I highly recommend Sweet Elevations for your wedding cake. The owner, Alicia Hemphill, is wonderful to work with. My husband and I knew we wanted a specific cake flavor/fruit filling combo and she prepared custom made samples based on the exact combination we were interested in. Several other cake vendors would not prepare custom made samples and only provided generic cupcakes upon which to base our wedding cake decision. Sampling cupcakes is not the same as sampling a cake with layers. Alicia was also a great communicator from the cake sampling phase through the delivery of our wedding cake on our wedding day.
