We had tasted cupcakes Jennifer made for a birthday party. The cupcakes were so delicious we knew we had to meet with her to discuss a cake for our wedding. She had us in for a cake tasting and I was immediately sold on her red velvet cake. After trying the various icings we chose what she'd used on those delicious cupcakes - the butter cream. Definitely the right choice!
