Wedding Venues in Vail

We were looking for a casual venue, with good value, that welcomed our guests to the mountains. Avanti fit the bill! They have a lot of flexibility on spaces & food which was great. Definitely would recommend!

I would like to simply start by just saying... THANK YOU! There is no amount of gratitude I can express to relay how grateful I am for Amy Lilyquist and the Sonnenalp Hotel team and staff. Our wedding was set for July 4th 2020 and we unfortunately got the news that our original venue would not reopen in time for our wedding... three weeks out! We quickly reached out to Sonnenalp and booked within a day. The level of hospitality Sonnenalp provided made us feel as though we had been clients for months. Within days Amy and her team helped us recreate all of our details: timeline, floorplan, menu, guest experience, room accommodations… they even worked with our external vendors to make sure everyone was updated. I cannot praise Amy and her team enough for all their help and for making us feel welcome and calm despite our stress to pull off our wedding in such a short amount of time. She reassured us it would all work out and it did! Our wedding was beautiful and better than we had ever hoped. We feel very blessed to have been able to celebrate with all our family and friends in Vail over 4th of July weekend despite everything going on in the world. Thank you Sonnenalp for making our special day truly special and one to remember!

This was the most beautiful venue and the team at Donovan was so easy to work with.

We had our wedding at Chasing Rabbits, and it was perfect. The restaurant is gorgeous, the food was amazing (definitely not bland “wedding food”), and The Rabbit Hole was the ultimate party spot with its club/arcade vibe. Miranda and Casie were fantastic to work with and made everything smooth. Pro tip: hire the lighting tech if you want that full club/show energy. Such a unique venue that needs no extra décor—10/10 recommend!

We had our wedding at Lion Square Lodge in March 2025, and it was truly everything we had dreamed of and moree! The setting was absolutely breathtaking—snow-covered mountains, a cozy mountain lodge vibe, and the perfect balance of elegance and comfort for our intimate celebration. A huge shoutout to Megan, the Group Events and Sales Manager, who was an absolute rockstar from day one. She was organized, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our day special. From handling our lodging block to helping us navigate winter traval logistics and planning details, Megan made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. We felt completely taken care of the entire time. We were also lucky to work with Vail Catering Concepts, Lion Square’s new exclusive catering partner, and they knocked it out of the park. The food was not only beautifully presented but also absolutely yummy. If you're considering a Vail wedding, Lion Square Lodge should be at the top of your list. The combination of the location, the incredible staff, and top-notch catering made for a perfect wedding weekend. We’re so grateful for everyone who made it happen.

Staying at the Grand Hyatt Vail was more than I could have expected. Everything about the hotel was incredible behind measure. The location, being on the shuttle route, the creek and forest behind the property, the trail it's on, the views. The restaurants and quality of food, the staff (minus the front desk staff), everyone except front desk staff were absolutely remarkeable and the reason for the magic we experienced during our stay. Even if something went wrong with front desk, Event staff were ON IT and whatever needed to be taken care of WAS taken care of in less than 48 hours. It was a trip to remember so couldn't imagine our elopement being held anywhere else.

Manor Vail is a beautiful place for a wedding! The staff was all wonderful and made wedding planning so easy. Can't wait to go back for our anniversary!

We stayed at the Antlers for our hotel accomodations and also hosted our reception dinner in their conference room space. The entire staff there was beyond wonderful and accommodating. Cherie was the absolute best; she was always prompt in her responses to my hundreds of questions, and ensured my dinner was everything I had hoped for. We hosted our group block for rooms at the hotel, which deceased the cost of our room rental cost based upon the number of rooms rented. The food was something our guests continue to talk about! The menu was customized to what I wanted, and the servers made sure everyone was taken care of promptly! The hotel staff gave me everything I asked for with a smile on their face; my requests seemed major every time I went down to the front desk, but they were so quick to take care of me and my entire party of guests. I was able to get into the room to decorate early, and staff ensured it was exactly how I wanted it to be as soon as our ceremony finished and we were coming in for dinner. It was truly a perfect day and I cannot rave about the staff at the Antlers enough. They made us feel as if we were family - and we are already planning on going back to spend our 1 year anniversary there. We arranged for appetizers, and full plated dinner, and all was absolutely flawless from start to finish at such a reasonable rate for everything we were provided. I wanted a simple, no-hassle dinner to celebrate my small wedding, and they came through from start to finish. I provide the highest recommendation possible for this place - whether for just your hotel accommodations, or as a fantastic location for hosting your dinner party.

My son and daughter in law were married here on August 18th. I don’t use the word perfect lightly but everything worked out beautifully. Courtney was great to work with, she was very flexible, the food was truly delicious, service great. The views are sublime. I only wish that they included chairs for the wedding island and golf cart service for everyone to get there as that was quite the extra expense.

The Tivoli Lodge was the perfect hotel for our room block. The rooms are nice and spacious, the location is incredible and the staff was so wonderful to work with! Can't recommend them enough
