I decided to order my wedding cake from Clustered Spires after my sister’s positive experience with them. They make the most delicious cakes ever!! Our cake was three tiered with amazingly tasty Astoria icing and cascading flowers made of fondant on the outside. The inside consisted of two different batter flavors and three different icing flavors. I highly recommend this bakery to anyone looking to order wedding or celebration cakes, they’re the best I know of!!

One of the most raved about things at our wedding was the food! We did stations - salad, sliders, and sides and it was an absolute hit! There was not a single bad option on the buffet. The huge plus was the staff. They were SO accommodating and never let my husband, or I go without food or a drink. They were always asking if we needed anything or if there was anything they could get us. They truly were an all-around amazing vendor.

As a bride, I have multiple food allergies. I had another cake provided by the catering company for all my guests, but I decided that I needed a cake that I could eat too, since it was MY wedding! Elin had never baked for all the multiple allergens that I have, so she went to work experimenting until she had something that she was happy with and tasted good. I was so pleased to be able to have wedding cake that wouldn't make me sick! Thanks to Moxie for make a dairy free, soy free and gluten free cake for me!!

We had tasted cupcakes Jennifer made for a birthday party. The cupcakes were so delicious we knew we had to meet with her to discuss a cake for our wedding. She had us in for a cake tasting and I was immediately sold on her red velvet cake. After trying the various icings we chose what she'd used on those delicious cupcakes - the butter cream. Definitely the right choice! Jennifer also did a great job recreating the design I emailed to her.
