The Perfect Touch

We were required to use a wedding planner for our venue, and The Perfect Touch was one of the listed required planners. We were SO thankful we had the opportunity to meet with Nicole and discuss our wedding ideas from the beginning. She was warm, fun, excited and energized by all of our ideas. Throughout the planning process, she was very communicative, always on top of deadlines and took all the stress out of working with vendors/timelines/negotiations/etc. Working with Nicole truly made our planning process fun and so much easier that we imagined. This also let us be 100% present at our wedding, which was exactly what we wanted. We didn't have to worry about coordinating anything and could really soak up each moment. We couldn't be more grateful for the support from Nicole and The Perfect Touch team and would absolutely recommend to anyone on the fence! We didn't plan to have a wedding planner, but looking back it was 100% the best investment for our whole wedding!!!

There truly are NOT enough words. I feel the need to leave a review wherever possible…..We got married in March, and it’s honestly taken me weeks to sit down and write this because I’ve been trying to figure out how to put into words just how incredible our experience was with Nicole and The Perfect Touch Co. Every time I started writing, it never felt like it did them justice. From my very first phone call with Nicole, I remember hanging up and thinking, “Okay…I can actually breathe.” Planning a destination wedding from Florida was hard, but every single conversation with her left me feeling lighter. She had this way of making us feel like everything is under control while also making us feel like you’re talking to someone we had known forever!! She was professional in every sense of the word, but also one of the warmest, kindest people I’ve probably (ever) met. The type of person you’re like “wait, can we be friends??” lol!
When we finally got to Colorado and met her in person, she was more attentive than we imagined. Our rehearsal was one of the first moments where we realized just how amazing she is at what she does! She had printed timelines for everyone, walked our entire wedding party through exactly what to expect, answered every question before people even had to ask, and somehow got our ENTIRE family organized and out of there in about 30 minutes. Which, if you’ve ever met our families, is a miracle in itself. Everyone walked away knowing exactly where they needed to be and what they needed to do, and made our lives SOOO much easier. Then came wedding day…along with about 10 inches of snow!!! No big deal though. Even with weather that none of us could have planned for, we never once felt like things were falling apart. Nicole was calm, reassuring, and somehow always one step ahead. Every time I looked around, she was quietly taking care of something, checking in on someone, fixing something behind the scenes, or making sure everything was okay. Because of her, I got to spend my wedding day actually soaking it all in instead of worrying about everything happening around me.
One of my favorite memories from the entire day is something that probably seems so small, but I’ll never forget it. Right before the chapel doors opened, it was just me, my dad, Nicole, and our venue coordinator Anna, standing there holding the doors. My bridal party had already walked down the aisle, and I was seconds away from seeing my husband. I remember looking at them and just feeling…SO calm. As someone who struggles with intense anxiety, that’s not a feeling that comes easily to me. Somehow, in one of the biggest moments of my entire life, Nicole made me feel completelyyyyy at peace. I don’t know if she’ll ever realize how much that moment meant to me, but it will always be one of my favorite memories from our wedding day.
By the end of the weekend, it honestly didn’t feel like we’d only known her for a short time. In the most not weird way, it felt like someone who had been in our lives for years!!
Nicole gave us the chance to be fully present on the best day of our lives, and that is something I will never be able to thank her enough for. We laughed, we cried, we soaked in every single moment, and so much of that was because she carried everything else for us! If I could do the entire wedding all over again, hiring Nicole would still be the easiest decision we’d make. We are forever grateful for her, and I truly hope every couple gets to experience the kind of peace, joy, and confidence she gave us throughout our wedding weekend. 1000/1000 will recommend to anyone and everyone!

Rosalie was the absolute best from The Perfect Touch. We did the month of coordination package and I highly recommend them if you are looking!

I don’t know what we would have done without Melissa! The Perfect Touch was wonderful from the start and Melissa made everything so easy and smooth throughout the planning process and on the day of we didn’t have to think about anything but enjoying our day! And the rental options they have are fabulous! Highly recommend!

Nicole is so sweet, responsive, and attentive. She really helped me get through my wedding so smoothly and was on top of everything!!! She made me feel so much better every time I talked with her.

I cannot recommend The Perfect Touch enough! Kali went above and beyond for me as my month of coordinator. I truly could not have done it without her! We in constant contact and besties the whole month texting and hopping on calls getting everything done and organized! She just wanted to take all the stress away!
Cut to day of - this girl HUSTLES! She was in a mode getting everything up and beautiful and coordinated all day long! She was so kind to absolutely everyone - most importantly our moms - and if we asked for anything it was done!
Kali was our cheerleader, always in a good mood and just so incredibly kind! When things got tough, she was ready to step in and be my person! My day was perfect because of Kali!! Truly!
I cannot recommend her and The Perfect Touch enough if you want your day to go as well as mine did!!

Keira was our coordinator, and she was amazing. We had planned to do much of our wedding mainly DIY, however around 4 months prior to the wedding, my fiance's work blew up, and I opted to take on extra shifts to help cover some costs. We decided to bring on a wedding planner for the final push, and we are so glad we did. Keira helped finalize a lot of our plans and loose ends, and helped keep everything organized. If we were to do this again, we would have just hired her from the beginning!

Hiring The Perfect Touch was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding! I had absolutely no clue about weddings — I never imagined getting married and had only been to two in my life. As someone from Germany, I didn’t even know where to start. From the very first call, Angela was amazing — calm, organized, flexible, and so patient as we bounced between ideas (from Iceland to Utah before finally choosing Colorado!).

We had no idea how to find vendors or what to look for, but thanks to Angela’s organization and experience, every single vendor she helped us pick was incredible. She kept us perfectly on schedule, reminded us when to book everything, and made the entire process stress-free.

We went with a whimsical, book-themed Colorado wedding, and it turned out more magical than I could’ve imagined. The rentals from The Perfect Touch were beautiful and fit our theme perfectly. On the wedding day, everything ran flawlessly — I didn’t have to worry about a single thing.

Angela truly made our wedding unforgettable. If you’re even thinking about hiring a planner, do it — and ask for Angela. She’s the best! 💕

Meridith is a wonderful planner, she really focuses on the details and make the vision come to life. Such a pleasure to work with her along the way!

The Perfect Touch was recommended to us by a friend, and we're so happy we went with their suggestion! We worked with Melissa as our month-of coordinator and she was so fantastic! Honestly she gave us help and suggestions throughout the whole process, not just the month-of. It was so great to have someone working with us to help keep track of vendors and also do some of the vendor communication behind the scenes! Also, having Melissa coordinate those vendors day-of so that we didn't have to worry about any of it was amazing.

Melissa also took so much stress off our plates regarding decor! Neither my husband or I had strong opinions on decor, but knew we wanted to incorporate handmade book flowers somehow. Melissa came through with beautiful vision boards to go with our flowers, and it resulted in everything we never would have even known we wanted!

She made the day-of run so smoothly, even when we had some hiccups with rain. If anything went wrong, we didn't have to know about it because Melissa had it handled!
