Absolutely zero regrets choosing Wild Basin Lodge to get married! The whole experience was seamless from start to finish, from communication with the WBL team to the well-timed planning meetings they arrange. I planned this wedding from California and they were so accommodating for that. Codi was our day-of coordinator and ran the day beautifully. The type A in me tried to come out a few times only to discover she was already on it. I never had a single thing to worry about. The day was perfect and we will cherish our memories here forever. Our guests all had great things to say about the experience! If an indoor/outdoor wedding in the mountains is what you're looking for - this is your venue.

From the first look at Hiwan Golf Club, the gorgeous patio and my conversation with Connor at Hiwan I knew that this was the right spot to gather with our out of town guests and family the morning after the wedding and prior to the guests departure. The Patio is stunning and offers an open air and roofed area in case of rain so we could still be outside. The service was outstanding, They offered a satellite bar and catered to specific requests for the buffet brunch. I highly recommend this for your Morning After. It was perfect to unwind and share all the joy of the wedding.

I love my event... The people that work there is amazing...

My husband and I had our wedding reception in the wine room at Coohills. We worked with Alexis to coordinate our event. She was very professional and quick to respond to communications via email and phone. The food was incredible, and they have a wide variety of options to choose from. They have an in-house pastry chef so they were able to make our wedding cake as well. The pricing was way better than designated wedding venue. We were able to fit 25 people total in the wine room. Our photographer took pictures of us on the bridge just outside the restaurant, and it was beautiful!

We truly could not have asked for a better wedding venue or a better team to help us throughout the entire process! The property itself was absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous mountain views that made the perfect backdrop for our wedding and photos. The venue had such a beautiful, peaceful, and inviting atmosphere, and every part of the property felt thoughtfully cared for. One of our favorite features was having cabins right on site. They were beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly convenient for our bridal party and family. Being able to have everyone close by made the whole wedding experience even more special and made the weekend so much easier and more enjoyable. Tom and Caroline were also absolutely incredible from start to finish. They not only manage the venue but also served as our coordinators, and they went above and beyond throughout the entire planning process. They were kind, responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in making our wedding everything we hoped it would be. We always felt supported and taken care of, and their help made the entire process so much less stressful. We truly have only wonderful things to say about our experience. The beautiful property, stunning mountain views, convenient on-site cabins, and amazing team made this the perfect place for our wedding. We are so grateful for everything they did for us and would wholeheartedly recommend this venue to any couple!

Landon and Izzie (our day of coordinators) were fantastic. They handled every potential problem day of, and made it an entirely stress free experience for me. I had 65 people at my wedding and the space was perfect because it felt full of people rather than my small wedding drowning in a large banquet hall. The venue itself is in a great location and has several amazing photo locations. The bar tender and DJ (Derek) were both the life of the party and kept the energy so high all night long. My only two things I would recommend as an improvement is the timeline is a little condensed to get ready at the venue and adjusting to be there just an hour prior to the current time the venue is available would've made things just a little bit smoother for photo timeline (and yes I did add the additional hour already in my package). I also think for the price it isn't as all-inclusive as I would've liked. However with those two things in mind, I would not have been happy with any other place for my wedding.

Cielo staff was attentive, friendly and extremely organized. The venue was astonishing inside and out, as well as amazingly spacious! Thank you, Cielo staff!! Y’all were so gracious and amazing hosts. We absolutely loved having our most beautiful wedding day at Cielo!

We had high expectations going into the weekend and Mountain Crust blew them out of the water. They are incredibly responsive, flexible, and fun. The food is amazing too! We would book them 100000x over if we could. We had rain at the beginning of the ceremony, and they worked so quickly to provide everyone with umbrellas and squeegied all the chairs in minutes. The staff is exceptional, they bring unbelievable energy and impeccable vibes all night long. So many of our guests mentioned this after the fact too!

We had our wedding at Chasing Rabbits, and it was perfect. The restaurant is gorgeous, the food was amazing (definitely not bland “wedding food”), and The Rabbit Hole was the ultimate party spot with its club/arcade vibe. Miranda and Casie were fantastic to work with and made everything smooth. Pro tip: hire the lighting tech if you want that full club/show energy. Such a unique venue that needs no extra décor—10/10 recommend!

We had our wedding at Lion Square Lodge in March 2025, and it was truly everything we had dreamed of and moree! The setting was absolutely breathtaking—snow-covered mountains, a cozy mountain lodge vibe, and the perfect balance of elegance and comfort for our intimate celebration. A huge shoutout to Megan, the Group Events and Sales Manager, who was an absolute rockstar from day one. She was organized, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our day special. From handling our lodging block to helping us navigate winter traval logistics and planning details, Megan made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. We felt completely taken care of the entire time. We were also lucky to work with Vail Catering Concepts, Lion Square’s new exclusive catering partner, and they knocked it out of the park. The food was not only beautifully presented but also absolutely yummy. If you're considering a Vail wedding, Lion Square Lodge should be at the top of your list. The combination of the location, the incredible staff, and top-notch catering made for a perfect wedding weekend. We’re so grateful for everyone who made it happen.
