We had Nicole as our planner with the full service package. We worked with her for about a year and a half and had her as our day of planner. We loved working with her! Every detail was well planned and beautiful. Nicole made our dream wedding real. She was always patient, warm, professional, and detail oriented. Nicole made us feel at ease whenever we were worried or stressed about the wedding. Our friends and family who met her during the wedding weekend all commented on how kind and professional she was. We had an outdoor wedding and had some rain during the day. But Nicole was able to watch the clouds to predict the weather and perfectly time our ceremony so that we could have the outdoor wedding we hoped and planned for without our guests getting rained on. We will miss chatting with her all the time. We are SO glad we hired Nicole and would absolutely do it again.

Meridith Hutton at The Perfect Touch Event Planning was absolutely amazing. I selected the Month-of Coordination and Design package. This package was perfect for my situation as I already had a resort venue booked with catering included and hotel rooms on site. Meridith helped me pull the vision together even with all my color changes, she also had great insights based on what she’s seen and done at other weddings. Our first big meeting was 6 months out and we discussed décor and wedding vision. I remember hanging up after our call - which ran over our scheduled time - and feeling so much relief and confidence. Meridith is so organized and was bringing up important points that I hadn’t even thought of. During our walk-through she was so thorough with all aspects – I had the same feeling of relief and confidence as after our first meeting. There were a few times where I really couldn’t decide on a specific detail (napkin fold for dinner for example), Meridith shared her opinion which was simple and elegant and I’m so happy I was able to lean on and trust her for detail decisions like that. I told her on the day of the wedding that I trust her eye for detail and design and that if something should be moved around so that it looks better or to help with the functionality of the space, that I trust her to make those changes.
We also utilized Nicole Whitcomb for our printing and signage. Nicole was so helpful, especially in being able to send me the escort cards (name cards for plated dinner) early so that I could add my own special design to the cards.
Overall, I’m so thankful for Meridith and Nicole at The Perfect Touch for helping to make our day so beautiful and special and for making it all so seamlessly smooth. They are wonderful to work with and you can absolutely trust them to make your wedding dreams come true.

Nicole brought our vision to life for our dream wedding!! It was the perfect day and we enjoyed every minute with our loved ones without worrying about a thing. Nicole was detail-oriented, always organized, patient and answered my million questions with ease in a few seconds. When we inquired about a specific type of vendor that she did not previously work with (for my cultural tradition which was important to us), she went above and beyond to make sure this vendor is seamlessly integrated into our day with all the necessary communication. I was nervous about planning our large 150 people destination wedding (we reside in TX) ; however, Nicole not only made it a fun process, but also helped us plan and execute every personalized detail that felt like "us" perfectly.
