She was EVERYTHING and more. It seemed like she worked around the clock for us - whenever we needed her she was available, prompt, professional, energetic, excited about our upcoming day, and nothing ever seemed to faze her. Through all the changes my vision took, she seamlessly transitioned whatever I needed to match the vision. She helped with everything - finding and recommending vendors, communicating with vendors (she sent all the "following up with you e-mails" so I never had to send a single one!) keeping us updated on all things budget related with a helpful online platform, creating our timeline, and SO much more. Everyone recommends getting a wedding planner for day-of coordination (very important) but we LOVED having Sarah throughout our entire process, and absolutely needed her. The best part, if I could pick one, was that I didn't answer a single question from anyone on the day of my wedding. I didn't worry about a single detail because I had so much trust in Sarah (for good reason) - and everything went perfectly. She and her team (Mikayla) handled every single detail on my big day and I didn't worry about a thing - it was glorious! I fortunately found Sarah in a sea of wedding planners through a Google search. I was impressed by all the reviews explaining that she will go above and beyond, and she had an excellent first impression on me! She was friendly but also clearly knew what she was talking about. We decided to work with her on our two venue October wedding in Boulder almost immediately. We did a combination of her day-of services with add on consultation sessions. This felt incredibly supportive (I can only imagine how great her full service support is!)

My husband and I are people who love planning and spreadsheets and making sure all the details are figured out, but we did not have a vision for our wedding other that the guest list and having an outdoor ceremony. Sarah provided us with excellent vendor recommendations, an impressive level of organization and follow through, and she made us more excited for our wedding with each meeting. She helped us create the vision of a cozy, laughter-filled weekend. It was exactly that. Sarah met us where we were at as clients and provided realistic recommendations that would get us to our wedding day with minimal stress.

On the day of our wedding, my husband and I were fully engaged with our loved ones and smiling all day. We had fears of cold, rainy weather, but because of Sarah’s preparation and expertise, we knew how to deal with everything. Although our vendors were great, certain things didn’t go as planned—but we had no idea because Sarah and her associate Emma handled everything discreetly. Our parents didn’t have to do anything either. We all got to enjoy the entire weekend, unencumbered by last minute changes or things that didn’t go as planned.

We have received nothing but praise from family and friends about how our wedding was one of the best they have ever attended. We had a beautiful mountain top ceremony with a cozy, 120-person family dinner in downtown Boulder. Everyone was crying, laughing, and enjoying time with each other. My parents are so convinced of Sarah’s brilliance that they want her to coordinate both of my sisters’ weddings in the years to come (joking, but not really).

We had the pleasure of working with Sarah to help organize and plan our big day. I knew Sarah was a perfect fit from our first call. Kayla is the absolute best! She is quick to respond, there when you need her, organized, and overall just amazing to work with. We had our wedding at River Bend and it was the most beautiful special day, that went so smooth- we got to soak in the whole day and enjoy our wedding.
