Located in the heart of Vail, Colorado, Chasing Rabbits is a unique restaurant and wedding venue that occupies a 13,000-square-foot space, representing the next step forward in entertainment. Here, you will find your senses stimulated as you eat, drink, socialize, and play.
How do you define Chasing Rabbits? A restaurant, a library lounge, an arcade, and a speakeasy make this venue the most dynamic entertainment experience. It’s a place where you can indulge in an intimate Mediterranean meal, savor craft cocktails, enjoy a movie screening, host private events, and immerse yourself in Vail’s most unique and elevated nightlife scene.
The Restaurant and Outdoor Patio
Entering from our main entrance in the Solaris Plaza, you will find our sophisticated Mediterranean cuisine with Colorado flair. The Restaurant is a light and airy environment that matches the rugged mountain surroundings.
From the arched walnut, contemporary tones hidden within the private bar, and marble glass fireplace, our Restaurant is a gorgeous backdrop for Casual Standing Receptions of up to 150 and Seated Dinners of up to 95 guests.
During the Summer Months, guests can enjoy the Colorado Sunshine on our Patio with additional seating available for up to 75 guests.
The Library
Adjacent to our Restaurant, with its own peculiar flair, is our most requested Dinner setting, known as The Library. Surrounded by a high-rise of classic edition literature, the Library is a romantic private dining space for groups of 10-40.
The Moon Rabbit
Hidden in Plain Sight, our mysterious and exquisite Moon Rabbit Room offers a showstopping experience for Cocktail and Dinner Parties alike. Inspired by the Chinese tale of the Moon Rabbit creating the elixir of life, this Speakeasy is most known for cocktails influenced by ancient mythology and modern mixology. Moon Rabbit can accommodate standing receptions of up to 80 and seated dinners of up to 55 guests with a built-in projector and screen, private ba,r and lounge seating.
The Rabbit Hole
A reimagined and sophisticated arcade experience that offers classic and modern-day arcade games such as Pac-Man, Skee-Ball, and Twister. The Rabbit Hole not only entertains with built-in Arcade, but also with its 2 Large 4K Visual Screens, state-of-the-art sound system, and sleek private bar. The Rabbit Hole can host standing receptions of up to 300 guests.

The design and atmosphere are absolutely stunning. Each room has its own unique character, and the flow of the space made for an unforgettable experience for our guests. Whether they were sipping cocktails in the Library, dancing in the Moon Rabbit speakeasy, or just soaking in the ambiance, everyone was blown away by how immersive and creative the venue felt.
The staff was incredible—professional, responsive, and genuinely excited to help bring our vision to life. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence made everything seamless. From planning to execution, we felt so well taken care of.
The food and drinks were another major highlight. Every dish was thoughtfully crafted and absolutely delicious. Our guests are still raving about the unique cocktail menu and elevated cuisine.
If you're looking for a wedding venue that's both stylish and memorable, Chasing Rabbits is the place. It provided the perfect mix of Vail charm and upscale sophistication, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting to celebrate our love.

The planning process felt like a true partnership. As with any event, there were several changes throughout the process, but the night went off without a hitch because the CR team had a shared commitment to our vision and making our wedding celebration a success.
The space is so stunning and our guests were blown away experiencing it, but what really stood out to us (and our guests) was the level of service, smooth transitions between the different rooms, and the food. Several of our guests made a point of complimenting the quality of the service and personal interactions they received from the CR staff.
Our celebration exceeded our expectations and went above & beyond what we had dreamed up. We would highly recommend using Chasing Rabbits for any wedding event!
