We can’t say enjoy good things about the service and attention we received. They went out of their way to make our reception and dinner special. And the food...fantastic!! Highly recommend the Twin Owls chicken as an entree.

Choosing a venue seemed like such a monumental decision to me, and my husband and I finally decided on Twin Owls. And let me tell you, it was SUCH a wonderful decision. Let me lay out the reasons:

1) One of the main reasons we decided to book was the fact that it's mostly-inclusive. Meaning, we didn't have to hire caterers or any event rentals for tables and chairs or anything. Not having to deal with potential catering glitches or timing problems day-of was INCREDIBLE.

2) We had our ceremony right next door at Black Canyon, and then cocktail hour on the lawn* (*it actually rained so we moved it indoors), and reception in the steakhouse. That made it a very convenient flow for us and our guests.

3) Twin Owls has so much natural beauty in its rustic, yet elegant ambiance. We hardly had to add anything else to make it perfect for our reception, which cut our decor costs (and stress) WAY down.

4) Sandra is a very detailed, organized person, and she helped us figure out the flow of our wedding, and was flexible when we needed to make changes.

5) Lastly, but CERTAINLY not least, the food was AMAZING. Everyone was commenting on how good it was, and Sandra even accommodated my tricky food allergies (dairy, gluten, and peanutes), and somehow the food was STILL phenomenal.

It was such a dreamy wedding, and all the guests who flew in (it was a destination for pretty much everyone) were enchanted by the "cabin in the mountains" vibe. I've had so many people tell me it was one of the loveliest weddings they'd been to, and that's in large part due to Twin Owls!

It has been several months since our wedding, but my husband and I both still agree that we had the absolute best wedding venue possible. Our wedding was a destination, and many of our guests had never been to Colorado let alone Estes Park before. Nearly all of them told us (and are still telling us) that it was hands down the best wedding they had ever attended. My husband and I are foodies, our families are foodies, and may of our friends are foodies, too. So, so many of them told us that our wedding food was also the best wedding food they had ever had. I completely agree. My in-laws purchased the wine and beer bar package, but our guests also really appreciated being able to purchase other drinks from the full bar the Twin Owls offers. Sandra and the staff at Twin Owls were incredibly kind, easy to communicate with, and so attentive to our every need. They enabled us to truly relax and focus on our wedding and guests while they provided the perfect atmosphere and the most amazing food. We loved that booking with Twin Owls meant that we didn't have to stress about a caterer that was separate from the venue, renting linens, renting table settings, coordinating with an outside bartender, renting bathrooms, etc. So much of what most couples have to think about was handled for us through Twin Owls, which allowed us to enjoy our engagement and planning season far more! Hardly any stress leading up to or on the day of our wedding! Our reception ran flawlessly because of the professionalism of the staff and warm, comfortable ambiance of the Twin Owls. My husband and I went back the next night for dinner and were greeted with the sweetest smiles and kindest words. Magical is an understatement for the wedding experience the Twin Owls provided. If I could do our wedding over again, I would choose the Twin Owls a thousand times over. It was the wedding I never thought I would have and the wedding I will dream of with the sweetest memories for the rest of my life. I cannot wait to go back for anniversary trips for years to come!

The first time I saw Twin Owls was when my husband and I were being announced at our reception, and let me tell you - it was AMAZING. I planned our entire wedding from Chicago and wasn't able to see any of my vendors until our actual wedding day. After working with Sandra (who is incredible), I knew we were in good hands and didn't even worry about what our venue would look like. I knew it was going to be perfect, and it was. Sandra was very accommodating to even last minute requests. I am still getting compliments on how amazing the service was of everyone working the wedding - my husband and I never had an empty drink :) I wish I could do it all over again! I would choose Twin Owls every. single. time.

Twin Owls is an excellent lovely venue for an Estes Park Wedding. Sandra, who does all the arranging and management is the BEST. The food was absolutely delicious and the plated servings were plentiful. Our daughter, Ellen, & now son in law, Tom, had the most beautiful wedding there. We highly recommend it. Having attended many weddings--FOOD and VENUE were so important to us. Twin Owls & Sandra (owner) were so accommodating, organized, uncomplicated, and perfect. First of all--the venue is SO extremely gorgeous that you barely even need decorations. Twin Owls is an awe-inspiring 1920's log cabin and is stunning. All our guests could say was WOW! And we're still saying that, 3 weeks later looking at photos. The food is delicious--as this IS a steakhouse every other night of the week! We felt really fortunate to be able to have a highly rated restaurant/steakhouse as our wedding venue. Sandra was so accommodating--coming up with a fully vegan option for our handful or vegan/GF guests. Otherwise our options included Prime Rib, Sour Cherry Glazed Pork, and Shrimp Carbonara. The food is another aspect guests are raving about. I mean, really the entire wedding was just outstanding. Everything went so smoothly, and the settings/venues were just gorgeous between Twin Owls and adjacent Black Canyon Inn for our ceremony. Thanks again guys!!

Twin Owls Steakhouse was the best place to have our reception! There was no need for us to add any too much decoration because the ambiance is stunning on its own.

Sandra Huerta and Staff at Twin Owls Steakhouse hosted us for a perfect wedding reception! The rustic, open log cabin restaurant and delicious food options are incredible. They were very responsive to our many questions and ensured for a perfect evening with us and guests. Thanks Twin Owls!

The Twin Owls Steakhouse was the perfect spot to hold our rehearsal dinner! Sandra was a pleasure to work with and her serving staff went out of their way to make the evening special for us and our guests. Our dinner was held in the loft above the main floor and it was a nice space where our party could be kept separate from everything else. The food was delicious and we were able to offer multiple entrees to our guests to choose from. The bar package was easy to set up with plenty of drink options. The servers were extremely attentive, helpful, and courteous to our guests. I’m glad we chose this place because it set the tone for a great wedding weekend.

Sandra, Thad and staff went out of their way to make our reception a huge success!!!!!! We had an amazing cocktail party on the lawn with appetizers before the dinner. Then dinner and dancing inside. Their reception food is as good as their usual dinner menu and features many of the same items. Can't think of another reception I have been to where the food is this good! Love the intimate feel of Twin Owls Steakhouse. Highly recommend!
