We were required to use a wedding planner for our venue, and The Perfect Touch was one of the listed required planners. We were SO thankful we had the opportunity to meet with Nicole and discuss our wedding ideas from the beginning. She was warm, fun, excited and energized by all of our ideas. Throughout the planning process, she was very communicative, always on top of deadlines and took all the stress out of working with vendors/timelines/negotiations/etc. Working with Nicole truly made our planning process fun and so much easier that we imagined. This also let us be 100% present at our wedding, which was exactly what we wanted. We didn't have to worry about coordinating anything and could really soak up each moment. We couldn't be more grateful for the support from Nicole and The Perfect Touch team and would absolutely recommend to anyone on the fence! There truly are NOT enough words. I feel the need to leave a review wherever possible…..We got married in March, and it’s honestly taken me weeks to sit down and write this because I’ve been trying to figure out how to put into words just how incredible our experience was with Nicole and The Perfect Touch Co. Every time I started writing, it never felt like it did them justice. From my very first phone call with Nicole, I remember hanging up and thinking, “Okay…I can actually breathe.” Planning a destination wedding from Florida was hard, but every single conversation with her left me feeling lighter. She had this way of making us feel like everything is under control while also making us feel like you’re talking to someone we had known forever!! She was professional in every sense of the word, but also one of the warmest, kindest people I’ve probably (ever) met. The type of person you’re like “wait, can we be friends??” lol!
When we finally got to Colorado and met her in person, she was more attentive than we imagined. Our rehearsal was one of the first moments where we realized just how amazing she is at what she does! She had printed timelines for everyone, walked our entire wedding party through exactly what to expect, answered every question before people even had to ask, and somehow got our ENTIRE family organized and out of there in about 30 minutes. Which, if you’ve ever met our families, is a miracle in itself. Everyone walked away knowing exactly where they needed to be and what they needed to do, and made our lives SOOO much easier. Then came wedding day…along with about 10 inches of snow!!! No big deal though. Even with weather that none of us could have planned for, we never once felt like things were falling apart. Nicole was calm, reassuring, and somehow always one step ahead. Every time I looked around, she was quietly taking care of something, checking in on someone, fixing something behind the scenes, or making sure everything was okay. Because of her, I got to spend my wedding day actually soaking it all in instead of worrying about everything happening around me.
One of my favorite memories from the entire day is something that probably seems so small, but I’ll never forget it. Right before the chapel doors opened, it was just me, my dad, Nicole, and our venue coordinator Anna, standing there holding the doors. My bridal party had already walked down the aisle, and I was seconds away from seeing my husband. I remember looking at them and just feeling…SO calm. As someone who struggles with intense anxiety, that’s not a feeling that comes easily to me. Somehow, in one of the biggest moments of my entire life, Nicole made me feel completelyyyyy at peace. I don’t know if she’ll ever realize how much that moment meant to me, but it will always be one of my favorite memories from our wedding day.
By the end of the weekend, it honestly didn’t feel like we’d only known her for a short time. In the most not weird way, it felt like someone who had been in our lives for years!!
Nicole gave us the chance to be fully present on the best day of our lives, and that is something I will never be able to thank her enough for. We laughed, we cried, we soaked in every single moment, and so much of that was because she carried everything else for us! If I could do the entire wedding all over again, hiring Nicole would still be the easiest decision we’d make. We are forever grateful for her, and I truly hope every couple gets to experience the kind of peace, joy, and confidence she gave us throughout our wedding weekend. 1000/1000 will recommend to anyone and everyone! -

I cannot recommend The Perfect Touch enough! Kali went above and beyond for me as my month of coordinator. I truly could not have done it without her! We in constant contact and besties the whole month texting and hopping on calls getting everything done and organized! She just wanted to take all the stress away!
Cut to day of - this girl HUSTLES! She was in a mode getting everything up and beautiful and coordinated all day long! She was so kind to absolutely everyone - most importantly our moms - and if we asked for anything it was done!
Kali was our cheerleader, always in a good mood and just so incredibly kind! When things got tough, she was ready to step in and be my person! My day was perfect because of Kali!! Truly!
I cannot recommend her and The Perfect Touch enough if you want your day to go as well as mine did!! -

Keira was our coordinator, and she was amazing. We had planned to do much of our wedding mainly DIY, however around 4 months prior to the wedding, my fiance's work blew up, and I opted to take on extra shifts to help cover some costs. We decided to bring on a wedding planner for the final push, and we are so glad we did. Keira helped finalize a lot of our plans and loose ends, and helped keep everything organized. If we were to do this again, we would have just hired her from the beginning! -

