We cannot say enough about the Taharaa Mountain Lodge and Twin Owls Steakhouse. We hosted a welcome dinner for around 50 guests for our son's wedding on December 3, 2025. From planning this event up to the night of the gathering, the staff at Taharaa were wonderful. The servers for the event were amazing, and they attended to the needs of all of our guests. The views from the venue were stunning, with fresh snow and wildlife. The food was delicious, and it was indeed an event we will remember for the rest of our lives. Thank you for making our wedding week in Estes Park so wonderful!

We recently had our wedding and reception here in June, and I must say, the venue is magnificent and the entire staff did an amazing job all around! We could not be happier with everything. Some of the reviews mentioned the price being high, but we feel the opposite. Our wedding was small, only 25 guests, and the cost for the venue and food was extremely reasonable compared to other venues. Some of the other venues in town offer a pretty facility with nice views but nothing else, for a minimal price of $10,000! Estes Park Resort is a one stop shop with amazing views, delightful food and excellent bar staff! Maritza was there the entire time making sure everything went smoothly, we have zero complaints! Thank you Maritza and Jordon, you've given us memories to last a lifetime!

This venue is absolutely gorgeous. The property, the outdoor views, the food, the professionalism, everything was truly 10/10. We were also incredibly lucky to be paired with our wedding coordinator, Anna, and she was nothing short of amazing. Leading up to our wedding day, she was communicative, punctual, thoughtful, and incredibly kind. Anna always made sure my wife and I felt comfortable, informed, and completely taken care of every step of the way. On the wedding day itself, she checked in on us constantly, made sure we needed for nothing, and helped our family and guests feel completely at home. She went above and beyond in every possible way. By the end of it all, we felt like we hadn’t just worked with a wedding coordinator, we had gained a friend. We truly cannot recommend this venue enough. Black Canyon Inn will make sure you, your partner, and your guests have a day you will never forget. Thank you Black Canyon Inn!

From the stunning beauty of the venue itself to the incredible team behind it all — Jessica and Stella made our wedding day absolutely perfect. If anything went wrong, I genuinely had no idea, and that is the highest compliment I can give a venue team. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food — both the variety of options and how delicious everything was — as well as the bar, the decor, and the breathtaking setting overall. I had always heard how stressful a wedding day could be, and Jessica and Stella made sure that was simply not my experience. I felt completely at ease from start to finish and was truly able to be present and enjoy every single moment. That is a gift I will never forget. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We had our welcome dinner/party at The Barrel in April. We had a great experience. A couple of weeks before, they reached out to us with a google form asking if we wanted any tables, etc and it was all set up when we got there. The staff was very attentive and the drink pours were excellent. The space was clean, organized and spacious. We will definitely go back to The Barrel next time we are in Estes and we highly recommend them for any pre/post wedding needs!

We can’t say enjoy good things about the service and attention we received. They went out of their way to make our reception and dinner special. And the food...fantastic!! Highly recommend the Twin Owls chicken as an entree.

First of all, I could not say enough good things about The View at Crag’s lodge!! Aki went above and beyond for us while we had our dinner there! There was more than enough food, it was such great quality food and there was always someone coming by the tables to pick up/ refill any drinks, etc. It definitely exceeded our expectations! I would 100% recommend to anyone!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about the Bristlecone Inn and the team that helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect. From the very beginning, Kathy was incredible to work with. She helped coordinate every detail and made the entire planning process feel manageable and stress-free. Her experience, organization, and attention to detail gave us so much confidence that everything would come together. And it did, flawlessly. Every vendor Kathy recommended was fantastic. From the DJ to the florist and everyone in between, we were consistently impressed by the quality and professionalism of the people she connected us with. The venue itself is beautiful, with all the charm and mountain atmosphere we were hoping for in Estes Park. The food was outstanding and received rave reviews from both the adults and the kids. The service throughout the event was exceptional. Attentive, friendly, and seamless. We never had to worry about a thing because the staff had already thought of it. What stood out most was how every detail was anticipated and handled before we even had to ask. On a day when so many couples are stressed about logistics, we were able to simply enjoy ourselves, spend time with our family and friends, and focus on celebrating. If you're considering the Bristlecone Inn for your wedding or special event, we wholeheartedly recommend it. The venue, the staff, the food, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations in every way, and we're so grateful for the memories they helped create. ❤️🏔️💍 One of the highest compliments we can give is that after the wedding, we found ourselves saying, "I wouldn't change a thing." The Bristlecone Inn and Kathy made that possible.

Beautiful church, with a great sounding pipe organ! The wedding coordinator, Carolyn, was very helpful and easy to work with. The venue fit our 75 guests very comfortably. Out back is a pretty garden setting for pictures. Plenty of waiting space for wedding party.

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting for our June destination wedding. Thank you Kim-Angel and Terisa for all your help. We traveled from Texas so we were looking for a location that required as little decorating as possible. The snow from the mountains had recently started to melt so the river that runs through the property was so full and beautiful. Plus, since it is located so close to the Rocky Mountain National Park, our photographer was able to take us into the mountains between the ceremony and reception to take a few wedding photos with some unbelievable backgrounds.
