Trang Bowers opened Sweetz Bakery in 2009 with a vision of creating a custom gourmet bakery for the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area that offers door to door service. Driven by her passion, Trang is self-taught and has been honing her craft for over 24 years.  Trang is a member of ICES (International Cake Exploration Society).