Hiring The Perfect Touch was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding! I had absolutely no clue about weddings — I never imagined getting married and had only been to two in my life. As someone from Germany, I didn’t even know where to start. From the very first call, Angela was amazing — calm, organized, flexible, and so patient as we bounced between ideas (from Iceland to Utah before finally choosing Colorado!).
We had no idea how to find vendors or what to look for, but thanks to Angela’s organization and experience, every single vendor she helped us pick was incredible. She kept us perfectly on schedule, reminded us when to book everything, and made the entire process stress-free.
We went with a whimsical, book-themed Colorado wedding, and it turned out more magical than I could’ve imagined. The rentals from The Perfect Touch were beautiful and fit our theme perfectly. On the wedding day, everything ran flawlessly — I didn’t have to worry about a single thing.
Angela truly made our wedding unforgettable. If you’re even thinking about hiring a planner, do it — and ask for Angela. She’s the best! 💕 -

The Perfect Touch was recommended to us by a friend, and we're so happy we went with their suggestion! We worked with Melissa as our month-of coordinator and she was so fantastic! Honestly she gave us help and suggestions throughout the whole process, not just the month-of. It was so great to have someone working with us to help keep track of vendors and also do some of the vendor communication behind the scenes! Also, having Melissa coordinate those vendors day-of so that we didn't have to worry about any of it was amazing.
Melissa also took so much stress off our plates regarding decor! Neither my husband or I had strong opinions on decor, but knew we wanted to incorporate handmade book flowers somehow. Melissa came through with beautiful vision boards to go with our flowers, and it resulted in everything we never would have even known we wanted!
She made the day-of run so smoothly, even when we had some hiccups with rain. If anything went wrong, we didn't have to know about it because Melissa had it handled!The Perfect Touch's reply:

Hiring Angela as our wedding planner was hands down the best decision we made throughout the entire planning process. From our very first meeting, she brought an incredible mix of professionalism, creativity, and genuine care that made us feel instantly at ease. She took the time to truly understand our vision and then somehow managed to elevate it into something more beautiful than we could have ever imagined.

We had a destination wedding in Estes Park, Colorado, and hiring Nicole from The Perfect Touch was one of the best decisions we made. We booked the month-of coordination package and added decor and transportation support a la carte — and the whole experience was stress-free, fun, and incredibly organized.
Nicole exudes calm confidence, which is exactly what you want on your wedding day. She worked seamlessly with our entire vendor team and took full ownership of communication in the weeks leading up to the wedding. For example, I never had to go back and forth with the DJ about timing or logistics — I just shared the vibe and music preferences, and Nicole handled the rest!
We also used her rental company, which made the decor process so easy. Nicole asked thoughtful questions, referenced my Pinterest board, and quickly pulled together a rental package that beautifully matched the florals and the venue. The final result was stunning and cohesive without being overwhelming.
Nicole knows the Estes Park area and vendor scene incredibly well, and her pricing was more than fair for the level of service and peace of mind she provided. I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Angela through A Perfect Touch, and it was such an incredible experience. The organization, communication, and follow-through was top notch. I am so grateful to have worked with Angela. She took care of everything from layout to decor, presenting options and recommendations for every situation, tracking details I didn't even know needed to be tracked, and followed up with all my vendors. She made the wedding day a complete breeze. I was able to fully enjoy spending time with my new husband, my friends, and my family, without worry or concern for what needed to happen next.
The custom signage made by Nicole added a special touch, and the decor and yard games we rented from A Perfect Touch was both practical and fun. Our wedding turned out to be everything we could have wanted and I know that the work Angela did made all the difference.

