluten free, nut free, vegan cupcakes were DELICIOUS! I never would have known!

I had originally hired the Cake Boutique for a 2020 wedding, but when COVID hit, we had to postpone the ceremony. Sarah stayed flexible and was still able to provide the cake for my wedding. The cake was exactly what I wanted and tasted amazing. When I was worried about the florals, she reassured me and the flowers on the cake looked amazing! Highly recommend the Cake Boutique for any cake occasion.

First off, Sarah is an awesome person and really took the time to get to know us. She brought us cupcake samples of her flavors which we loved and were able to easily choose from for our wedding cake. Her cakes are all made from scratch and you could really taste the difference as compared to another baker who made us samples from a box mix.
When we wanted our families to try the flavors she created a new set of samples for us to share.
For our wedding, we had a 4-tier wedding cake with pink champagne & citrus, snickerdoodle & cinnamon, and chocolate with raspberry filling. There was no cake left by the end of the night, the mark of a great baker! Plus, the groom is a big baseball and New York Yankees fan and Sarah made him a giant cookie groom's cake with a Yankees logo on it as well as spice cookies & gluten free chocolate chip cookies. Finally, Sarah was kind enough to finish off our fall wedding with apple and pumpkin pies as well as some gluten free cupcakes for our friends. We appreciated her attention to detail, she really helped make our day special and made the planning process easy, we highly would recommend her!

Sarah was incredible for the moment we first reached out! Our cupcake tasting was personal (and delicious). She communicated well and quickly. We were able to tell her our vision and she executed it flawlessly!
The final product on our big day exceeded our expectations and we loved the unique nature of many of the cupcakes we chose (strawberry-key lime is the best!) Highly recommend The Cake Boutique!!!

The Cake Boutique was recommended to us by our wedding coordinator, and clearly for good reason. After our visit with the owner/baker, Sarah, we knew we’d made the right choice. The selection of flavors, fillings and frostings were all delicious and we struggled to pick just a few for our event. Sarah kept in close correspondence with us throughout the process to ensure all the odds and ends were figured out prior to the day. She made suggestions and helped us with a custom cupcake stand we wanted to incorporate and the final result was better than expected. Sarah’s deserts were unanimously enjoyed by everyone at the wedding! HIGHLY recommend!

Wow. What can I say about this cake and working with Sarah. She was so easy to work with, the price was unbeatable, and the cake...INCREDIBLE. I am a baker myself, so I am quite picky - but dang Sarah CAN BAKE! We had our parents come to our cake tasting and we had a blast. Sarah is professional and sweet (no pun intended!) We ended up doing a cutting cake as almond with raspberry filling and vanilla buttercream. It was so elegant and beautiful. We then did cupcakes for our guests. We had a set to match our cake flavor, a set of Pink Champagne cupcakes with citrus buttercream, and a set of chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter mouse and oreo buttercream (I am picky about chocolate cake - this cake is a WINNER!) The Almond and pink champagne cakes were also stunning; my mom, die hard chocolate only fan, even loved these!! Lastly, we did a dozen gluten free - these were great gluten free cupcakes - even according to my guests who eat gluten free all the time! If you are debating on a cake vendor or do not have the ability to taste...GO WITH SARAH. You will not be disappointed. Each bite of her cakes you see and taste the love. I only wish I lived closer to eat her cake more frequently.
