Boulder Blooms is a floral design studio based in Boulder, Colorado & serving the entire front range + mountain west. Seasonality and sustainability are at the forefront of our design philosophy. We primarily source from local Colorado farmers throughout the growing season, and do not use floral foam. Boulder Blooms weddings can range from Full Service ($5,000+) to A-La-Carte (<$5,000).

Our full service wedding process starts with a detailed questionnaire, which our team will interpret into a draft proposal, color palette, and floral inspiration board. We will then schedule a phone consultation to get to know you, conceptualize your vision, and refine the designs to align them with your vision. We want our floral designs for weddings to encapsulate the style and aesthetic of our couples to create a unique and tailored event. Our process focuses on how you want to feel on your wedding day, and we interpret these feelings in flowers. We will be available throughout the process to discuss ideas, make recommendations, and distill these ideas into concrete plans. For our full-service events, we generally have between 2-4 consultations to discuss details, timelines, and the vision. Below are outlines of what is possible at different budgets, but keep in mind that all our weddings are custom tailored to what's important to our couples. No two weddings ever break down exactly the same.

$5,000-$7,500 budgets generally include nearlywed flowers, wedding party flowers, minimal altar ceremony flowers, cocktail table bud vases, guest table designs and accent designs. You can expect delivery, setup and teardown fees to be $900+ dependent on location and staffing.

$8,000-$12,000 budgets generally include nearlywed flowers, lush altar ceremony design, cocktail table flowers, guest table designs, candles (taper, pillar, and/or votives) and accent designs.

$12,500+ budgets are overly lush and focused on installations. They completely transform the space of the venue. This budget could include nearlywed flowers, lush altar installations, aisle designs, bar installations, hanging reception installations, fully curated tablescapes, and candles (taper, pillar and/or votives).

That being said, Boulder Blooms can accomodate weddings and events of all shapes and sizes. If your budget falls below $5k, our a-la-carte options are available in set color palettes (with minor adjustments accomodated), and will be created in the airy, whimsical, and natural design style that we are known for. We will select the best and most beautiful seasonal blooms inspired by your chosen palette. These designs are only available for pick-up from our Boulder studio.