Angela planned and orchestrated a perfect wedding day, and she did it all while being delightful to work with. We planned this wedding in 8 months, rather than the typical 12+ months. And we don't live in Colorado, so we relied entirely on her expertise and professional network of vendors and resources. Every single vendor she found for us was excellent!
Angela managed our expectations smoothly from beginning to end, from the reality of how far our budget would go, to the details of place settings. She is simultaneously gracious and kind, while also being tough and honest. I will kind of miss her weekly emails reminding me of the wedding tasks I failed to do last week that are still on my to-do list this week. 😁
Our wedding day unfolded beautifully, with absolutely zero stress to the happy couple and immediate family. If you’re considering hiring Perfect Touch—do it! We were lucky enough to be paired with Angela and I simply can't sing her praises enough. From the very beginning, she was the steady, organized, and reassuring presence I didn’t know I needed. She kept everything on track, handled every detail flawlessly, and was always so gracious, even when I was feeling overwhelmed. She was there to prompt me step by step, answered questions from vendors on my behalf, and kept tabs on all the moving parts so that nothing was forgotten. We took advantage of some of the extra services offered and I'm so glad we did. They handled our day-of stationary, signage and rental items. Having those tasks in Angela's hands as the final days ticked by took so much stress off of me. On the wedding day, she truly created a feeling of ease and that allowed me to just soak in the day and enjoy it. This review is long overdue but Nicole of the Perfect Touch is INCREDIBLE! We booked Nicole for day of coordination but she did far more than day of. Nicole was absolutely amazing to work with and helped us have the most perfect, stress free wedding day. I don’t think we had to lift a finger to do anything as Nicole was 20 steps ahead. From the initial inquiry to post wedding she was fantastic. Leading up to the wedding she frequently checked in with us on planning, offered help when searching for vendors and overall just listened to whatever we had to talk about. The Perfect Touch had a great online system that was incredibly helpful to track vendors, to do list, schedule, and the layout!
After listening to our vision she created the perfect layout and all we had to do was assign seats! It was so easy to use and great visuals. The day of she is a magical event ninja. She had everything absolutely handled so we could focus on the fun parts of the day. She was always there when needed but never felt like she was in the way. She always had our favorite drinks in hand when we didn’t know we needed! She kept the day flowing and on time. I never had to question what was going on or where we needed to be. She was on top of it from start to finish! She managed us, all of our vendors, and some family members that needed a little extra help. Nicole was calm, cool and collected from the very beginning which really set the tone for the day.
On top of her exceptional planning and coordination the Perfect Touch also offers rentals which were incredible! Their rental catalog had plenty of wonderful options in multiple styles. We were able to rent some yard games for cocktail hour, table décor, and a gorgeous display for a bud vase wall. If you are on the fence with a coordinator I couldn’t recommend Nicole enough. She will make sure your day is the most special and stress-free. She took care of everything from start to finish and smiled the whole time! You can tell she loves what she does, and it certainly shows! Nicole and the Perfect Touch truly created the most memorable day for us.

Planning an out of state wedding is no easy task, but working with Angela and Nicole from The Perfect Touch was the best decision we could've made for our big day!
Reaching out to them early in the process, they were prompt in communications and helped us to secure our dream venue and vendors with their in depth knowledge of the front range wedding scene.
Beyond their venue insight, Angela met with us several times throughout our planning process to establish our vision for our big day and was an invaluable resource in keeping us on track with important dates, deposits, decisions, and more. Angela had her hands full with us being out of state chronic procrastinators but she was able to shepherd us in the right direction by making each major task seem like no bog deal.
Not only are Angela and Nicole a pleasure to work with, The Perfect Touch uses tools like Aisle Planner which made keeping track of budgeting, decor, and timelines so easy and interactive.

Working with Melissa at The Perfect Touch was a wonderful experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend her. From our very first conversation with Melissa, I knew that we were in good hands as we were preparing for our wedding. Melissa is a complete professional - she is organized, prepared, and takes great care with every step of the planning process. She is kind and friendly and was a great support and sounding board throughout the stressful process of wedding planning.
I truly could not have asked for more working with Melissa - I truly knew she had everything under control and I trusted her fully to take the lead on our wedding day. Throughout our wedding day, there was not one issue (or if there was, I never saw it) which is exactly what you hope for on your wedding day. Melissa took all of the stress away and executed our day flawlessly. She is incredibly detail oriented and I felt like she took our wedding as seriously as she would her own. She truly put us at ease and we had full confidence in her which mean that we could relax and have a blast with our friends and family!
The Perfect Touch also offers signage and rentals. We decided to go with them for our Welcome Sign and it turned out great! It was so nice that they offered these other services to help streamline our planning process.
I am so grateful that Melissa was on our team and leading the charge with all of our vendors. She seamlessly coordinated and organized all of our vendors - which included a hair, makeup, florals, dj, a mariachi band, photography, videography, bar, catering, an ice cream truck and late night snack delivery! There were a a lot of moving pieces but Melissa handled it like a champ and didn't skip a beat!!! She was truly the "perfect touch" that we needed to make our wedding day perfect and we absolutely loved working with her every step of the way!

When my daughter first got engaged, we weren't even sure we needed a planner as we are pretty detailed and involved. We were so lucky to have Angela as our month-of and day-of-coordinator! The MOB suggested we hire a coordinator, it was probably the best advice we were given, and Angela was ON IT! Her communication was above and beyond, making sure she got ahold of us by whatever means necessary. She was professional and she kept us on track without being rigid. She kept up with all of our non-traditional requests and some of our most last-minute planning.
The decor she and Nicole (her assistant) did brought our vision to life better than we ever could have imagined. The reception space made the bride gasp the moment she saw it, and the memorial table just about brought the groom to tears. We were getting comments from guests about how beautiful everything was for days afterward. Angela incorporated every piece of our vision and captured the essence of the atmosphere we wanted to create.

