As a very Type A bride, I had high expectations, and Ivory Events exceeded every single one of them. Their communication was outstanding from the very beginning—clear, prompt, and incredibly thorough—which gave me so much peace of mind throughout the entire planning process. They provided amazing support from start to finish and were always there to answer questions, offer guidance, and keep everything on track. Their vendor recommendations were spot-on and made the planning process so much easier. Every vendor they suggested was professional, reliable, and perfectly aligned with our vision. On the wedding day, everything ran seamlessly, allowing me to truly relax and enjoy the moment. Ivory Events is organized, professional, and genuinely cares about their couples. I cannot recommend them enough to any bride looking for a stress-free and beautifully executed wedding!

Hands down, Lauren was the best vendor we worked with for our wedding. Her incredible attention to detail, time line and organization all wrapped up in a warm and friendly person made our wedding day stress free! We worked with her for day of coordination which really means "month of" to Lauren. She helped with last minute vendor recommendations, dealing with all of the vendor coordination and creating an amazingly detailed time line for the bridal party. Lauren really did make me feel like I didn't have to worry about ANYTHING that day besides showing up. She did all of the confirmations, all of the payments, and made sure everything and everyone was exactly where and when they needed to be. Worth every penny!!!!!!

We love Kathy! Her meticulous planning and kind demeanor made my wedding so easy to plan. Kathy knows exactly how to plan a gorgeous wedding and she does not mess around with flaky people or vendors. We would've been completely lost without her and I cannot recommend her enough.

Similar to the other reviews, I'm a bit at a loss for where to start on describing my experience working with Heather and Calluna. Heather and I began working on my winter wedding at Devil's Thumb Ranch about a year ago and we celebrated this past weekend - everything was a huge success. I didn't consider myself a big 'wedding girlie' and started out a bit hesitant on investing in the weekend. Everything changed when I asked Heather if it would be possible to book my (now) husband's favorite Bluegrass band, the Stillhouse Junkies, as a surprise for the Welcome Dinner, which she was able to do in ~1 week. From there, Heather worked with me on creating an intentional celebration for our ~87 guests. We didn't spend money for its own sake, we instead created an experience that delighted our friends and family and made them feel taken care of. Heather was so deliberate and thoughtful, and made sure every detail was explored and executed perfectly (down to the hot toddy bar before the ceremony!!). Her list of vendors were all excellent and they all love working with her and with Calluna. Heather made our wedding happen in a way that I didn't think would be possible and throughout, she held the perfect mix of professionalism and fun. She let me concentrate on the parts of the wedding that were important to me, while making sure that everything else didn't go off the rails. I am so grateful to her and to the Calluna Team for making our day such a wonderful experience. Our friends and family thought the day was perfect, and so did we.

Working with Shayna was one of the easiest decisions of the wedding planning process. I knew the moment I met Shayna that she was the planner for me. From her bubbly, friendly, and outgoing demeanor, to her endless checklists to ensure nothing gets missed, Shayna took on all of my wedding stress and made it possible for me to let go of pre-wedding anxieties and truly enjoy the entire experience. I trusted Shayna to make my dreams a reality and she more than delivered. Oh, also, looking for a florist? Shayna does that too! She is a superhuman.

My husband and I had a complex multi-day wedding that brought over 100 people from out of town to Boulder to celebrate our wedding in both Hindu and Jewish traditions. The event was so complex but Leah managed every detail and helped us relax and enjoy ourselves. We could never have done it without her and her team.

I chose Laurel & Rose as our wedding planner the end of 2020, almost a full year and a half before our wedding. Through this time, I worked closely with Mariah Burke (our Lead Planner) to carefully craft my perfect vision of a wedding day. Right off the bat, her attention to detail, organization, and personality shined through above the 8 other planners I had talked with. Each step was custom to us and she made us feel at ease in trusting her with picking our vendors, design decks, handling budget, and other things that would come up. There was not one time where I felt like her second priority, even a year out! Her and Jolene (Lead Planner & Owner) respond promptly, both in and outside of business hours, set valid expectations and really partner together well. They are best friends and look like sisters! Fun fact, Laurel & Rose is named after Jolene's sisters and it truly feels like a family when you work with these two. Mariah had the perfect amount of advice for me when I felt undecisive, but I still truly like the day was my design. The day of the wedding, IT COULDN'T HAVE GONE SMOOTHER. All of our guests said it was the best wedding they've ever been to. I of course had to make last minute changes and there were definitely some fires the week before that Mariah just dealt with. Everything was perfect and so unbelievably custom to Brian and I's relationship. Mariah and Jolene were like angels in my corner - gave me a heads up for what was the come next, with still allowing me to be fully present, trusting them to be in charge. Mariah is incredibly professional, direct and has some spunk to make things all around 'fun.' I was giddy after every vendor call we had together and wish we could do it all over again!!! I highly, highly recommend Laurel & Rose for whoever is looking for a wedding planner. They are worth every penny and stay super competitive with price points. The experience was a 10/10! I found Pam 2 years before our actual wedding date so I had the delight of getting to work with her over a long time! She is so professional, knowledgeable, fun, easy and she remembers allllll the details. Pam is truly the woman you want to work with!!! She made our wedding day schedule fade into the background while we got to enjoy the day. Her vendor recs were all A+ as well!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Chelsey! From her first email I knew she was the planner for us. She is very detailed and organized and made the entire process much easier and less stressful! She went above and beyond our expectations and I would strongly recommend hiring her as your event coordinator. She ran the day of flawlessly and I don't know what we would have down without her. She is the best!

Brandi of Sip Society events quite literally made our dream day come true. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Brandi has been professional, communicative, and supportive. She made sure that in the weeks leading up to the wedding we didn't have to worry about anything at all. We just adore her, and we will be grateful to her for the rest of our lives for making sure our day was PERFECT!
