I could never say enough praise for Dani, Casey, and then entire Aspen & Ivy team. We booked them for Day of Wedding Coordination less than 45 days out from our Indian-American wedding. In just over a month they entirely understood, bought into and championed my entire wedding vision. They are industry superstars through and through! The specificity of focus was unimaginable. They foresaw and managed every detail of the day with the same care and attention to detail that can usually only be expected of the bride! I felt entirely comfortable enjoying the big day, and the weeks leading up to it, knowing that the Aspen & Ivy team was overseeing the project with a diligence I could never have replicated. They executed every vignette, operation, and experience perfectly - from our non-traditional Mandap & blended Hindu-American ceremony to our dance floor alien invasion & bride-powered DJ set. They ensured our personalities shone through while giving us the space to enjoy all our hard work. As an event and entertainment professional myself, I could not recommend them more - book them now!

Nicole is so sweet, responsive, and attentive. She really helped me get through my wedding so smoothly and was on top of everything!!! She made me feel so much better every time I talked with her.

Sarah was absolutely incredible! She is so kind, warm, and attentive! She always got back to us in a timely manner and answered any questions or concerns we had. Day of the wedding is where she truly shines!! She was always one step ahead, always anticipated our needs, and ran everything so smoothly and effectively. She was constantly checking in and grabbing anything I needed from safety pins to beverages. She literally picked a booger out of my nose right before I walked down the aisle! Talk about going above and beyond!

Jen was a great resource throughout the planning process. She was always available to answer questions, give advice, do research, contact vendors, set up meetings, and more. She also served as our day-of coordinator and did an amazing job making sure that everything was set up just the way we wanted and that the whole day went as smoothly as possible.

Cari was incredibly organized, patient, and helpful in every way, in preparing for my wedding. I wasn't exactly sure if I would even need her help at first but she offered so many helpful organizational tools, she made me aware of so many small details I would not have thought of, and provided so much support. She was informed about every detail and understood my desires and vision, which gave me great peace of mind. During the wedding weekend she directed the rehearsal with great ease and efficiency, and she stayed for the entire wedding to make sure everything went perfectly from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Cari to other brides!

Kim went above and beyond on every aspect of my wedding. She went with me to meet my vendors and took care of everything from there. She was very professional and ran my wedding likeep nothing had gone wrong (which we all know at least one thing always will go wrong). She decorated my reception hall and ceremony site exactly how I pictured it. I would recommend her to anyone that wants a wedding they can relax at and know everything will be perfect.

When I ordered it for first time, I never thought it would become my all time favorite. Her Premium chocolate truffle cake is truly amazing in taste. She has once again exceeded my expectations! I always make sure to use her for any special occasion. Excellent services, the delivery was done well within time and the cake was really fresh. Thank you Carlota

Planning a wedding is a ton of work. We were so thankful for all of the work Petrichor did to make our wedding fun, memorable, and incredibly smooth. During the planning process Meghan was great about checking in, offering advice and encouragement, and making sure we were not overwhelmed. On the day of our wedding I cannot remember a single thing that went wrong although I am sure there was more than one. This is a testament to the thoroughness, attention to detail, and mastery that Meghan, Niki and the Petrichor team bring to all of their weddings. We were truly able to enjoy every minute of our wedding day with the peace of mind knowing that every detail was taken care of, and that is the best wedding gift anyone can give.