We had Nicole as our planner with the full service package. We worked with her for about a year and a half and had her as our day of planner. We loved working with her! Every detail was well planned and beautiful. Nicole made our dream wedding real. She was always patient, warm, professional, and detail oriented. Nicole made us feel at ease whenever we were worried or stressed about the wedding. Our friends and family who met her during the wedding weekend all commented on how kind and professional she was. Spectacular experience
We worked with Melissa and her team for the “month of” package and had a great experience! She was very communicative and organized throughout the whole process. Melissa always kept us calm when we were stressed and ensured everything would be 100% fine. We had a vision for our reception decor but we weren’t sure how it would actually come together. Melissa and her team worked tirelessly to set up our reception venue the day of our wedding. After our ceremony we were absolutely blown away at how beautiful of a job they did. Even when we encountered unforeseen logistical issues, Melissa handled those with ease which really removed much of the stress from us. Nicole from The Perfect Touch was fantastic. We hired her as our day of coordinator and used The Perfect Touch rental items and let me tell you.. Everything was beautiful, seamless, and just overall made our day so much more memorable being with our family and friends (vs worrying about all of our other wedding details). Nicole did so much more than just day of coordination. She was there for our rehearsal, attended our 30 day walk thru, went to our venue for us since we could not attend their open house, brought up our rental items and helped with ALL of the decorations before the wedding and throughout the wedding day. Nicole was absolutely amazing to work with! She was super communicative and SO accommodating! She came & set up our airbnb for our elopement ceremony in Colorado and without ever meeting her once in person (we’re from out of state) she created and executed the exact vision I had, if not better than i had imagined it to be! It was truly a fairytale wedding and the most perfect day, and Nicole was a huge part of making that happen. Very highly recommend!! -

Nicole and her team at The Perfect Touch were incredible! Couldn't recommend them higher! She was such an absolute pro. We initially hired Nicole to help us with day-of coordinating only, but she was able to help us track down shuttle service, hair, make-up. We quickly realized what an asset she was and hired her on for much more. She helped us get organized in the months and weeks leading up to our wedding. Presented so many thoughtful options and beautiful designs to rent. She even built us an awesome wooden arch for our altar. She then wrangled our whole unruly crew on a rainy night for our rehearsal dinner. Then on the wedding day, she was truly the master tactician. She pulled all the strings and made sure everything went smoothly without a hitch. So many different vendors to coordinate. My wife and I didn't have to think twice about anything. It was all so perfect and everyone complimented our beautiful wedding. And we have Nicole to thank for all of that. -

Absolutely phenomenal!
Words can’t describe how incredible Nicole and Lindsey are! They went beyond all wedding planner duties to make our day the best day of our lives! They worked with difficult family dynamics and vendors, were so incredibly creative with rentals, decorations, idea’s and design! Nicole literally made my dreams come true and I cannot recommend them more! I’m so grateful that they were my wedding planners! Thank you for all that you did! Our wedding weekend,( yes the threw multiple events), never would’ve been half of what it was without you!! THANK YOU -

Wedding Planning from Afar
Nicole and Lindsey were my wedding planners, my vendors for rentals, my bouquet preservers, the two people I could vent to with no judgement, and the two people who made it so that my wedding went perfectly. I really needed help bringing my vision to life and I could not have done it without these two. Their vendor recommendations were exceptional and the fact that you can also rent items from them, made the whole wedding planning even more stress free. I am very grateful for them and was a very happy bride! Did I mention that I was planning my Colorado wedding from North Dakota?!? Having them as my wedding planners help immensely. I am very happy I went with The Perfect Touch as my wedding planners and would recommend their company to any bride. -

The Perfect Touch was so helpful in making our wedding day a huge success! They went above and beyond just day-of coordination. We worked closely with Nicole during planning, and Katie on the day of, both of whom were fabulous. They created a detailed timeline of how the day was going to go, which was so helpful for vendors, myself, and our bridal party. On our wedding day, Katie did a great job of making sure everything was executed as we had envisioned, and was a great resource amidst the craziness of the day. When I first talked on the phone with Nicole, over a year and a half before our wedding would actually happen, I knew immediately that she would be the perfect person (and have the perfect touch!) to make our wedding an absolute dream. Nicole is so attentive to detail and cares so deeply about her clients - as a bride planning from out-of-state, and then having to post-pone in midst of COVID, she helped me through the emotional rollercoaster that is planning (and post-poning) a wedding. She was available by text and phone call whenever I needed, and counseled me through the best plans of action, whether changing up decor or managing potential family incidents. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch, and it is all because of Nicole and Lindsey's tireless work making our dream come to life - Nicole and Lindsey hustled and bustled for us, and if anything went wrong, we had no idea about it because they smoothed over every wrinkle! I could not recommend Nicole more strongly as both a planner and encourager through the wedding planning process - she went above and beyond for me, and has the biggest heart for her brides & grooms!
