We were thrilled with how well the cake turned out on both flavor and appearance especially considering the great value compared to other wedding cakes - Ed and Beth were so easy to work with, responsive and flexible. They were also so accommodating with the two pandemic date changes, and that made our lives so much easier.

We tried out a lot of bakeries when searching for our wedding cake, and Ed's was by far the best. As soon as we tasted his cake, we knew it was the one. Ed and Beth were wonderful to work with, and he delivered exactly the cake we asked for. We took a huge piece with us on our honeymoon to make sure we got our fill!

Beth was very responsive over email, and even helped me arrange a donut surprise for my husband the morning of the wedding. Ed was truly a pleasure to work with, and gave us a lot of good information on cake sizes and techniques for achieving the look we wanted.

We are very partial to the peanut butter icing, and chocolate cake, but you can’t go wrong with anything Ed and Beth sell from the cupcakes to the cookies to the donuts to the meats. It is all absolutely perfect. We will be happily making the drive from Columbia for more of their goodies!

We had a small display cake and a sheet cake in the back from Ed's for our wedding. It was absolutely amazing and we had so many guests compliment the cake! For the initial tasting we had cupcakes which were great but I was a little worried they weren't moist (sorry I know everyone hates that word lol!) enough. However the cake itself was absolutely perfect!! HIGHLY recommend the Italian Buttercream Frosting.

We had our cake done by Ed's Country Bakery and it was SO DELICIOUS! We did lemon cake and we got compliments from lots of our guests that it was amazing! The frosting is perfect - not too sugary. Ed was nice and was fast at answering our emails. And the price was reasonable too! Overall, I recommend this place to anyone for their wedding.

Ed has been making cakes for my family since the early 2000s! He made my 16th, 18th, 19th, and 21st Birthday cakes, so I of course had to have him make my Wedding cake! The price is great and I sent a few designs over of what we wanted and he gave us exactly that. The cake was not meant to be served to guests, as we had a large cookie and smores bar, but it was on accident and it was devoured! We had a Lemon and Chocolate 2-tiered cake with Italian Buttercream icing. Everyone loved it and asked for more!

We had a great tasting with them before we booked and they created just what we wanted. They were prompt with their set up on the wedding day and the cake was delicious! We've gone back to their bakery several times since booking to enjoy their treats!

Ed's Country Bakery was perfect for our wedding needs! I decided to not do a large cake and wanted a simple one tier on display and sheet cake in the back to be served to guests. It came exactly how I had pictured and requested... and not to mention.. the taste was incredible! We asked for a white cake with strawberry filling and white buttercream... soooo good!

I love supporting small businesses and felt more comfortable going with Ed's then a grocery store or overpriced bakery. They are the perfect small town bakery to meet your needs and have plenty of cake flavors and fillings to meet your needs! Ed was a great choice for our cupcakes! He was prompt in all communications leading up to the big day. His delivery was seamless and his cupcakes are delicious! Highly recommend!

Ed's Bakery provided the wedding cake for our June wedding. Ed made the cake tasting process very easy and he was very responsive to emails. In addition, the cake was beautiful and the most delicious wedding cake I have ever tasted. The price is also very reasonable. We went with lemon cake, raspberry filling, and Italian frosting. Our guests loved it! Highly recommended!

I can't say enough good things about Ed. The pricing was about half of what I received from other bakeries; I was so annoyed that other vendors would charge you per person (as much as $5!) whereas Ed would recommend the size of cake for your guest count and charge you by the cake instead. My husband wasn't super pumped about the cake tasting (he doesn't have a sweet tooth like me!) but as soon as we took our first bite of Ed's cakes, he was in heaven. Everything was super seamless leading up to the wedding, and our cake looked and tasted delicious on our wedding day. Our guests are still raving about how good the cake is, and some of my guests have sheepishly admitted they waved down our waitstaff to get second (and third!) helpings because it was so good.
